技术领域
本发明涉及一种沐浴露,特别是一种滋养润肤沐浴露。
背景技术
利用新鲜茶果榨汁提取茶果中茶油和茶果汁,保留茶果中的茶皂素、茶多糖、茶蛋白、黄酮等物质,将这种稳定性高,营养成分高的乳液,应用于各类化妆品的开发中,具有非常好的肌肤和头发护理作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种滋养润肤沐浴露,将茶果乳液复配成一种滋养润肤沐浴露,该滋养润肤沐浴露采用新鲜茶果果浆为基础原料,富含山茶油、茶皂素、茶多糖、茶蛋白、黄酮等物质,复配植物细菌修复成分,具有非常好的去屑和滋养修复作用。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述滋养润肤沐浴露的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种滋养润肤沐浴露,按照质量份数由以下成分制成: 植物汁液80-120份;海藻糖1.5-3;甘油1-2份;磷脂0.5-2份;壳聚糖0.1-0.3份;茶多酚0.02-0.05份;食盐1-2份。
所述的植物汁液以重量分数计,由以下成分制成:油茶果50-80份;鲜柳树皮5-10份;鲜薄荷的叶和茎3-5份;鲜生姜3-5份;鲜皂荚果20-30份。
所述的植物汁液制备方法如下:
(1)甄选:选择刚采摘,新鲜饱满的油茶果和刚采摘鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果;
(2)清理:将步骤(1)所得油茶果机械剥开,去掉果壳,清洗获得新鲜茶籽;将鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果分别水洗,沥水,去除污渍后,获得植物原料;
(3)粉碎:将步骤(2)所得油茶籽和植物原料按比例投入粉碎机,获得植物原料颗粒,水分含量40-60%;
(4)分相:将步骤(3)所得植物原料颗粒投入榨汁机,挤压获得固体纤维粉和乳浆;
(5)净化:将步骤(4)所得乳浆输送到反应罐中,调节pH在2-4,铺层析介质,通过层析过滤获得滤液;
(6)精制:将步骤(5)获得的滤液调节pH在5-6,添加助滤剂,通过过滤机过滤,获得稳定的植物汁液。
优选的,所述的油茶果为8-9月采摘的,含油为5%-10%,此时油茶果未成熟,山茶油含量适中(过高乳化困难,并容易油析出、酸败,过低没有增强滋润效果)、茶皂素、茶多糖、淀粉、原花青素、茶蛋白、黄酮等含量最大,能够更好地体现消炎去屑效果及联合滋养。
优选的,步骤(3)所述粉碎机筛孔径2-10毫米,粉碎颗粒小于1毫米,表面无明显白色或淡黄色颗粒,颗粒大,出汁率低;颗粒小,不出汁。
优选的,步骤(5)中所述的植物颗粒中水分含量40-60%,如果水分含量过低,出汁率特别低,甚至不出;水分高,复配水含量大,降低活性含量,难以形成乳液。
优选的,步骤(4)所述榨汁机榨缝间隙0.1~1毫米,很好的进行固液分离。
优选的,其特征在于步骤(5)中所述的层析介质是采用30-100目的硅胶沙、活性炭和活性白土中的一种或几种(吸附比表面积1000m2/g-1500m2/g或吸附能力达到80%-100%),层析罐内铺滤液2%-5%层析介质,通过层析罐过滤,进行净化脱敏;在特定的脱色吸附孔径下,因为整个工艺过程未加温,均为环境温度下操作,通过硅胶沙、活性炭或活性白土的作用,可以有效配合蛋白酶去除致敏物及色素,并很好保留活性物。
优选的,其中步骤(5)中所述的调节pH在2-4,该酸度能够很好的析出致敏物和随时间变化产生的浑浊物,析出后通过硅胶沙层析,刚好很好吸附此粒径的物质。使得后续液体不存在过敏和长时间存放浑浊问题,影响后续使用。
优选的,其中步骤(6)所述的调节pH在5-6,目的是中和步骤(5)酸度,该酸度能够很好的融合其他物料的复配,使后续应用更广泛。
其中步骤(6)中所述的过滤为沉降离心机或叶片过滤机。
其中步骤(6)采用助滤剂硅藻土,添加量为滤液重量的1%-6%。
本发明滋养润肤沐浴露的制备方法如下:
在植物汁液中,按比例加入海藻糖、甘油、磷脂、壳聚糖、茶多酚、食盐,开启均质机,均质10-30分钟,速度为3000转/分钟,获得滋养润肤沐浴露。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)该方法工艺步骤简单,有效脱敏,融和油茶果和其他组分的特点,形成稳定体系的技术;
(2)所得滋养润肤沐浴露采用新鲜茶果果浆为基础原料,富含山茶油、茶皂素、茶多糖、茶蛋白、黄酮等物质,复配植物滋养修复成分,对皮肤有滋润、保湿和清凉止痒作用。
本发明所用到的主要原料说明如下:
