Abstract

本发明公开了一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,该方法将各原料按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中混合,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;再将将三元乙丙橡胶、改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。本发明防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料环保、耐磨、适用于低温到高温之间、保温性能好、耐臭氧、氧、光及气候老化,野外使用耐候性优良,寿命可达10年、具有高绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀性能好、防水。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法。
技术背景
建筑物隔热保温是节约能源、改善居住环境和使用功能的一个重要方面。建筑能耗在人类整个能源消耗中所占比例一般在30-40%,绝大部分是采暖和空调的能耗,故建筑节能意义重大,所以,中华人民共和国建设部第143号令《民用建筑节能管理规定》,规定我国的城市建设中要求在规划、设计、建造和使用中,必须执行建筑节能标准,建筑构筑物必须进行隔热保温工程处理。为节约能源消耗,在热力设备表面通常施加保温材料隔热层,减少与外界的热交换造成能量损失。橡塑保温材料是石油化工产品,是一种建筑行业和制冷行业保温保冷的理想材料。具有密度小、导热系数低、不吸水、柔性好、隔水、阻汽等特点。广泛应用于大楼、宾馆、公寓屋顶、墙面、中央空调、建筑行业保温吸音、防震等部位。但是现有市面上的橡胶保温材料大都存在易腐蚀、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大等缺点,制约着橡胶保温材料的安全性和使用寿命,因此急需要开发一种防腐、耐磨、使用寿命长的橡塑保温材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯50-60份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑1-5份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、海藻酸钠1-5份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物1-5份、六钛酸钾晶须3-7份、碳酰二胺3-5份、二甲苯磺酸钾2-6份、苎麻麻骨12-14份、环氧大豆油5-10份、氮化硼 2-4份、钛酸四丁酯4-8份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚10-15份、线性低密度聚乙烯12-18份;按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中先于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;
步骤2、将重量份计,将100-150份三元乙丙橡胶、40-80份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
所述步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑3份、聚氧乙烯醚13份、海藻酸钠3份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物3份、六钛酸钾晶须5份、碳酰二胺4份、二甲苯磺酸钾4份、苎麻麻骨13份、环氧大豆油7份、氮化硼 3份、钛酸四丁酯6份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚13份、线性低密度聚乙烯15份。
所述将混合料加入反应釜中先于105-115℃混合10-15min。
所述将混合料加入反应釜中先于110℃混合13min。
所述步骤2、将重量份计,将130份三元乙丙橡胶、60份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料环保、耐磨、适用于低温到高温之间、保温性能好、耐臭氧、氧、光及气候老化,野外使用耐候性优良,寿命可达10年、具有高绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀性能好、防水。

步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯60份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑5份、聚氧乙烯醚15份、海藻酸钠5份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物1-5份、六钛酸钾晶须7份、碳酰二胺5份、二甲苯磺酸钾6份、苎麻麻骨14份、环氧大豆油10份、氮化硼4份、钛酸四丁酯8份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚15份、线性低密度聚乙烯18份;按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中先于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;
步骤2、将重量份计,将150份三元乙丙橡胶、-80份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
实施例2
一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯50份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑1份、聚氧乙烯醚10份、海藻酸钠1份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物1份、六钛酸钾晶须3份、碳酰二胺3份、二甲苯磺酸钾2份、苎麻麻骨12份、环氧大豆油5份、氮化硼 2份、钛酸四丁酯4份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚10份、线性低密度聚乙烯12份;按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中先于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;
步骤2、将重量份计,将100份三元乙丙橡胶、40份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
实施例3
一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑3份、聚氧乙烯醚13份、海藻酸钠3份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物3份、六钛酸钾晶须5份、碳酰二胺4份、二甲苯磺酸钾4份、苎麻麻骨13份、环氧大豆油7份、氮化硼 3份、钛酸四丁酯6份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚13份、线性低密度聚乙烯15份;按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中先于110℃混合13min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;
步骤2、将重量份计,将130份三元乙丙橡胶、60份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
对上述实施例3制得的防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料进行性能测试,结果如下:

1.一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯50-60份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑1-5份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、海藻酸钠1-5份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物1-5份、六钛酸钾晶须3-7份、碳酰二胺3-5份、二甲苯磺酸钾2-6份、苎麻麻骨12-14份、环氧大豆油5-10份、氮化硼 2-4份、钛酸四丁酯4-8份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚10-15份、线性低密度聚乙烯12-18份;按比例混匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中先于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料;
步骤2、将重量份计,将100-150份三元乙丙橡胶、40-80份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1、按重量份计,称取如下原料:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、二硫代氨基甲酸锑3份、聚氧乙烯醚13份、海藻酸钠3份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物3份、六钛酸钾晶须5份、碳酰二胺4份、二甲苯磺酸钾4份、苎麻麻骨13份、环氧大豆油7份、氮化硼 3份、钛酸四丁酯6份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚13份、线性低密度聚乙烯15份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2、将重量份计,将130份三元乙丙橡胶、60份改性粒料混匀后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤入模具,模具加工成型后即得防腐耐磨橡胶保温材料。
