Server, gift pushing method of gift box and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to a promotion preferential module on an online shopping platform, in particular to a method and a system for improving the utility of gift of commodities.
Background
With the development of the internet and electronic commerce, a large number of online shopping platforms emerge in human life. People determine and complete the purchase of the commodities by browsing the commodity information on the network shopping platform, thereby greatly facilitating the life of human beings. However, for different merchants and online shopping platforms, it is a concern how to attract as many customers as possible by different methods to promote the highest possible sales volume.
On some shopping network platforms (e.g., jingdong, naobao, etc.), merchants often launch a series of preferential policies in order to attract customers, where the attachment of gifts is a common means for merchants. For example, a shopping platform may be able to launch bonus activities, namely: when the total price of the potential customer's goods in the "shopping cart" satisfies a certain amount, the gift options may be listed in the "shopping cart", allowing the customer to autonomously select among the gifts listed in the gift options. However, the gift is often provided by the cooperative merchant of the online shopping platform, which may not be needed by the customer, and although the customer is attracted by the gift under the psychological effect of 'greediness and cheapness', the attraction is greatly reduced. In addition, in order to obtain higher cost performance, a merchant usually selects a low-cost commodity as an additional gift, and the quality of the gift may not be guaranteed, or even may be some inferior goods with low quality, so that the shopping experience of a customer may be influenced, the attraction of a shopping platform to the customer may be reduced, or even the reputation of the platform may be influenced.
Therefore, there is a need for an efficient gift distribution mechanism to help merchants and shopping platforms attract customers.

Detailed Description
The following description will explain embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the following are only specific examples of various embodiments of the present invention, which are intended to illustrate the general spirit of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications on the basis of the examples without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Aiming at the problems of poor attractiveness and low guarantee of the sales promotion gift, the invention provides a scheme of adding an independent gift column under a sales promotion preferential module of an online shopping platform, a merchant is allowed to provide the gift column for other merchants to use, the platform can collect geographic position information of the merchant and a shopper, and the shopper is matched with the gift provided by the corresponding merchant based on the collected geographic position information, so that the transaction probability of current concerned commodities is promoted, the gift providing merchant is helped to achieve transactions, and more efficient and practical additional gift services are provided for the shopper.
The implementation of this solution requires several recognitions to be premised. The specific content can comprise the following two aspects:
(1) can change the gift of the gift column from the accessory into the advertisement commodity
For the merchants of the target goods which are currently concerned by the shopper, the merchants selling the goods can sell the gift column to other merchants as an advertisement space, for example, the merchants of popular goods (such as nameplate mobile phones) can sell the gift column or be managed by the platform in a centralized way.
For other merchants providing gifts for these popular goods, the awareness of their storefronts can be increased, and these merchants providing gifts can manage the gifts (how much to give, in what form, extent of giving, etc.) according to their advertising needs.
For the shopper, the merchant naturally does not select those inferior products to be given to the user because the gift is used as an advertising item, and thus the quality of the gift can be ensured.
(2) The gift can be a virtual commodity such as a commodity coupon line and a discount coupon, or an auxiliary discount product and/or service of the current concerned target commodity
For online store merchants (non-entity stores), the gift can choose to provide virtual goods such as product coupons, discount coupons and the like to avoid logistics, thereby increasing the flow of the storefront. The gift is not bought by the seller of the goods, and the logistics problem and the logistics cost involved therein are necessarily involved, so that the online shop without the brick-and-mortar store can attract the user with the discount coupon. According to one embodiment of the invention, the coupon provided by the gift field should be different in strength than the coupon entered by direct search and by the gift field link.
For an offline brick and mortar store, the auxiliary preferential products and/or services can be provided as gifts for the target (popular) goods concerned by the current shopper to compete for after-sales of the target (popular) goods, thereby facilitating the transaction from the home storefront. For example: when a shopper clicks the gift bar, the gift bar searches for the preferential information around the address according to the purchasing intention of the shopper and the default address. In order to strive for after-sale (sticking a film, cutting a card, maintaining and the like) of the mobile phone, a merchant issues some preferential information as a gift, and the preferential information has preset attribute condition information (such as a target commodity type, a target commodity price interval, a target geographical location range, an available presentation preferential range and the like). For example: a mobile phone with more than 1000 yuan, which provides free film sticking service (film needs to be purchased), and has a preferential scope: three kilometers around the storefront, preferential links: all).
