本发明公开了一种疏水性塑料薄膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:50‑70份PP‑R,10‑15份四氢呋喃,2‑3份聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,蛋壳粉0.5‑6份,1‑2份淀粉,6‑7份聚乳酸,1‑2份马来酸酐‑苯乙烯共聚物,4‑5份山梨醇,1‑2份β晶型成核剂,8‑9份聚碳酸亚丙酯,1‑2份甲酰胺。本发明以一种便宜且环境友好型材料聚乳酸制备出超疏水塑料薄膜,制备方法简单,工艺条件容易控制,可以制备出均匀、大面积的超疏水薄膜,具有较大的实际应用价值。

一种疏水性塑料薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,具体一种疏水性塑料薄膜。
背景技术
表面润湿性是固体表面的重要特性之一,也是极为常见的一类界面现象,它直接影响自然界中生物体的各种生命活动,而且在人类的生产与生活中也起着重要的作用。固体表面的润湿性由其表面化学组成和微观几何结构共同决定。而超疏水表面作为具有特殊浸润性表面的一种,可用来防水、防雾、防雪、防尘等。所谓超疏水表面一般是指与水的接触角大于150°的表面。通常,制备超疏水性表面的方法有两种:一种是在具有低表面能的疏水材料表面构筑粗糙的几何结构;另一种是在具有粗糙结构的表面上利用低表面能物质如氟化物等进行表面修饰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疏水性塑料薄膜。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种疏水性塑料薄膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:50-70份PP-R,10-15份四氢呋喃,2-3份聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,蛋壳粉0.5-6份,1-2份淀粉,6-7份聚乳酸,1-2份马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物,4-5份山梨醇,1-2份β晶型成核剂,8-9份聚碳酸亚丙酯,1-2份甲酰胺。
所述的一种疏水性塑料薄膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:60份PP-R,14份四氢呋喃,3份聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,蛋壳粉3份,1-2份淀粉,6份聚乳酸,2份马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物,4份山梨醇,2份β晶型成核剂,9份聚碳酸亚丙酯,2份甲酰胺。
制备方法包括以下步骤:按照比例将原料放置在搅拌机中预混合均匀,在搅拌机中以30-50rpm转速充分搅拌混合均匀得混合物;然后,将该混合物用双螺杆挤出机再进行退火处理后得到制品。
采用双螺杆挤出机在120-190℃温度下、以20-80rpm对所述混合物熔融共混。
本发明的有益效果:本发明以一种便宜且环境友好型材料聚乳酸制备出超疏水塑料薄膜,制备方法简单,工艺条件容易控制,可以制备出均匀、大面积的超疏水薄膜,具有较大的实际应用价值。

实施例1
一种疏水性塑料薄膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:50份PP-R,10份四氢呋喃,2份聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,蛋壳粉0.5份,1份淀粉,6份聚乳酸,1份马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物,4份山梨醇,1份β晶型成核剂,8份聚碳酸亚丙酯,1份甲酰胺。
制备方法包括以下步骤:按照比例将原料放置在搅拌机中预混合均匀,在搅拌机中以30-50rpm转速充分搅拌混合均匀得混合物;然后,将该混合物用双螺杆挤出机再进行退火处理后得到制品。
采用双螺杆挤出机在120-190℃温度下、以20-80rpm对所述混合物熔融共混。
实施例2

制备方法包括以下步骤:按照比例将原料放置在搅拌机中预混合均匀,在搅拌机中以30-50rpm转速充分搅拌混合均匀得混合物;然后,将该混合物用双螺杆挤出机再进行退火处理后得到制品。
