本发明公开了一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,包括面板本体,所述面板本体包括底部碳纤维布层、横向碳纤维丝束层、中间碳纤维布层、纵向碳纤维丝束层、上碳纤维布层和装饰布层,加工步骤包括切割碳纤维布和碳纤维丝束、铺设碳纤维布和碳纤维丝束、加热固化成型、冷却、开模钻孔和表面处理。本发明设计合理、生产步骤简单,外表美观,使用寿命长,强度高,在运输过程中不容易因为撞击而损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及空调室内机的外壳面板生产技术领域,具体的说是一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中的空调内机的外壳面板大多数采用塑料挤出成型,塑料面板的强度不高,在运输的过程中会容易导致面板损坏,使用一段时间后面板的颜色会产生变化,尤其是白色面板容易变黄,同时塑料面板会产生轻微的形变,影响美观,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明提供了一种强度高、使用寿命长、不会变形和变色的空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺。
为了达到上述目的本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,包括面板本体,所述面板本体包括底部碳纤维布层、横向碳纤维丝束层、中间碳纤维布层、纵向碳纤维丝束层、上碳纤维布层和装饰布层,加工步骤如下:(1)将碳纤维布剪成若干大小与下模具内型腔形状和表面积大小相同的小块碳纤维布,去污后备用;
(2)将碳纤维丝束切割成比下模具型腔的宽度短2-4厘米和比下模具长度短4-6厘米的横向碳纤维丝束和纵向碳纤维丝束,并分开放置;
(3)将碳纤维布剪成长度与下模具的型腔两端的宽度相同,宽度为2-3厘米的若干横边碳纤维布,将碳纤维布剪成长度比下模具型腔长度短2-3厘米。宽度为1-2厘米的若干纵边碳纤维布;
(4)将在上模具和下模具的型腔内均匀涂有一层脱模剂,将小块碳纤维布铺在下模具的型腔内,在小块碳纤维布的上表面涂有一层树脂,再将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺在小块碳纤维布的边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺之间的下模具型腔内铺有横向碳纤维丝束;
(5)将铺设好的横向碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘振动2-3分钟,将碳纤维粉均匀振入碳纤维丝之间的间隙内,停止振动,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和横向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布上表面均匀涂有树脂,将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺设在小块碳纤维布边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间铺设纵向碳纤维丝束;
(6)将铺设好的碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘将碳纤维粉振实后,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和纵向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布表面涂有树脂后铺设一侧具有纹路和色彩的装饰布,合上上模具;
(7)将模具放置到模压台上通过油管道加热,模具在30min内达到145℃后,20min内使温度保持在145℃;
(8)将模具取出放置在冷却台上,通过水冷至30-40℃;
(9)打开模具取出成型的外壳面板,进行孔加工、对面板表面进行打磨和刷油漆。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤(4)和步骤(5)中的横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布均为两层,在两侧横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间均涂有树脂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述树脂由以下材料按照重量份组成:环氧树脂70-80份、阻燃剂3-5份、抗老化剂2-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板的强度高,在运输的过程中不会因为撞击而发生断裂,生产工艺较为简单,生产出的外壳面板不易变形,颜色会不发生变化,持久耐用。
本发明设计合理、生产步骤简单,外表美观,使用寿命长,强度高,在运输过程中不容易因为撞击而损坏。
具体实施方式
为了加强对本发明的理解,下面将对本发明作进一步的详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
1、本发明是一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,包括面板本体,其特征在于:所述面板本体包括底部碳纤维布层、横向碳纤维丝束层、中间碳纤维布层、纵向碳纤维丝束层、上碳纤维布层和装饰布层,加工步骤如下:(1)将碳纤维布剪成若干大小与下模具内型腔形状和表面积大小相同的小块碳纤维布,去污后备用;
(3)将碳纤维丝束切割成比下模具型腔的宽度短2-4厘米和比下模具长度短4-6厘米的横向碳纤维丝束和纵向碳纤维丝束,并分开放置;
