Abstract

本发明提供了一种显示面板的静电保护电路,其包括:第一P型薄膜晶体管,其栅极连接至高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至高电位静电输出线;第二P型薄膜晶体管,其栅极连接至高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至第一P型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至静电信号输入线;第一N型薄膜晶体管,其栅极连接至低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至低电位静电输出线;第二N型薄膜晶体管,其栅极连接至低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至第一N型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至静电信号输入线。本发明还提供了一种具有该静电保护电路的显示面板。本发明将输出针上的静电转移至静电保护电路,以保护输出针,从而提高显示面板的抗静电能力。

技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种显示面板的静电保护电路及显示面板。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示面板上电路的静电放电(Electro-Static Discharge,ESD)现象比较严重,电路受到ESD损伤的情形已经非常普遍。
在液晶显示面板的芯片(IC)绑定(Bonding)区,外接数字信号需输入到输入针(Input Pin),再经由芯片输入至输出针(Output Pin)而进入液晶显示面板的显示区内。在这个过程中,静电会由输入针无规则跳跃至输出针,从而易炸伤输出针,导致良率下降。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够将输出针的静电进行转移的显示面板的静电保护电路及显示面板。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种显示面板的静电保护电路,所述静电保护电路包括:高电位静电输出线、低电位静电输出线、第一P型薄膜晶体管、第二P型薄膜晶体管、第一N型薄膜晶体管、第二N型薄膜晶体管以及静电信号输入线;所述第一P型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述高电位静电输出线;所述第二P型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述第一P型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至所述静电信号输入线;所述第一N型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述低电位静电输出线;所述第二N型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述第一N型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至所述静电信号输入线。
进一步地,当所述显示面板没有发生静电放电现象时,所述静电信号输入线的电位介于所述高电位静电输出线与所述低电位静电输出线的电位之间,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管、所述第二P型薄膜晶体管、所述第一N型薄膜晶体管以及所述第二N型薄膜晶体管均截止。
进一步地,当所述显示面板发生静电放电现象,且所述静电信号输入线的电位高于所述高电位静电输出线的电位时,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管和所述第二P型薄膜晶体管导通,所述第一N型薄膜晶体管和所述第二N型薄膜晶体管截止。
进一步地,当所述显示面板发生静电放电现象,且所述静电信号输入线的电位低于所述低电位静电输出线的电位时,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管和所述第二P型薄膜晶体管截止,所述第一N型薄膜晶体管和所述第二N型薄膜晶体管导通。
进一步地,所述高电位静电输出线的电位与所述显示面板的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极导通电压的电位相同,所述低电位静电输出线的电位与所述显示面板的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极截止电压的电位相同。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种显示面板,其包括上述的静电保护电路。
进一步地,所述显示面板为液晶显示面板或者有机发光二极管显示面板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将输出针上的静电转移至静电保护电路,这样可以避免静电炸伤输出针,从而保护输出针,进而提高显示面板的抗静电能力。