According to various embodiments of the invention, the gift certificate provided by the platform facilitator may obtain and match the geographic information of the customer and the merchant (including the merchant of the target item and the merchant providing the gift). According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the gift field function according to the present invention is enabled, the server of the shopping platform may determine gift information of a gift-capable merchant by acquiring a geographic Location (target address, which may be a goods delivery address) of a Location Based Service (LBS) of a user, and then comparing it with the geographic Location of the LBS of the gift-capable merchant that is already pre-stored in the database. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the server of the shopping platform may perform screening according to the attribute condition information of the offer presenting information set by the merchant providing the presentation, for example, when the attribute condition information is the price interval corresponding to the target product, if the mobile phone that the customer wants to purchase is 2000 yuan or more, the offer information provided by the mobile phone with more than 3000 yuan does not satisfy the search condition. According to another embodiment of the invention, after the platform server determines the gift information of the giftable merchant, the gift information may be sorted according to the gift merchant credit, customer rating, and distance from the target address. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the platform server may perform classification management (physical, service, coupon) on the available gifts.
In embodiments of the invention where the gift certificate is a service provided by the shopping platform, the merchant may choose to open the service (the platform may decide whether to charge for the service) or not. Note that the gift according to the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to a real object, and the transaction in the form of a gift can be regarded as a gift as long as it is an economic product having a certain value.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a transaction between a buyer (a purchaser of a good), a seller (a merchant of a target product), and a gift merchant (a merchant providing a gift for the target product) via a gift certificate according to various embodiments of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the shopping system provided in fig. 1 at least includes a front-end client 200 and a background server 300. The front-end client 200 may be User Equipment (UE) of a buyer, a seller and a gift merchant, such as an electronic device capable of completing online transactions, such as a computer, a mobile phone, a wearable electronic device, a television, and the like. The backend server 300 may be a server of a shopping platform that provides services for commodity transactions. The backend server 300 may contain a memory 400 for providing various types of data storage for commodity transactions. The memory 400 may comprise a database storing data information including the geographic location information of the buyer, the seller and the gift-giver, the geographic location information of the buyer delivering the goods, the target goods and the gift, and the like. The memory 400 may further store a program that, when executed by a processor (not shown) of the server 300, performs various operations and functions of the present invention as described above or as will be described below. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the memory 400 may be another hardware storage device independent from the server 300, for example, a cloud server or another server. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the memory 400 may be a computer-readable storage medium storing a program which, when executed by a processor, performs various operations of the present invention.
The operations and functions of the front-end client 200 and the backend server 300 will be described with reference to fig. 1.
(1) The foreground client 200:
the shopping platform may provide merchandise information display interfaces for the buyer 110, the seller 120, and the gift merchant 130. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the product information display interface may exist in a form of a floating frame (which appears after the user logs in, and stores the user basic information). The merchandise information display interface may each include a function area 210, a query area 220 (for queries), and a display area 230 for the buyer 110, the seller 120, and the gift merchant 130. The functional area 210 may provide various service functions, such as ordering, etc., for the customers 110. The ribbon 210 may additionally provide management functions (e.g., merchandise on shelves, off shelves, etc.) for the seller 120 and the gift merchant 130. The functional section 210 may also provide, according to various embodiments of the present invention, functions such as gift sorting, gift sort display (substance/coupon/service, etc., which may exist in a drop-down box), etc. The query area 220 may provide goods search and information query services. Display area 230 (e.g., a display screen/panel, etc.) is used to provide various visually appearing information to the operator. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the processor of the backend server 300 may perform an intelligent matching function according to the input information of the operator in the query area 220 to provide the operator with the intelligently matched display information in the display area 230.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seller 120 may select a seller service in the functional area 210 during registration, and may log in its account, i.e., jump to a corresponding information form filling page, and operate the advertisement information of the gift certificate. The seller here advertises primarily to attract gift merchants to offer gifts, where monthly sales, gift subsidies, and so forth may be offered to attract gift sellers to reside. For gift merchants, the online gift merchants control the amount of gifts to save costs if only for advertising purposes, for which reason gift merchants will tend to bind some very popular goods to obtain more promotions, although if the gift merchant is a brick-and-mortar merchant, a full platform gift may be chosen. The offer range may help the gift merchant limit the gift amount.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when registering, the gift merchant 130 may select a gift merchant service in the functional area 210, log in its own account, and also jump to a corresponding information form filling page, where the filling is mainly gift information, the online merchant provides a gift in the form of a coupon, and the entity store strives for after-sale in real goods or service.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the buyer 110 can select the gift display sorting mode (relevance, price, gift merchant popularity, reputation, distance, gift type (physical object, service, electronic ticket)) in the functional area 210 and click the selection option of the query area 220 to submit the selected information (i.e. the screening condition) to the backend server 300 as the information of the form. Note that the buyer needs to select a gift in the list of gifts presented in the display area 230 before the gift information appears in the order information.