(3)将碳纤维布剪成长度与下模具的型腔两端的宽度相同,宽度为2-3厘米的若干横边碳纤维布,将碳纤维布剪成长度比下模具型腔长度短2-3厘米。宽度为1-2厘米的若干纵边碳纤维布;
(4)将在上模具和下模具的型腔内均匀涂有一层脱模剂,将小块碳纤维布铺在下模具的型腔内,在小块碳纤维布的上表面涂有一层树脂,再将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺在小块碳纤维布的边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺之间的下模具型腔内铺有横向碳纤维丝束;
(5)将铺设好的横向碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘振动2-3分钟,将碳纤维粉均匀振入碳纤维丝之间的间隙内,停止振动,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和横向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布上表面均匀涂有树脂,将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺设在小块碳纤维布边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间铺设纵向碳纤维丝束;
(6)将铺设好的碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘将碳纤维粉振实后,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和纵向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布表面涂有树脂后铺设一侧具有纹路和色彩的装饰布,合上上模具;
(7)将模具放置到模压台上通过油管道加热,模具在30min内达到145℃后,20min内使温度保持在145℃;
(8)将模具取出放置在冷却台上,通过水冷至30-40℃;
(9)打开模具取出成型的外壳面板,进行孔加工、对面板表面进行打磨和刷油漆,步骤(4)和步骤(5)中的横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布均为两层,在两侧横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间均涂有树脂,所述树脂由以下材料按照重量份组成:环氧树脂70-80份、阻燃剂3-5份、抗老化剂2-3份,

Claims (3)

1.一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,包括面板本体,其特征在于:所述面板本体包括底部碳纤维布层、横向碳纤维丝束层、中间碳纤维布层、纵向碳纤维丝束层、上碳纤维布层和装饰布层,加工步骤如下:(1)将碳纤维布剪成若干大小与下模具内型腔形状和表面积大小相同的小块碳纤维布,去污后备用;
(2)将碳纤维丝束切割成比下模具型腔的宽度短2-4厘米和比下模具长度短4-6厘米的横向碳纤维丝束和纵向碳纤维丝束,并分开放置;
(3)将碳纤维布剪成长度与下模具的型腔两端的宽度相同,宽度为2-3厘米的若干横边碳纤维布,将碳纤维布剪成长度比下模具型腔长度短2-3厘米,宽度为1-2厘米的若干纵边碳纤维布;
(4)将在上模具和下模具的型腔内均匀涂有一层脱模剂,将小块碳纤维布铺在下模具的型腔内,在小块碳纤维布的上表面涂有一层树脂,再将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺在小块碳纤维布的边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺之间的下模具型腔内铺有横向碳纤维丝束;
(5)将铺设好的横向碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘振动2-3分钟,将碳纤维粉均匀振入碳纤维丝之间的间隙内,停止振动,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和横向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布上表面均匀涂有树脂,将横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布铺设在小块碳纤维布边部,在横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间铺设纵向碳纤维丝束;
(6)将铺设好的碳纤维丝束压平后均匀撒入少量的碳纤维粉,通过振动盘将碳纤维粉振实后,在横边碳纤维布、纵向碳纤维布和纵向碳纤维丝束上均匀涂有树脂后铺设一层小块碳纤维布,在小块碳纤维布表面涂有树脂后铺设一侧具有纹路和色彩的装饰布,合上上模具;
(7)将模具放置到模压台上通过油管道加热,模具在30min内达到145℃后,20min内使温度保持在145℃;
(8)将模具取出放置在冷却台上,通过水冷至30-40℃;
(9)打开模具取出成型的外壳面板,进行孔加工、对面板表面进行打磨和刷油漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)和步骤(5)中的横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布均为两层,在两侧横边碳纤维布与纵向碳纤维布之间均涂有树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种空调室内机碳纤维外壳面板及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述树脂由以下材料按照重量份组成:环氧树脂70-80份、阻燃剂3-5份、抗老化剂2-3份。
