技术领域
本发明涉及一种黄桃自动切半装置,具体地说是采用了由滑道模块、黄桃放置模块、电磁阀组件、切刀模块等组成的一种可对黄桃进行自动切半的装置,属于食品机械领域。
背景技术
黄桃的营养十分丰富,具有多种功效,被称为保健水果、养生之桃。目前,全球的水果罐头销售量中黄桃所占份额最大,市场前景看好,经营效益显著。在制作黄桃罐头当中,对于黄桃的切半要求较高。目前,国内仍大量依赖手工方式或简陋工具完成黄桃的切半,劳动强度大,工作效率低,生产成本高,产品质量难以控制,且未能按时按量保证季节性黄桃的加工处理任务,造成资源浪费的同时,也阻碍了企业的发展。因此,实现黄桃黄桃切半的机械化是一种必然的发展趋势。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种黄桃自动切半装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种黄桃自动切半装置,是由支撑杆、支撑板、电机、滑道模块、黄桃放置模块、电磁阀组件、切刀模块、下料口、电磁阀气管、切刀气管、气泵、控制柜和下料箱组成的,其特征在于:支撑板安装在支撑杆上,电机安装在支撑板的中心,滑道模块安装在支撑板的上方,滑道模块通过支撑杆固定,黄桃放置模块安装在滑道模块中,电磁阀组件安装在电机的上方,切刀模块安装在支撑板上,下料口安装在支撑板上,下料口的下方放置有下料箱,气泵连接到控制柜上,控制柜通过电磁阀气管连接电磁阀组件,控制柜通过切刀气管连接切刀模块。
所述的滑道模块是由黄桃放置块滑道和黄桃放置块支架轮滑道组成的。
所述的黄桃放置模块是由凹形块、黄桃放置块支架、黄桃放置块支架气缸和黄桃放置块支架轮组成的,其特征在于:两块凹形块组成黄桃放置空间,两块凹形块分别固定在两条黄桃放置块支架上,黄桃放置块支架气缸安装在两条黄桃放置块支架中间,黄桃放置块支架轮安装在黄桃放置块支架轮滑道内。
所述的电磁阀组件是由电磁阀和黄桃放置块支架安装部组成的,黄桃放置块支架安装部一端固定在电磁阀上,另一端安装有黄桃放置块支架。
所述的切刀模块是由切刀,气缸,固定杆组成的,切刀通过固定杆安装在气缸上。
所述的下料口上安装有行程开关。
该发明的有益之处在于:该发明装置简单易于操作,只需开打控制器,便代替手工黄桃切半,并且发明装置具有多个黄桃放置模块,可以极大地提高黄桃切半的效率,减少人力的浪费,该装置中滑道模块可以使黄桃放置模块以圆形为路径平滑运动,黄桃放置模块中凹形和黄桃形状类似,所以放置黄桃切割后切半的质量高,电磁阀组件控制黄桃放置模块的运行,切刀模块进行黄桃的切半,下料口上处的行程开关可以作为切割的触发信号。

一种黄桃自动切半装置,是由支撑杆1,支撑板2,电机5,滑道模块3,黄桃放置模块4,电磁阀组件6,切刀模块7,下料口8,电磁阀气管9,切刀气管10,气泵11,控制柜12和下料箱13组成的,其特征在于:支撑板2安装在支撑杆1上,电机5安装在支撑板2的中心,滑道模块3安装在支撑板2的上方,滑道模块3通过支撑杆1固定,黄桃放置模块4安装在滑道模块3中,电磁阀组件6安装在电机5的上方,切刀模块7安装在支撑板2上,下料口8安装在支撑板2上,下料口8的下方放置有下料箱13,气泵11连接到控制柜12上,控制柜12通过电磁阀气管9连接电磁阀组件6,控制柜12通过切刀气管10连接切刀模块7。
所述的滑道模块3是由黄桃放置块滑道301和黄桃放置块支架轮滑道302组成的
所述的黄桃放置模块4是由凹形块401,黄桃放置块支架402,黄桃放置块支架气缸403和黄桃放置块支架轮404组成的,其特征在于:两块凹形块401组成黄桃放置空间,两块凹形块401分别固定在两条黄桃放置块支架402上,黄桃放置块支架气缸403安装在两条黄桃放置块支架402中间,黄桃放置块支架轮404安装在黄桃放置块支架轮滑道302内。
所述的电磁阀组件6是由电磁阀601和黄桃放置块支架安装部602组成的,黄桃放置块支架安装602部一端固定在电磁阀601上,另一端安装有黄桃放置块支架402。
所述的切刀模块7是由切刀701,气缸702,固定杆703组成的,切刀701通过固定杆702安装在气缸703上。
所述的下料口8上安装有行程开关801。
该装置的工作过程为:工人把黄桃放入黄桃放置模块4中,电机5带动黄桃放置模块4顺时针转动到切刀模块7下,切刀701切割黄桃,黄桃被切半后,切刀701恢复到原处,电机5带动黄桃放置模块4转动到下料口8处,此时行程开关801开启产生信号,行程开关801产生的信号传递到控制柜12,控制柜12控制黄桃放置模块4中的黄桃放置块支架气缸403伸长,已经切半的黄桃便会掉入下料箱13中,然后气缸403恢复原状,进行下一次黄桃放置,如此循环进行,实现黄桃切半的自动化功能。

1.一种黄桃自动切半装置,是由支撑杆、支撑板、电机、滑道模块、黄桃放置模块、电磁阀组件、切刀模块、下料口、电磁阀气管、切刀气管、气泵、控制柜和下料箱组成的,其特征在于:支撑板安装在支撑杆上,电机安装在支撑板的中心,滑道模块安装在支撑板的上方,滑道模块通过支撑杆固定,黄桃放置模块安装在滑道模块中,电磁阀组件安装在电机的上方,切刀模块安装在支撑板上,下料口安装在支撑板上,下料口的下方放置有下料箱,气泵连接到控制柜上,控制柜通过电磁阀气管连接电磁阀组件,控制柜通过切刀气管连接切刀模块,所述的滑道模块是由黄桃放置块滑道和黄桃放置块支架轮滑道组成的,所述的黄桃放置模块是由凹形块、黄桃放置块支架、黄桃放置块支架气缸和黄桃放置块支架轮组成的,两块凹形块组成黄桃放置空间,两块凹形块分别固定在两条黄桃放置块支架上,黄桃放置块支架气缸安装在两条黄桃放置块支架中间,黄桃放置块支架轮安装在黄桃放置块支架轮滑道内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种黄桃自动切半装置,其特征在于:所述的电磁阀组件是由电磁阀和黄桃放置块支架安装部组成的,黄桃放置块支架安装部一端固定在电磁阀上,另一端安装有黄桃放置块支架。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种黄桃自动切半装置,其特征在于:所述的切刀模块是由切刀、气缸和固定杆组成的,切刀通过固定杆安装在气缸上。