In the concrete implementation of gift sorting, the following modes can be included:
and (3) relevance ranking: the commodity labels input by the gift merchants are acquired and are hierarchically compared with the commodity labels purchased by the users, so that the gift merchants are ordered.
Price sorting: the need to obtain the gift price and seller offer of the gift merchant can be achieved using a greedy algorithm (greedy algorithm means that when solving the problem, the best choice is always made in the current view.
And (3) human qi sequencing: and calculating the selected proportion of the gifts, and sorting according to the selected proportion.
And (3) reputation sequencing: a reputation value for the merchant needs to be obtained.
Distance sorting: based on the database of the background server 300, a nearby location matching query of the target address is made. It is desirable to obtain the geographic location information of the buyer and the gift merchant, where the geographic location of the buyer should be its shipping address or its current geographic location.
(2) The background server 300:
the operations of the operator in the functional area 210, the query area 220 and the display area 230 provided by the front-end client 200 are implemented by the background server 300 of the shopping platform receiving the indication signal from the corresponding operation of the front-end client 200 and executing the corresponding program module by the processing of the background server 300. Specifically, the operator inputs an operation instruction through the function area 210 and the query area 220 of the front-end client 200 (for example, a gesture operation or a mouse click on a function icon on a display screen is used to select a corresponding function such as query information, commodity information sorting, and the like), the backend server 300 of the shopping platform receives an indication signal corresponding to the input operation instruction, and a processor of the backend server 300 executes a corresponding program module stored locally or externally to implement a corresponding operation (for example, adding information 310, querying information 320, deleting information 330, updating information 340, and the like), and sends a control signal to control the display area 230 of the front-end client 200 to display a display result screen corresponding to the operator input instruction. The backend server 300 of the shopping platform may be managed by the administrator 100.
According to various embodiments of the invention, background server 300 may include a database (mysql database) and a web page (web) server (tomcat). However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the description herein is by way of example only, and that the invention is not limited thereto.
(3) And (3) realizing interactive operation:
the specific implementation of the interaction of the buyer 110, seller 120 and gift-merchant 130 will be described in detail below in conjunction with FIG. 2. FIG. 2 is a timing diagram illustrating the interaction of a buyer, seller and gift-merchant in accordance with various embodiments of the invention.
The first step is as follows: the information registration is performed by the front-end client 200, which is divided into buyer registration and merchant (including seller and gift merchant) registration, and the registration information is uploaded and stored in the database in the memory 400 of the backend server 300. According to an embodiment of the invention, even if things are not sold on the platform, the platform can be registered as a gift merchant.