参照图1,根据本发明的实施例的显示面板包括:显示区10A以及位于显示区10A一侧的绑定区10B。显示区10A内通常具有阵列排布的多个像素(未示出),每个像素包括至少一个薄膜晶体管(未示出)。绑定区10B内具有输入针20A以及与输入针20A相对的输出针20B,输入针20A接入外接数字信号,该外接数字信号经由芯片输入至输出针(Output Pin)而进入,显示面板的显示区10A内,从而提供给各个像素。此外,在本实施例中,显示面板可例如是液晶显示面板或者有机发光二极管显示面板,但本发明并不限制于此。
进一步地,绑定区10B内还具有静电保护电路30。每个输出针20B可以连接至对应的一个静电保护电路30,或者所有的输出针20B都连接至同一个静电保护电路30,这样,当输出针20B受到静电放电时可由其连接的静电保护电路30将静电转移,从而保护输出针20B。在本实施例中,每个输出针20B连接一个静电保护电路,但本发明并不限制于此。
以下对根据本发明的实施例的静电保护电路30进行详细说明。以三个输出针20B以及三个静电保护电路30为例进行说明。
图2是根据本发明的实施例的静电保护电路的电路结构图。
参照图2,根据本发明的实施例的静电保护电路30包括:高电位静电输出线HL、低电位静电输出线LL、第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1、第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2、第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1、第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2以及静电信号输入线IL。
高电位静电输出线HL的电位高于低电位静电输出线LL的电位。作为本发明的一实施方式,高电位静电输出线HL的电位与显示区10A内的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极导通电压(VGH)的电位相同,而低电位静电输出线LL的电位与显示区10A内的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极截止电压(VGL)的电位相同。
第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1的栅极连接至高电位静电输出线HL,且其漏极连接至高电位静电输出线HL,且其源极连接至第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2的漏极。
第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2的栅极连接至高电位静电输出线HL,且其漏极连接至第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1的源极,且其源极连接至静电信号输入线IL。
第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1的栅极连接至低电位静电输出线LL,且其漏极连接至低电位静电输出线LL,且其源极连接至第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2的漏极。
第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2的栅极连接至低电位静电输出线LL,且其漏极连接至第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1的源极,且其源极连接至静电信号输入线IL。
根据本发明的实施例的静电保护电路30的具体原理为:
当显示面板没有发生静电放电现象时,静电信号输入线IL的电位介于高电位静电输出线HL与低电位静电输出线LL的电位之间,此时第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1、第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2、第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1、第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2均截止。
当显示面板发生静电放电现象,且静电信号输入线IL的电位高于高电位静电输出线HL的电位时,第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1和第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2导通,第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1和第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2截止,静电由输出针20B转移至高电位静电输出线HL,从而保护输出针20B。
当显示面板发生静电放电现象,且静电信号输入线IL的电位低于低电位静电输出线LL的电位时,第一P型薄膜晶体管PT1和第二P型薄膜晶体管PT2截止,第一N型薄膜晶体管NT1和第二N型薄膜晶体管NT2导通,静电由输出针20B转移至低电位静电输出线LL,从而保护输出针20B。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例,将输出针上的静电转移至静电保护电路,这样可以避免静电炸伤输出针,从而保护输出针,进而提高显示面板的抗静电能力。

Claims (7)

1.一种显示面板的静电保护电路,其特征在于,所述静电保护电路包括:高电位静电输出线、低电位静电输出线、第一P型薄膜晶体管、第二P型薄膜晶体管、第一N型薄膜晶体管、第二N型薄膜晶体管以及静电信号输入线;
所述第一P型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述高电位静电输出线;
所述第二P型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述高电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述第一P型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至所述静电信号输入线;
所述第一N型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述低电位静电输出线;
所述第二N型薄膜晶体管的栅极连接至所述低电位静电输出线,且其漏极连接至所述第一N型薄膜晶体管的源极,且其源极连接至所述静电信号输入线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,当所述显示面板没有发生静电放电现象时,所述静电信号输入线的电位介于所述高电位静电输出线与所述低电位静电输出线的电位之间,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管、所述第二P型薄膜晶体管、所述第一N型薄膜晶体管以及所述第二N型薄膜晶体管均截止。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,当所述显示面板发生静电放电现象,且所述静电信号输入线的电位高于所述高电位静电输出线的电位时,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管和所述第二P型薄膜晶体管导通,所述第一N型薄膜晶体管和所述第二N型薄膜晶体管截止。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,当所述显示面板发生静电放电现象,且所述静电信号输入线的电位低于所述低电位静电输出线的电位时,所述第一P型薄膜晶体管和所述第二P型薄膜晶体管截止,所述第一N型薄膜晶体管和所述第二N型薄膜晶体管导通。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,所述高电位静电输出线的电位与所述显示面板的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极导通电压的电位相同,所述低电位静电输出线的电位与所述显示面板的像素的薄膜晶体管的栅极截止电压的电位相同。
6.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5任一项所述的静电保护电路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为液晶显示面板或者有机发光二极管显示面板。
