一种双管板换热器,包括左封头、右封头、外管板、内管板、壳体、列管和折流板,折流板分为上折流板和下折流板,且上折流板和下折流板倾斜的角度不同,等距错落设置,这样流体在壳体内会形成类似螺旋一样的流动方向,大大增大了换热面积。

技术领域
本发明涉及换热器领域,尤其涉及一种双管板换热器。
背景技术
双管板换热器是在换热器一端设有一定间隙的两块管板或相当于有一定间隙的两块管板的换热器。在实际操作中,双管板换热器一般用于以下两种场合:一种是绝对防止管壳程间介质混串的场合,采用双管板结构,能有效防止两种物料混合,从而杜绝上述事故的发生;另一种是管壳程间介质压差很大的场合,此时通常在内外管板之间的空腔中加入一种介质,以减小管壳程间介质的压差。
目前大部分的双管板换热器中折流板都是竖直设置的,设置折流板的目的是为了尽可能的加大换热面积,但是竖直设置的折流板加大换热面积有限。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种折流板上下错落设置,结构设计合理的一种双管板换热器。
为实现本发明的目的采用以下的技术方案:一种双管板换热器,包括左封头、右封头、外管板、内管板、壳体、列管和折流板,所述右封头上部设有物料进口,左封头下部设有物料出口、所述壳体底部右侧设有冷却水进口,壳体顶部左侧设有冷却水出口,所述列管水平置于壳体内,所述折流板分为上折流板和下折流板,上折流板与壳体顶部连接且斜向上45°角设置,下折流板与壳体底部连接且斜向下45°角设置,上折流板和下折流板等距错落放置。
作为优选,所述左封头、右封头、外管板、内管板、壳体、列管和折流板均为316L不锈钢。
作为优选,所述左封头和右封头截面为直角三角形。
作为优选,所述列管直径为10mm,列管数量为167支。
本发明的有益效果:本装置中折流板分为上折流板和下折流板,且上折流板和下折流板倾斜的角度不同,等距错落设置,这样流体在壳体内会形成类似螺旋一样的流动方向,大大增大了换热面积。

本发明一种双管板换热器,包括左封头1、右封头2、外管板3、内管板4、壳体5、列管6和折流板7,所述右封头2上部设有物料进口8,左封头1下部设有物料出口9、所述壳体5底部右侧设有冷却水进口10,壳体5顶部左侧设有冷却水出口11,所述列管6水平置于壳体5内,所述折流板7分为上折流板7.1和下折流板7.2,上折流板7.1与壳体5顶部连接且斜向上45°角设置,下折流板7.2与壳体5底部连接且斜向下45°角设置,上折流板7.1和下折流板7.2等距错落放置,所述左封头1、右封头2、外管板3、内管板4、壳体5、列管6和折流板7均为316L不锈钢,所述左封头1和右封头2截面为直角三角形,所述列管6直径为10mm,列管数量为167支。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的一种双管板换热器,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种双管板换热器,其特征在于:包括左封头、右封头、外管板、内管板、壳体、列管和折流板,所述右封头上部设有物料进口,左封头下部设有物料出口、所述壳体底部右侧设有冷却水进口,壳体顶部左侧设有冷却水出口,所述列管水平置于壳体内,所述折流板分为上折流板和下折流板,上折流板与壳体顶部连接且斜向上45°角设置,下折流板与壳体底部连接且斜向下45°角设置,上折流板和下折流板等距错落放置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双管板换热器,其特征在于:所述左封头、右封头、外管板、内管板、壳体、列管和折流板均为316L不锈钢。
