还参考图4、图4A、图5和图6,滑块48连接到布置在护套构件18内的管状构件或内管19,并被构造成使得管状构件19能够在护套构件18内往复运动,并且因此,充当驱动杆组件以使端部执行器28打开并使端部执行器28闭合到夹持位置。该驱动杆可以是中空轴;因此,该驱动杆组件可充当推动管组件或驱动器管组件。护套构件18包括连接器61,并且固持器62位于连接器61内。端部执行器28包括采用一组销70和72附接到连接器61的第一夹持构件,诸如上夹持构件68。更具体地,该组销70和72延伸穿过连接器61中的一对孔73并穿过上夹持构件68的一对孔71。销70的内端部与固持器62的相应槽63接合。销76使管状构件19的端部接合到上夹持构件68。因此,管状构件19向远侧的移动致使管状构件19推压销76,销76继而推压上夹持构件68以使上夹持构件68围绕销70和72向下枢转到夹持位置。固持器62在护套18内保持固定并帮助保持远侧构件86(图7)在管状构件19中居中。固持器62由绝缘材料(诸如例如,塑料)制成以确保远侧构件86和管状构件19彼此电隔离。电极64采用销或轴74附接到上夹持构件68的底部并且电连接到能量源13,以使电极64充当密封表面。
现在转向图7,钳10进一步包括子组件构件80,子组件构件80的内轴83被容纳在内护套84内。内轴83连接到放大的近侧端部82并且在轴83的远侧端部处连接到远侧构件86。远侧构件86可以是探头、第二夹持构件、或探头和第二夹持构件两者。在各种布置中,远侧构件86接收由源13递送的超声波能量,以使远侧构件充当切割元件。远侧构件86可充当具有密封表面的电极。因此,如果上夹持构件68包括电极64并且远侧构件86包括电极,则端部执行器28充当双极钳的相反电极。
如图8A中所示的,放大的近侧端部82被容纳在两件式探头固持器90A和90B中。细长的电触头92A和92B定位于探头固持器90A和90B的外侧并且电连接到电源13。如图8A中进一步所示的,内轴83和内护套84定位于管状构件19内,并且被构造成允许管状构件19在内护套84上往复运动。
还参考图8B,两件式探头固持器90A和90B包括与手持件12内的一组肋46(例如,参考图2)中的一个接合的放大凸缘96。因此,探头子组件构件80在手持件12内保持固定,而滑块48、弹簧44和梭42能够相对于子组件80平移。
现在参考图9,滑块48包括凸缘60。第二偏压构件45(诸如弹簧)定位于凸缘60与连接器旋钮22的直径减小区域的表面104之间。因此,可移动柄部16朝向固定柄部14的移动导致轭状物58向远侧移动。由于轭状物58与梭42接合,因此轭状物58的远侧移动推动梭42,梭42抵靠滑块凸缘60压缩弹簧44,弹簧44继而使滑块48向远侧移动。滑块48的远侧移动在表面104与凸缘60之间压缩弹簧45。由于管状构件19连接到滑块48,因此滑块48的移动导致管状构件19在护套18内并在内护套84上的移动。并且,如先前描述的,由于管状构件19与销76接合,因此管状构件19的远侧移动导致销76的远侧移动,这导致上夹持构件68向下枢转到闭合的夹持位置。为打开端部执行器28,可移动柄部16远离固定柄部14移动。更具体地,柄部16远离固定柄部14的移动导致梭42向近侧移动,这允许弹簧44扩展以减小滑块48的凸缘60上的压缩力。因此,弹簧45也能够伸展以推压凸缘60,这导致滑块48的近侧移动。如上文所论述的,由于滑块48连接到端部执行器28,因此滑块48的近侧移动导致上夹持构件向上枢转到打开位置。进一步应注意,在钳10的某些布置中,弹簧45充当在可移动柄部16上提供远离固定柄部14的偏压力的恢复构件。具体地,空动连接(即,轭状物58和梭42)将偏压力传递到可移动柄部16以使可移动柄部16远离固定柄部14返回,以便使上夹持构件68和远侧构件86保持在闭合的夹持位置中。
在钳10的使用期间,赋予在端部执行器28上的过多夹紧力可导致端部执行器28的破坏。尤其,该力可导致销70和72或74和76从上夹持构件68脱落或脱离。先前所述的空动连接防止该破坏发生。梭42包括远侧凸缘100和近侧凸缘102。在当可移动柄部16朝向固定柄部14挤压时端部执行器28的夹紧力变得过多之前,远侧凸缘100允许轭状物58搭扣(snap)在梭42上,如由箭头110所指示的。即,如果由驱动杆组件赋予的夹紧力超过预定量的力,则轭状物58的远侧凸缘100向外偏转以允许在轭状物58与梭42之间实现相对轴向移动,这允许在可移动柄部16与固定柄部14之间的相对移动、而上夹持构件68不相对于远侧构件86移动。
类似地,当可移动柄部16远离固定柄部14移动时在打开端部执行器28时过多力可发生。因此,如果由驱动杆组件赋予的打开力超过预定量的力,则轭状物58的近侧凸缘102向外偏转以使得轭状物58能够搭扣在梭42上,这再次允许在轭状物58与梭42之间的相对轴向移动,同时允许在可移动柄部16与固定柄部14之间的相对移动、而上夹持构件68不相对于远侧构件86移动。
总而言之,空动连接允许可移动柄部16远离固定柄部14移动、而上夹持构件68不相对于远侧构件86移动,以便当可移动柄部16远离固定柄部14移动时,上夹持构件68和远侧构件86并不朝向打开位置移动。此外,空动连接允许可移动柄部16朝向固定柄部14移动、而上夹持构件68不相对于远侧构件86移动,以便当可移动柄部16朝向固定柄部14移动时,上夹持构件68和远侧构件86并不朝向闭合夹持位置移动。在某些布置中,凸缘100或102或者其两者可如图9中所示分别包括锥形表面101和103以进一步增强轭状物58与梭42之间的脱离,以便防止驱动杆组件在端部执行器28上赋予过多力。
本发明的描述本质上仅是示例性的,并且不偏离本发明的主旨的变型旨在在本发明的范围内。这样的变型不将视为偏离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

1.一种钳,其包括:
第一夹持构件;
第二夹持构件,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件相对于彼此处于相对关系,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件中的至少一个可从当所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件相对于彼此按间隔关系布置时的第一打开位置相对移动到当所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件合作以夹牢其间的组织时的第二夹持位置;
驱动杆组件;以及
附接到固定柄部的可移动柄部,相对于所述固定柄部移动所述可移动柄部使所述驱动杆组件移动,以便赋予所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件中的至少一个从所述第一位置和所述第二位置的移动,所述可移动柄部具有致动器,其中在所述第一和第二夹持构件与所述致动器之间存在空动连接,
