一种稳定性好的浮头式换热器,主要由壳盖、浮头盖、浮头管板、法兰、壳体、传热管、支持板和折流板组成,所述的壳体下方设有传热管,壳体内设有支持板,壳体内中心位置设有折流板,传热管左侧设有浮头管板,浮头管板上设有浮头盖,浮头盖外侧设有壳盖,壳盖与壳体相连接,壳盖与壳体相连接处设有法兰。
所述的浮头管板上设有浮头。
所述的壳体上方设有流体入口,壳体下方设有流体出口。
所述的壳体下方设有支撑座。