The second step is that: gift configuration is performed by the front-end client 200 and the gift configuration information is transferred to the backend server 300. Mainly the configuration information of the merchant for giving away. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the merchant (seller 120) of the target item decides not to open the gift column to the platform for automatic gift pushing (i.e., whether other gift merchants are allowed to use the gift column of their own items). According to another embodiment of the present invention, the platform auto-push function of the gift certificate may be determined by the platform, and the seller 120 is not authorized to determine it. According to an embodiment of the present invention, if the automatic platform pushing function of the gift box is turned on, the seller 120 may determine the configuration of the attribute conditions of the offer gift (e.g., the time of the gift, the geographic scope of the gift, etc.), or the gift merchant 130 may configure the attribute conditions of the gift (e.g., the type of the target product that can provide the gift, the price zone of the target product that can provide the gift, the geographic location scope of the target, the type and scope of the offer gift, etc.). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the buyer 110 may also perform screening configuration according to the gift information pushed by the platform. For example, buyer 110 may configure the selectable gifts via the gift ordering and screening functionality provided by ribbon 210 (e.g., geographical location screening within 100 meters/500 meters/1 kilometer).
The third step: the buyer makes a conditional query through the front-end client 200. The buyer can input the search condition of the target product information from the search area of the front-end client 200 and search the product information from the memory 400 of the server 300.
The fourth step: the background server 300 performs data fetching. When the buyer clicks the gift box through the client 200, the gift box is unfolded (in order to reduce interference, the non-clicking state can hide part of the page frame), and the information of the target product that the buyer intends to buy is obtained from the current page. The processor of the backend server 300 may obtain the basic information of the buyer from the client 200 or from the history information record corresponding to the buyer in the database of the platform server. The basic information may include geographic location information of the buyer, default receiving address information and/or the current delivery address. In addition, the server 300 may obtain geographic information of the target product of the registered merchant and attribute conditions of the gift (e.g., a type of the target product capable of providing the gift, a price range of the target product capable of providing the gift, a range of the target geographic location, a type and range of the offered gift offer, etc.) from the database.
The fifth step: based on the captured geographic information data of the buyer, the seller and the gift merchant and the configured attribute conditions of the gift (e.g., the type of target product that can provide the gift, the price range of the target product that can provide the gift, the geographic location range of the gift, the type and range of the offered gift, etc.), the processor of the backend server 300 may perform information matching. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the server 300 uses the geographic locations of the LBS (Location Based Services) of the buyer and the gift-seller, and matches the geographic locations according to the attribute condition information configured for the gift to determine the gift suitable for the target product selected by the buyer, wherein the attribute condition of the gift can be configured by the seller, the gift-seller and/or the platform server (i.e., the server 300). According to another embodiment of the present invention, the server 300 may further allow the buyer to filter the gifts according to the filtering function provided by the functional area 210 of the client 200.
And a sixth step: the server 300 sorts the bonus information and sends the sorted bonus list to the buyer's client for display on the client's display area 230. According to one embodiment of the invention, the default ordering of the gifts by the server 300 is near or far from the shipping address of the buyer's targeted goods (or the buyer's current geographic location). Buyers can change gift ordering by changing query conditions or selecting smart ordering at the client 200.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the buyer can select gift screening conditions (e.g., relevance, price, popularity, reputation, distance, gift type (entity, service, electronic ticket)) through the functional area 210 of the client 200 and submit through the keys of the query area 220, then the client of the buyer can send a screening signal to the background server 300, and the background server 300 can screen and sort the gift according to the screening conditions of the buyer provided by the screening signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the server 300 may provide an intelligent sorting function, and the server 300 may obtain the product browsing information of the buyer from the database, compare the product browsing information with the relevance of the gifts (product/product-related service/product-related coupon) in the currently provided gift list, select the gift with higher relevance to the browsed product, and determine the gift as a more desirable gift for the user, so as to serve as one of the sorting reference factors.
The seventh step: gifts are gifted by the client 200. When the buyer selects the gift, the buyer jumps to the commodity payment page and successfully pays, and the background server 300 receives a first indication signal indicating that the transaction is successful and the selected gift. After receiving the first indication signal, the server 300 sends a second indication signal to the front-end client 200 to indicate that a corresponding gift identifier (two-dimensional code or redemption code) is obtained in the display area 230 of the client 200, and if the gift is a coupon, the second indication signal indicates that the display area 230 of the client 200 jumps to a corresponding gift webpage or gift merchant webpage, and if the gift is an entity store, the second indication signal indicates that the entity store information (e.g., geographical location information of the entity store) is displayed on the display area 230 of the client 200.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of a gift-pushing method for a gift-column according to various embodiments of the invention. Note that the method is performed by a server, and the gift includes, but is not limited to, physical goods, electronic coupons, and/or services. As shown in FIG. 3, a gift-pushing method of a gift-column according to various embodiments of the invention includes:
step 301: and receiving registration information submitted by a first merchant and at least one second merchant through a client, and storing the registration information in a database of the server, wherein the second merchant provides gifts for the commodities of the first merchant by using a gift column of the first merchant.
