Abstract
本发明公开了一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,由PU弹性层、印刷层、PET层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,PET层上表面设置印刷层,下表面涂覆丙烯酸压敏胶层,且印刷层、PET层和丙烯酸压敏胶层形成网格状结构,PU弹性层设置在网格状结构上表面,PU弹性层由泡棉材料填充形成,本发明结构简单,具有优异的弹性、韧性和抗拉性能,还具有导热率高,粘接性能好,耐老化性能优异的特点,适用于OLED手机屏幕保护,缓冲。

技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉胶带技术领域,具体为一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带。
背景技术
泡棉胶带是以EVA或者是PE泡棉为基材在其一面或两面涂以溶剂型(或热熔型)压敏胶再复以离型纸制造而成。具有密封、减震的作用 。具有出色的密封性、抗压缩变形性、阻燃性、浸润性等。产品广泛应用于电子电器产品、机械零部件、各类小家电、手机配件、工业仪表、电脑及周边设备、汽车配件、影音器材、玩具、化妆品、工艺礼品、医疗仪器、电动工具、办公文具、货架展示、家居装饰、亚克力玻璃、陶瓷制品、运业的绝缘,粘贴,密封,防滑与缓冲防震包装。
现有技术中的手机屏用泡棉胶带完全依赖进口,国产泡绵无法做到0.07mm及以下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,所述泡棉胶带由PU弹性层、印刷层、PET层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述PET层上表面设置印刷层,下表面涂覆丙烯酸压敏胶层,且所述印刷层、PET层和丙烯酸压敏胶层形成网格状结构,所述PU弹性层设置在网格状结构上表面,所述PU弹性层有泡棉材料填充形成。
优选的,所述泡棉材料组份按重量份数包括水性聚酯树脂40-60份、结构增强剂10-15份、匀泡剂6-14份、炭黑2-8份、流平剂5-10份、消光剂1-5份、稳泡剂2-8份、链终止剂5-10份、增稠剂5-10份。
优选的,所述PU弹性层厚度为0.06-0.07mm。
优选的,所述印刷层厚度为0.001-0.002mm。
优选的,所述PET层的厚度为0.012-0.014mm。
优选的,所述丙烯酸压敏胶层厚度为0.01-0.02mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构简单,具有优异的弹性、韧性和抗拉性能,还具有导热率高,粘接性能好,耐老化性能优异的特点,适用于OLED手机屏幕保护,缓冲。
(2)本发明采用的泡棉材料环保无毒、结构能力强、稳定性好、发泡速度快,能够进一步提高胶带的品质。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,泡棉胶带由PU弹性层1、印刷层2、PET层3和丙烯酸压敏胶层4组成,所述PET层3上表面设置印刷层2,下表面涂覆丙烯酸压敏胶层4,且所述印刷层2、PET层3和丙烯酸压敏胶层4形成网格状结构,所述PU弹性层1设置在网格状结构上表面,所述PU弹性层1由泡棉材料填充形成。
本实施例中,泡棉材料组份按重量份数包括水性聚酯树脂40份、结构增强剂10份、匀泡剂6份、炭黑2份、流平剂5份、消光剂1份、稳泡剂2份、链终止剂5份、增稠剂5份。
本实施例中,PU弹性层1厚度为0.06mm。
本实施例中,印刷层2厚度为0.001mm。
本实施例中,PET层3的厚度为0.012mm。

本实施例中,PU弹性层1厚度为0.07mm。
本实施例中,印刷层2厚度为0.002mm。
本实施例中,PET层3的厚度为0.014mm。
本实施例中,丙烯酸压敏胶层4厚度为0.02mm。
实施例三:
一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,泡棉胶带由PU弹性层1、印刷层2、PET层3和丙烯酸压敏胶层4组成,所述PET层3上表面设置印刷层2,下表面涂覆丙烯酸压敏胶层4,且所述印刷层2、PET层3和丙烯酸压敏胶层4形成网格状结构,所述PU弹性层1设置在网格状结构上表面,所述PU弹性层1由泡棉材料填充形成。

本发明采用的泡棉材料环保无毒、结构能力强、稳定性好、发泡速度快,能够进一步提高胶带的品质。
本发明结构简单,具有优异的弹性、韧性和抗拉性能,还具有导热率高,粘接性能好,耐老化性能优异的特点,适用于OLED手机屏幕保护,缓冲。

1.一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述泡棉胶带由PU弹性层(1)、印刷层(2)、PET层(3)和丙烯酸压敏胶层(4)组成,所述PET层(3)上表面设置印刷层(2),下表面涂覆丙烯酸压敏胶层(4),且所述印刷层(2)、PET层(3)和丙烯酸压敏胶层(4)形成网格状结构,所述PU弹性层(1)设置在网格状结构上表面,所述PU弹性层(1)由泡棉材料填充形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述泡棉材料组份按重量份数包括水性聚酯树脂40-60份、结构增强剂10-15份、匀泡剂6-14份、炭黑2-8份、流平剂5-10份、消光剂1-5份、稳泡剂2-8份、链终止剂5-10份、增稠剂5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述PU弹性层(1)厚度为0.06-0.07mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述印刷层(2)厚度为0.001-0.002mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述PET层(3)的厚度为0.012-0.014mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄手机屏泡棉胶带,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸压敏胶层(4)厚度为0.01-0.02mm。
