背景技术
二氧化氯消毒剂是国际上公认的高效消毒灭菌剂,它可以杀灭一切微生物,包括细菌繁殖体,细菌芽孢,真菌,分枝杆菌和病毒等,并且这些微生物不会产生抗药性,被确认为是医疗卫生、食品加工中的消毒灭菌、食品(肉类、水产品、果蔬)的防腐、保鲜、环境、饮水和工业循环及污水处理等方面杀菌、清毒、除臭的理想药剂,是国际上公认的氯系消毒剂最理想的更新换代产品。
在医疗卫生方面,二氧化氯可以以气体,溶液等方式使用。也可以用适当的载体,如纺织品负载二氧化氯溶液,对物件实施擦拭消毒操作。

综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
现有二部分纺织品擦拭消毒系统技术中,是将一种反应物预先配成溶液,再将未经改性的纺织品浸于其中,保持潮湿状态,使用前将另一种反应物以溶液状态与上述纺织品混合,以此来产生二氧化氯消毒剂。这就产生了生成二氧化氯反应速度依赖混合速度,并且在纺织品上留有大面积死角的问题。现有技术缺乏一种能在织造布或非织造布上快速且均匀不留死角地原位生成二氧化氯消毒剂以提高消毒效果的技术。现有纺织品擦拭消毒产品中,缺乏一种能在织造布或非织造布上快速且均匀不留死角地原位生成二氧化氯消毒剂以提高消毒效果的产品。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种原位固液二相消毒系统及消毒方法和应用。
本发明是这样实现的,一种原位固液二相消毒方法,所述原位固液二相消毒方法包括:
利用接枝反应对的织造布或非织造布进行化学改性,使织造布或非织造布表面连接酸性基团后与亚氯酸钠水溶液混合,使酸性基团与亚氯酸钠水溶液在织造布或非织造布表面上发生反应,原位生成二氧化氯消毒剂。
进一步,所述利用接枝反应对的织造布或非织造布进行化学改性包括:将织造布或非织造布、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸、引发剂和水按质量比1︰1︰0.1︰100配成接枝反应液;放入三口烧瓶中,摇匀,在氮气流下,加热、回流,进行约5小时的反应;
反应结束后,取出织造布或非织造布,再用无离子水于100摄氏度煮织造布或非织造布,以脱除均聚物。之后再干燥称重。以上过程可以重复,直到织造布或非织造布干重恒定为止。
进一步,所述的酸性基团,包括但不限于羧基-COOH。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
现有消毒系统技术中,消毒应用品对于大面积消毒效果时,实用性差,需不断更换消毒品,使用很麻烦;现有技术缺乏一种能在织造布或非织造布均匀不留死角地生成二氧化氯消毒剂以提高消毒效果的消毒品。
下面结合附图对本发明的应用原理作详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的原位固液二相消毒剂系统,由大塑料袋1内套装着自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾2和小塑料袋3包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层4组成,如图1所示。
所述大塑料袋内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层4。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的原位固液二相喷雾消毒系统设置有大塑料袋;所述大塑料袋1内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾2;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋3;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层4;
所述小塑料袋底部镶嵌有喷雾分配器5,所述喷雾分配器上连通有喷雾扳机6。
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的原位固液二相伤口敷料消毒系统设置有大塑料袋;所述大塑料袋1内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾2;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋3;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层4;
所述小塑料袋底部镶嵌有流体分配器7,所述流体分配器上连通有流体扳机8。
下面结合具体分析对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明实施例提供的织造布或非织造布固相擦拭巾消毒方法包括:先将织造布或非织造布、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸、引发剂(如硝酸铈铵等)和水按质量比1︰1︰0.1︰100的比例配成接枝反应液,放入250毫升三口烧瓶中,摇匀,在氮气流下,加热、回流进行一定时间的反应。反应结束后,取出织造布或非织造布,用无离子水煮沸脱均聚物,直到纤维干重恒定为止。
所述的酸性基团,包括但不限于羧基-COOH。这些酸性基团在水溶液中能够释放氢离子而使溶液呈酸性。