油茶果:是油茶树的果实;油茶树是我国主要的木本油料树,被誉为“东方树”,属山茶科山茶属常绿小乔木,是我国特有的木本类植物油资源。树高3—6米,胸径可达24—30厘米,树皮光滑为灰褐色;油茶树单叶互生、花为两性白色,10月开花后直到次年10月间果实方能成熟,因此,油茶树会有罕见的花果同株现象。果实为蒴果,多为椭圆形、有细毛。种子多为黄褐色,有光泽,三角状;油茶树长在深山,尽吸天然养分,常青长寿,树龄可达200年以上。采用新鲜茶果低温压榨,原封保留新鲜茶果营养成分,富含不饱和油、蛋白质、淀粉、茶皂素、黄酮,多酚、VE等,具有保湿、滋润、抗菌、消炎等功效,用于护发,可防止头癣、头屑、脱发及乌发等功效。
柳树皮:含水杨酸,是一种天然的消炎药;在皮肤科常用于治疗各种慢性皮肤病如痤疮(青春痘)、癣等。可以祛角质、杀菌、消炎,因而非常适合治疗毛孔堵塞引起的青春痘。
皂荚果:含三萜皂甙,有很强的清洁作用,含皂角类成分的药物,能够清热化湿、祛除多余脂肪、通畅阻塞毛囊,不会刺激头皮;对大肠杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌等革兰阴性肠内致病菌均有抑制作用。
薄荷的叶和茎:含薄荷脑,白色晶体,分子式C10H20O,为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分;特定香味,作用于皮肤或粘膜,有清凉止痒作用。
生姜:消炎杀菌,通血活络。
海藻糖:纯天然糖类,非常安全稳定,很多生物体内都含有,海藻糖具有超强的保持细胞活力和生物大分子活性,可在细胞表层形成一层特殊的保护膜,不仅能保持皮肤原有的营养和水分,还能滋养皮肤细胞。
壳聚糖:又叫甲壳素,是由蟹虾、昆虫等甲壳质脱乙酰后的多糖类物质,对大肠杆菌、普通变形杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的抑制作用。
茶多酚:具有很好的防腐保鲜作用,对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、番茄溃疮、龋齿链球菌,以及毛霉菌、青霉菌、赤霉菌、炭疽病菌、啤酒酵母菌等均有抑制作用。
磷脂:具有较强的乳化、润湿、分散作用,促进体内脂肪代谢、肌肉生长、神经系统发育和体内抗氧化损伤等方面发挥很重要的作用。
食盐:主要成分为NaCl,增加所配液体的粘稠度。
甘油:一种多元醇保湿剂,滋润肌肤。
具体实施方式
实施例中的油茶果为8月中旬采摘的,含油量7.2%;磷脂为大豆磷脂。
实施例1
实施例1的滋养润肤沐浴露,由如下工艺步骤制成:
(一)植物汁液榨取
(1)甄选:选择刚采摘,新鲜饱满的油茶果和刚采摘鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果;
(2)清理:将步骤(1)所得油茶果机械剥开,去掉果壳,清洗获得新鲜茶籽;将鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果分别水洗,沥水,去除污渍后,获得植物原料;
(3)粉碎:将步骤(2)所得油茶籽和植物原料按比例投入粉碎机(粉碎机筛孔径3毫米),获得植物原料颗粒(颗粒小于1毫米),水分含量40-60%;
(4)分相:将步骤(3)所得植物原料颗粒投入榨汁机(榨缝间隙0.2毫米),挤压获得固体纤维粉和乳浆;
(5)净化:将步骤(4)所得乳浆输送到反应罐中,调节PH在2,铺层析介质60目硅胶沙,占滤液重量的3%,通过层析过滤获得滤液;
(6)精制:将步骤(5)获得的滤液调节PH在5-6,添加助滤剂硅藻土,添加量为滤液重量的3%,通过过滤机过滤,获得稳定的植物汁液。
(二)滋养润肤沐浴露配制
在植物汁液中,按比例加入海藻糖、甘油、磷脂、壳聚糖、茶多酚、食盐,开启均质机,均质10-30分钟,速度为3000转/分钟,获得滋养润肤沐浴露。
实施例2-6
实施例2-6的滋养润肤沐浴露,其制备工艺条件基本同实施例1,只是反应原料及配料比例、温度、时间等条件略有不同,具体如表1所列。

对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的配方相同,差别在于对比例6山茶果乳液采用熟透的鲜油茶果,含油量29%。
将实施例1-6、对比例1所得的滋养润肤沐浴露测试其耐寒耐热稳定性、肌肤过敏性、滋润保湿、清洁。

实施例1-6、对比例1所得的滋养润肤沐浴露的功能性指标和理化指标测试所用到的测试方法如下。
(1)耐寒耐热稳定性
按照GB/T 29680中6.2.1和6.2.2进行。
(2)过敏程度测试
步骤一:用剪刀将四层厚的纱布剪成直径为1cm的圆,共8个,用钢勺取1克沐浴露,涂在圆形纱布上,用去离子水做空白对比;
步骤二:将纱布用镊子夹取放置在受试者前屈手臂处,用胶带固定好,开始计时;
步骤三:48h后撕下胶带,并立即观察纱布覆盖处皮肤的反应;观察结果。
(3)清洁度、滋润修护保湿性能的测试方法,具体方法如下:
将实施例、对比例所得的滋养润肤沐浴露均匀涂抹于身体,手指揉搓3-5分钟,清水清洗,记录感受(- 表示几乎没有、+表示好、++表示很好、+++表示非常好),记录保湿时间,至没有滋润感为止;对比粗糙、干燥受损头发;对比自来水清洁的肌肤。