Step 302: receiving gift configuration information of the second merchant, wherein the gift configuration information comprises a plurality of attribute conditions of the gift, and the plurality of attribute conditions comprise geographic location information of the gift.
Step 303: collecting receiving geographic position information of the target product selected by the buyer.
Step 304: and matching the collected receiving geographic position information with the geographic position information in the attribute conditions of the gifts according to the attribute conditions of the gift configuration information provided by at least one second merchant and stored in the database of the server so as to determine the gifts suitable for the target product selected by the buyer.
Step 305: the plurality of gifts are sorted according to the position information of the plurality of gifts compared with the target commodity, and the sorted gift list is sent to the client device of the buyer to be presented in the gift bar of the target commodity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, after sending the sorted bonus list to the client device of the buyer for presentation in the bonus bar of the target item in step 305, the server may further receive a filter signal from the client of the buyer and filter the bonus list according to the filter signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the gifts are sorted in step 305, or when the buyer selects the intelligent sorting of the gifts through the client, the server may compare the relevance between the gifts in the gift list and the products browsed by the buyer according to the previous product browsing information of the buyer, and sort the gifts in the gift list according to the relevance.
Step 306: a first indication signal is received indicating that the target merchandise transaction is successful and a gift selected by a buyer.
Step 307: sending second indication information to the client of the buyer to provide information of the gift. According to an embodiment of the invention, the second indication information indicates that a gift identification is displayed at the client of the buyer, the gift identification comprising a two-dimensional code or a redemption code. According to another embodiment of the invention, the second indication information indicates a jump to a corresponding gift web page or gift merchant web page at the client of the buyer. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the second indication information indicates that physical store information is displayed at the client of the buyer.
The gift pushing method according to the embodiments of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: an online transaction mode of geographic position information of a buyer and multiple merchants is combined. Even a general online shopping platform, such as a B2C model shopping website like the kyoto, has very limited use of the geographic information of the buyer and the geographic information of the merchant. Often only the store of their own closest to the buyer will be recommended, and many times nothing at all. However, by using the gift push method provided by the invention, the backend server can match the registered merchant closest to the buyer, not just the own store. This is useful in situations where the platform has many registered merchants.
Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the gift field is used as the advertisement field. Unlike the common treatment of gifts as accessories (even improper commodity treatment) and as cheap treatment, the system treats the gifts as advertisement commodities, and gift merchants can utilize the gifts to bind hot commodities to increase the flow of stores and obtain more profits. Although the gift merchants are loss in the short term, the online stores increase the passenger flow in the long term, the coupons stimulate consumption, and the entity stores can obtain the after-sales services of the users, so that the future income is increased invisibly.
Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: gift offers may be managed by the platform rather than the merchant. The merchant's offer always gives the feeling of "woollen on the sheep", and the merchant's demand for a gift is much greater than the quality in order to maximize the benefit. If the platform is used for management, only information fee and management fee are collected, the information fee and the management fee are not directly contacted with the gift, but are controlled by the gift merchants, and the gift merchants are mostly storefronts near the buyers, so certain guarantee is provided on the quality and after-sales. Of course, the interests of the seller, rather than just the buyer, may be taken into account by the customers of the trading platform. For the same price, the customer is naturally willing to choose the one that favors more gifts, and even more so, those gifts can be used.
In the manner described above, the gift pushing method according to the embodiments of the present invention can maximize the benefit of the customer, increase sales volume for the merchant itself, and certainly increase the flow rate of the gift merchant, optimize the effectiveness of the gift, and present the gift to the "needed" people.
The foregoing is an example of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and those skilled in the art will understand how to implement the present invention after reading the foregoing detailed description. Numerous modifications may be made to the illustrated embodiments of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and such modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention is subject to the claims of the specification.