所述的织造布为棉纱布或棉布,或者为涤纶丙纶化纤布。
所述的非织造布为PET涤纶无纺布或PP丙纶无纺布。
所述的亚氯酸钠水溶液质量百分浓度为0.1wt%—2.0wt%。
所述二氧化氯消毒剂,pH值为4.0-6.5。
这些酸性基团在水溶液中能够释放氢离子而使溶液呈酸性。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
本发明实施例提供的原位固液二相喷雾消毒系统,自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾,装于塑料袋内,亚氯酸钠水溶液装入由扳机启动的分配器中,通过分配器将亚氯酸钠水溶液以泡沫、喷雾形式进行分配,此时织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾表面自带的酸性基团便会与亚氯酸钠水溶液在固液界面上发生反应,使自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾均匀不留死角地生成二氧化氯消毒剂。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供的原位固液二相伤口敷料消毒系统,自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾装于塑料袋内,亚氯酸钠水溶液装入由扳机启动的分配器中,通过分配器将亚氯酸钠水溶液以流体形式进行分配,此时自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾表面自带的酸性基团便会与亚氯酸钠水溶液在固液界面上发生反应,使自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾均匀不留死角地生成二氧化氯消毒剂。
下面结合具体应用对本发明的应用原理作进一步描述。
实施例3
本发明使用前用手通过大袋挤压小袋,使小袋破裂,固液二相便在大袋中进行混合,在密封状态下保持数分钟后,再撕开大袋,取出织造布或非织造布对消毒对象进行擦拭消毒灭菌即可;固相织造布或非织造布表面自身连接有酸性基团,此固液二相混合后,靠润湿作用,亚氯酸钠水溶液会迅速均匀地浸湿整个干燥的织造布或非织造布固相,此时固相表面自带的酸性基团便会与亚氯酸钠在固液界面上发生反应,使织造布或非织造布均匀不留死角地生成二氧化氯消毒剂。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述原位固液二相消毒方法包括:
利用接枝反应对的织造布或非织造布进行化学改性,使织造布或非织造布表面连接酸性基团后与亚氯酸钠水溶液混合,使酸性基团与亚氯酸钠水溶液在织造布或非织造布表面上发生反应,原位生成二氧化氯消毒剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述利用接枝反应对的织造布或非织造布进行化学改性包括:将织造布或非织造布、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸、引发剂和水按质量比1︰1︰0.1︰100配成接枝反应液;放入三口烧瓶中,摇匀,在氮气流下,加热、回流,进行5小时的反应;
反应结束后,取出织造布或非织造布,再用无离子水于100摄氏度煮织造布或非织造布,以脱除均聚物;再干燥称重;以上过程重复进行,直到织造布或非织造布干重恒定。
3.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述的酸性基团,包括但不限于羧基-COOH。
4.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述的织造布为棉纱布或棉布,或者为涤纶丙纶化纤布。
5.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述的非织造布为PET涤纶无纺布或PP丙纶无纺布。
6.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述的亚氯酸钠水溶液质量百分浓度为0.1wt%—20.0wt%。
7.如权利要求1所述的原位固液二相消毒方法,其特征在于,所述二氧化氯消毒剂,pH值为4.0-6.5。
8.一种如权利要求1所述原位固液二相消毒方法的原位固液二相消毒系统,其特征在于,所述的原位固液二相消毒系统设置有大塑料袋;所述大塑料袋内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层。
9.一种利用权利要求1所述原位固液二相消毒方法制作的原位固液二相喷雾消毒系统,其特征在于,所述原位固液二相喷雾消毒系统设置有大塑料袋;所述大塑料袋内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层;
所述小塑料袋底部镶嵌有喷雾分配器,所述喷雾分配器上连通有喷雾扳机。
10.一种利用权利要求1所述原位固液二相消毒方法制作的原位固液二相伤口敷料消毒系统,其特征在于,所述原位固液二相伤口敷料消毒系统设置有大塑料袋;所述大塑料袋内套装有自带酸性基团的织造布或非织造布固相干燥擦拭巾;所述大塑料袋内套接有小塑料袋;所述小塑料袋内包装的亚氯酸钠水溶液层;
所述小塑料袋底部镶嵌有流体分配器,所述流体分配器上连通有流体扳机。