从表2中,本发明滋养润肤沐浴露采用新鲜茶果果浆为基础原料,富含山茶油、茶皂素、茶多糖、茶蛋白、黄酮等物质,复配去污,修护成分,能够深入头发,护发保湿,修复发梢、清洁等功效,且无过敏性。
另外,将实施例1-6所得的滋养润肤沐浴露,通过检验微生物指标、卫生指标《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),得到下面表3所示的检测结果。

本发明滋养润肤沐浴露毒理学试验:皮肤刺激性试验(多次皮肤刺激性试验)。
试验目的:观察家兔完整皮肤长时间多次接触受试物(本发明的实施例的沐浴露)后所产生的皮肤刺激性反应,为本发明实施例的滋养润肤沐浴露提供安全性依据。
检验依据:《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版;试验方法:选用白色新西兰兔8只,随机分为2组,每组4只;A组: 实验组,B组:去离子水对照组;试验前24h将家兔背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉,剪毛中不损伤皮肤表面,去毛范围为3cm×3cm,涂抹面积为2.5cm×2.5cm,受试物组给本发明的各实施例的滋养润肤沐浴露,取受试物0.5ml直接涂在背部脊柱的一侧,另一侧涂0.5ml对照组去离子水,每天涂抹1次,连续涂抹14d;从第二天开始,每次涂抹时剪毛,用去离子水清除残留受试物;一个小时后观察结果,按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的皮肤刺激性试验表评分,对照区和试验区同样处理。
结果评价:按照下列公式计算每天每只家兔平均积分,按规范表判定家兔皮肤刺激强度,并观察除刺激性外的其他毒性作用。

试验结果:受试物在进行多次皮肤刺激性试验观察期内,给予本发明的各实施例的滋养润肤沐浴露后,家兔未见红斑、水肿;未见全身中毒表现和死亡情况,动物体重增加,对呼吸、循环、中枢神经系统、四肢活动等无影响。
试验结论:本发明各实施例的滋养润肤沐浴露对白色新西兰兔完整皮肤无刺激性。
Claims (8)
1.一种滋养润肤沐浴露,按照质量份数由以下成分制成: 植物汁液80-120份;海藻糖1.5-3;甘油1-2份;磷脂0.5-2份;壳聚糖0.1-0.3份;茶多酚0.02-0.05份;食盐1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,所述的植物汁液以重量分数计,由以下成分制成:油茶果50-80份;鲜柳树皮5-10份;鲜薄荷的叶和茎3-5份;鲜生姜3-5份;鲜皂荚果20-30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,所述的植物汁液制备方法如下:
(1)甄选:选择刚采摘,新鲜饱满的油茶果和刚采摘鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果;
(2)清理:将步骤(1)所得油茶果机械剥开,去掉果壳,清洗获得新鲜茶籽;将鲜柳树皮、鲜薄荷的叶和茎、鲜生姜、鲜皂荚果分别水洗,沥水,去除污渍后,获得植物原料;
(3)粉碎:将步骤(2)所得油茶籽和植物原料按比例投入粉碎机,获得植物原料颗粒,水分含量40-60%;
(4)分相:将步骤(3)所得植物原料颗粒投入榨汁机,挤压获得固体纤维粉和乳浆;
(5)净化:将步骤(4)所得乳浆输送到反应罐中,调节pH值在2-4,铺层析介质,通过层析过滤获得滤液;
(6)精制:将步骤(5)获得的滤液调节pH值在5-6,添加助滤剂,通过过滤机过滤,获得植物汁液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的油茶果为8-9月采摘的,含油量为5-10%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述粉碎机筛孔径2-10毫米。
6.根据权利要求3所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述榨汁机榨缝间隙0.1-1毫米。
7.根据权利要求3所述的滋养润肤沐浴露,其特征在于步骤(5)中所述的层析介质是采用30-100目硅胶沙、活性炭或活性白土中的一种或几种,吸附比表面积1000-1500m2/g,层析介质是滤液重量的2-5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述滋养润肤沐浴露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在植物汁液中,按比例加入海藻糖、甘油、磷脂、壳聚糖、茶多酚、食盐,开启均质机,均质10-30分钟,速度为3000转/分钟,获得滋养润肤沐浴露。
