Abstract

本发明公开了一种分节式分叉型支架,包括三节以上的支架单体,支架单体之间采用丝材或软线连接,其中至少有一节支架单体与其他支架单体形成分叉结构。本发明中,所述丝材可为金属丝材,亦可为非金属材料。本发明中,进一步的,所述丝材为手术缝合线或记忆型合金丝。本发明中,所述支架单体为三节,且每一节的一端共同使用丝材连接在一起,形成分叉结构。本发明结构简单,易于实现,可以很好的顺应人体角度变化,宜应用于分叉气管或有分叉部位狭窄的扩张或瘘口的封堵。分节单体的各部分尺寸可依据临床需求拼接,分节单体可易于备货,模具量需求少,易于生产加工。

Description

一种分节式分叉型支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消化道或气管医用支架,特别是一种分节式分叉型扩张分叉气管或有分叉部位的狭窄的装置。
背景技术
分支气管、隆突部位狭窄或有瘘口,临床选择使用一体式分叉型支架(即倒Y型支架),但传统的一体式分叉型支架左右分支的夹角较为固定,且夹角无法做到在60°以下,不能很好地顺应人体器官。而人体器官内的情况千变万化,特别是对于存在病变的人体气管,仅仅依据固定角度的一体式分叉型支架,长时间使用易造成患者器官不适应,更严重的容易造成二次伤害。而且一体式分叉型支架模具尺寸较为固定,模具量大,不利于进行生产加工。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种分节式分叉型支架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种分节式分叉型支架,包括三节以上的支架单体,支架单体之间采用丝材连接,其中至少有一节支架单体与其他支架单体形成分叉结构。
本发明中,所述丝材可为非金属丝材或者金属丝材。
本发明中,进一步的,所述丝材为手术缝合线或记忆型合金丝。
本发明中,所述支架单体为三节,且每一节的一端共同使用丝材连接在一起,形成分叉结构。
本发明中,每两个支架单体之间的夹角范围为1~179度。
本发明中,所有的支架单体处于同一平面上。
本发明中,另一个方案,至少有一节支架单体与其他支架单体不在同一平面上。
本发明中,支架单体之间可以采用网状或者螺旋状或者其他任意的连接编织方式进行连接。各节支架单体的长短,粗细等形状,都可以根据每一个患者体内病灶情况的不同进行个性化的适应性调整。
本发明结构简单,易于实现,可以很好的顺应人体角度变化,宜应用于分叉气管或有分叉部位狭窄的扩张或瘘口的封堵。分节单体的各部分尺寸可依据临床需求拼接,分节单体可易于备货,模具量需求少,易于生产加工。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例的支架,由三个记忆合金直圆柱型网格支架单体1、2、3组成Y形状的分节式分叉支架,三节的支架一端使用采用手术缝合线4连接在一起,形成角度可调的活动的连接区域5。支架单体表面浸润液体高分子材料进行覆膜。本实施例的制备方法为将三个支架单体的端部两两用软线连接,直至三个支架单体端部全部连接完成,连接的方式为网状。本实施例中,三节支架单体处于同一个平面上,支架单体1和支架单体2,支架单体2和支架单体3之间的夹角大约为135度左右(考虑到连接部位的活动性,该角度是一定范围内活动可调整的),支架单体1和支架单体3之间的夹角大约为90度。
本实施例使用方法:
经人体的口腔送入导丝,到达病灶;
沿导丝,送入置入器,到达位置后释放支架。置入器可以采用现有技术中一般的Y型支架的置入器。
置入器内管与本实施例分节式分叉型支架用线捆绑固定,到达位置后将置入器外管撤出,然后微调位置,定位好后拉线释放支架。后期可以用异物钳,支架取出钩等取出。
实施例2
本实施例的支架,包括三节支架单体,其中两个支架单体呈60度夹角连接构成一个平面,另一个支架单体与该平面构成10度的夹角,每一节的一端共同使用丝材连接在一起,形成分叉结构。
三个支架单体的端部可以变形为喇叭口或其他形状,防止支架在腔道的滑脱。
该实施例可以很好的解决病患的三叉患处不在同一个平面的情况,良好的适应了每一个患者的个体情况。
本发明提供了一种分节式分叉型支架,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,包括三节以上的支架单体,支架单体之间采用丝材连接,其中至少有一节支架单体与其他支架单体形成分叉结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,所述丝材可为非金属丝材或者金属丝材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,所述丝材为手术缝合线或记忆型合金丝。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,所述支架单体为三节,且每一节的一端共同使用丝材连接在一起,形成分叉结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,每两个支架单体之间的夹角范围为1~179度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,所有的支架单体处于同一平面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种分节式分叉型支架,其特征在于,至少有一节支架单体与其他支架单体不在同一平面上。
