Abstract
本发明涉及纸板开槽装置,提供悬挂式开槽机构,包括安装在机架上的动力机构,机架内部安装有若干组相互配合的上开槽刀和下开槽刀上开槽刀安装在可横向调整位置的移动板上,圆形的上开槽刀座中部与传动轴可横向移动的传动连接;移动板上设有与压线辊相配合的压线轮,压线轮转动连接在移动板上述移动板上方的机架上设有横向设置的滑轨,移动板连接调节装置,与滑轨可前后滑动连接。本发明开槽刀的动力依靠传动轴传输,利用移动板调整位置,具有较高的同步性,开槽刀与压线的应力通过传动轴和滑轨共同传递得到分散,移动板调节位置精度高,平稳性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸板开槽装置,具体涉及一种悬挂式开槽机构。
背景技术
在纸板加工过程中需要进行开槽工序,现有技术中,纸板开槽所采用的是将刀具座直接传动轴上,依靠传动轴进行动力传输。当所加工产品尺寸不同时,开槽道具的位置需要进行调整,此时需要对传动轴的位置调整,进而对开槽刀的位置进行调整。现有技术中这种动力传输机构,刀具所受的反作用力直接传输至传动轴上,受力位置单一,应力得不到有效分散。而调整方式是需要对传动轴位置进行调整,调节精度低,且轴承寿命减少,加工精度降低。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述应力集中,调整不便的问题,提供一种可有效分散工作应力,同步性好,刀具工作及调整平稳可靠的悬挂式开槽机构。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,悬挂式开槽机构,包括安装在机架上的动力机构,机架内部安装有若干组相互配合的上开槽刀和下开槽刀,下开槽刀中部连接转轴,转轴的一侧设有压线辊,上开槽刀安装在可横向调整位置的移动板上,圆形的上开槽刀座中部与传动轴可横向移动的传动连接;移动板上设有与压线辊相配合的压线轮,压线轮转动连接在移动板上,所述压线轮与传动轴动力连接;所述移动板上方的机架上设有横向设置的滑轨,移动板连接调节装置,与滑轨可前后滑动连接。
优选的,所述压线轮连接压线带轮与开槽带轮通过同步带连接,开槽带轮中部与传动轴滑动传动连接。
进一步地,所述开槽带轮和上开槽刀座分别位于移动板的两侧,压线带轮与压线轮分别位于移动板的两侧。
更优选地,所述移动板中部设有丝杠,丝杠连接转动装置带动移动板移动。
优选的,所述开槽带轮与压线带轮之间设有张紧轮。
优选的,所述移动板与滑轨通过挂耳及直线导轨副滑动连接,直线导轨副与滑轨配合面截面呈锯齿状。
本发明有益之处在于,开槽刀的动力依靠传动轴传输,利用移动板调整位置,且开槽刀与压线联动,具有较高的同步性,开槽刀与压线的应力通过传动轴和滑轨共同传递得到分散,移动板调节位置精度高,平稳性好,每组机构均可单独进行调节,控制性能极佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步阐述。
如图1制图3所示,本发明提供一种悬挂式开槽机构,包括安装在机架上的动力机构,动力机构为电机等驱动装置。机架内部安装有若干组相互配合的上开槽刀1和下开槽刀5,机架内部横向设有传动轴13和转轴,下开槽刀的刀座中部连接转轴,转轴的一侧设有压线辊,压线轮与压线辊配合用于预先在纸板上压线。上开槽刀安装在可横向调整位置的移动板7上,移动板与传动轴垂直设置,在本实施例中,移动板上安装有两套开槽刀和压线轮。圆形的上开槽刀座2中部与传动轴13可横向移动的传动连接,具体地说,传动轴上设有滑动键12,上开槽刀座通过滑动键形成传动轴驱动上开槽刀旋转,移动板带动上开槽刀前后移动的结构。
移动板的下方位置设有与压线轮相配合的压线带轮16,压线带轮带动压线轮与下方压线辊配合,压线带轮和压线轮均可转动连接在移动板上,压线带轮与传动轴动力连接,具体地说,传动轴上连接开槽带轮,开槽带轮与压线带轮通过同步带15同步转动。
为了实现移动板的移动,移动板上方的机架上设有横向设置的滑轨10,移动板连接调节装置,调节装置带动移动板实现在滑轨可前后滑动连接。本申请中移动板可设置多组,每组移动板分别连接调节装置,实现每组移动板调整,进而调整开槽刀的位置。
本实施例中,移动板中部设有丝杠11,丝杠连接动力机构带动移动板移动。压线带轮与开槽带轮通过同步带连接,开槽带轮中部与传动轴滑动传动连接。开槽带轮和上开槽刀座分别位于移动板的两侧,压线带轮与压线轮分别移动板两侧,目的是使传动平稳,两侧受力均匀。
作为优选的结构,开槽带轮与压线带轮之间设有张紧轮18。移动板与滑轨通过挂耳8及直线导轨副9滑动连接,直线导轨副与滑轨配合面截面呈锯齿状,相互配合后能够进一步增强滑动时的平稳性。
本发明工作原理如下:动力装置将动力转矩输出至传动轴12,转动轴通过滑动键12将动力传输至上开槽刀座2及上开槽刀1旋转工作。与传动轴连接的开槽带轮14将传动轴动力通过同步带传送至压线轮,带动实现旋转压线。上开槽刀和下开槽刀共同对纸板进行开槽。而当上开槽刀工作时所受应力依次通过上开槽刀座、上开槽刀轴承座3、轴承4、轴承座6,轴承座与移动板固定,移动板再通过挂耳、直线导轨副、以及滑轨传递到两侧墙板。压线轮工作时的应力传输与上开槽刀传输相似,起到分散工作应力的效果。
Claims (6)
1.悬挂式开槽机构,包括安装在机架上的动力机构,机架内部安装有若干组相互配合的上开槽刀(1)和下开槽刀(5),其特征在于,所述下开槽刀中部连接转轴,转轴的一侧设有压线辊,上开槽刀安装在可横向调整位置的移动板(7)上,圆形的上开槽刀座(2)中部与传动轴(13)可横向移动的传动连接;移动板上设有与压线辊相配合的压线轮(17),压线轮转动连接在移动板上,所述压线轮与传动轴动力连接;所述移动板上方的机架上设有横向设置的滑轨,移动板连接调节装置,与滑轨可前后滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂式开槽机构,其特征在于,所述压线轮连接压线带轮(16)与开槽带轮通过同步带连接,开槽带轮中部与传动轴滑动传动连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的悬挂式开槽机构,其特征在于,所述开槽带轮和上开槽刀座分别位于移动板的两侧,压线带轮与压线轮分别位于移动板的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所示的悬挂式开槽机构,其特征在于,所述移动板中部设有丝杠,丝杠连接转动装置带动移动板移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的悬挂式开槽机构,其特征在于,所述开槽带轮与压线带轮之间设有张紧轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的悬挂式开槽机构,其特征在于,所述移动板与滑轨通过挂耳及直线导轨副滑动连接,直线导轨副与滑轨配合面截面呈锯齿状。
