Abstract
本发明涉及一种移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,包括蝶阀阀体和止回阀阀体,蝶阀阀体中插有阀杆,阀杆上通过多个六角螺栓和垫片设有阀片,阀杆的两端穿出蝶阀阀体,阀杆与蝶阀阀体之间设有轴承,阀杆的两端外侧均设有端盖,阀杆的一端顶部套有阀盖,阀杆的一端通过联轴器连接有电机,电机通过螺栓固定在端盖上,止回阀阀体内设有止回阀芯,止回阀芯与止回阀阀体之间设有止回弹簧。蝶阀由常规的气缸控制改为用电机控制,电机控制的蝶阀开口度可以根据负载压力进行微调,反应迅速,整个控制过程为闭环控制,确保空压机输出压力稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,适用于移动螺杆空压机系统。
背景技术
目前,现有的移动式螺杆空压机大多数使用的是常开式进气阀,其缺点是螺杆机启动负荷比较大,在野外气温比较低的情况下,表现的更为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种结构合理、性能牢靠、启动负荷小、关闭速度快的移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 一种移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,包括蝶阀阀体和止回阀阀体,蝶阀阀体中插有阀杆,阀杆上通过多个六角螺栓和垫片设有阀片,阀杆的两端穿出蝶阀阀体,阀杆与蝶阀阀体之间设有轴承,阀杆的两端外侧均设有端盖,阀杆的一端顶部套有阀盖,阀杆的一端通过联轴器连接有电机,电机通过螺栓固定在端盖上,止回阀阀体内设有止回阀芯,止回阀芯与止回阀阀体之间设有止回弹簧。
本发明的进一步改进在于:蝶阀阀体和止回阀阀体之间设有第一密封圈。
本发明的进一步改进在于:止回阀芯与止回阀阀体之间设有缓冲垫和缓冲圈。
本发明的进一步改进在于:端盖与蝶阀阀体之间设有第二密封圈。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
进气阀上部设置了蝶阀,下部设置了止回阀,蝶阀通过电机来控制,在整个空压机启动过程中,电机控制蝶阀保持关闭状态,实现了轻载启动,完成轻载启动后,电动机控制蝶阀实现加载和卸载控制,进气阀控制部分密封要求比较低,控制精度高,反应速度快,空压机排气压力稳定。

如图1示出了本发明移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀的一种实施方式,包括蝶阀阀体1和止回阀阀体2,蝶阀阀体1中插有阀杆3,阀杆3上通过多个六角螺栓4和垫片5设有阀片6,阀杆3的两端穿出蝶阀阀体1,阀杆3与蝶阀阀体1之间设有轴承7,阀杆3的两端外侧均设有端盖8,阀杆3的一端顶部套有阀盖9,阀杆3的一端通过联轴器10连接有电机11,电机11通过螺栓12固定在端盖8上,止回阀阀体2内设有止回阀芯13,止回阀芯13与止回阀阀体2之间设有止回弹簧14。
蝶阀阀体1和止回阀阀体2之间设有第一密封圈15。止回阀芯13与止回阀阀体2之间设有缓冲垫16和缓冲圈17。端盖8与蝶阀阀体1之间设有第二密封圈18。
蝶阀由常规的气缸控制改为用电机控制,电机控制的蝶阀开口度可以根据负载压力进行微调,反应迅速,整个控制过程为闭环控制,确保空压机输出压力稳定。

1.一种移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,包括蝶阀阀体(1)和止回阀阀体(2),其特征在于:所述蝶阀阀体(1)中插有阀杆(3),所述阀杆(3)上通过多个六角螺栓(4)和垫片(5)设有阀片(6),所述阀杆(3)的两端穿出所述蝶阀阀体(1),所述阀杆(3)与所述蝶阀阀体(1)之间设有轴承(7),所述阀杆(3)的两端外侧均设有端盖(8),所述阀杆(3)的一端顶部套有阀盖(9),所述阀杆(3)的一端通过联轴器(10)连接有电机(11),所述电机(11)通过螺栓(12)固定在所述端盖(8)上,所述止回阀阀体(2)内设有止回阀芯(13),所述止回阀芯(13)与所述止回阀阀体(2)之间设有止回弹簧(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,其特征在于:所述蝶阀阀体(1)和止回阀阀体(2)之间设有第一密封圈(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,其特征在于:所述止回阀芯(13)与所述止回阀阀体(2)之间设有缓冲垫(16)和缓冲圈(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述移动螺杆空压机用电动进气阀,其特征在于:所述端盖(8)与所述蝶阀阀体(1)之间设有第二密封圈(18)。