其中所述空动连接包括驱动梭和在所述可移动柄部的端部上的轭状物,所述轭状物包括凸缘,并且所述驱动梭被构造成使得如果赋予在所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定量的力,则所述轭状物的所述凸缘向外偏转以允许在所述轭状物与所述梭之间的相对轴向运动,这允许在所述可移动柄部与所述固定柄部之间的相对移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钳,其中,所述轭状物和所述梭中的至少一个具有锥形表面,所述锥形表面使得所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个能够从所述轭状物和所述梭中的另一个脱离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钳,其中,所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个在所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个的前部和后部上具有锥形表面,所述锥形表面使得所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个能够从所述轭状物和所述梭中的另一个脱离。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的钳,其中,当所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动时,所述驱动杆组件使所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件中的至少一个朝向所述第二夹持位置移动,并且其中如果赋予所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定的力,则所述空动连接允许所述可移动柄部远离所述固定柄部移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动,以便当所述可移动柄部远离所述固定柄部移动时,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件不朝向所述第一打开位置移动。
5.根据权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的钳,其中,当所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动时,所述驱动杆组件使所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件中的至少一个朝向所述第二夹持位置移动,并且其中如果赋予所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定的力,则所述空动连接允许所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动,以便当所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动时,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件并朝向所述第二夹持位置移动。

7.一种钳,其包括:
第一夹持构件;
第二夹持构件,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件相对于彼此处于相对关系,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件可从当所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件相对于彼此按间隔关系布置时的第一打开位置相对移动到当所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件合作以夹牢其间的组织时的第二夹持位置;
驱动杆组件;
附接到固定柄部的可移动柄部,相对于所述固定柄部移动所述可移动柄部使所述驱动杆组件移动,以便赋予所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间的移动,所述可移动柄部具有致动器,其中在所述第一和第二夹持构件与所述致动器之间存在空动连接;以及
恢复构件,其提供使所述可移动柄部被偏压成远离所述固定柄部的偏压力,所述空动连接将所述偏压力传递到所述可移动柄部以使所述可移动柄部远离所述固定柄部返回,以便使所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件维持在所述第二夹持位置中;
其中,所述空动连接包括驱动梭和在所述可移动柄部的端部上的轭状物,所述轭状物包括凸缘,并且所述驱动梭被构造成使得如果赋予在所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定量的力,则所述轭状物的所述凸缘向外偏转以允许在所述轭状物与所述梭之间的相对轴向运动,这允许在所述可移动柄部与所述固定柄部之间的相对移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的钳,其中,所述轭状物和所述梭中的至少一个具有锥形表面,所述锥形表面使得所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个能够从所述轭状物和所述梭中的另一个脱离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的钳,其中,所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个在所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个的前部和后部上具有锥形表面,所述锥形表面使得所述轭状物和所述梭中的所述至少一个能够从所述轭状物和所述梭中的另一个脱离。
10.根据权利要求7-9中的任一项所述的钳,其中,当所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动时,所述驱动杆组件使所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件中的至少一个朝向所述第二夹持位置移动。
11.根据权利要求10所述的钳,其中,如果赋予所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定的力,则所述空动连接允许所述可移动柄部远离所述固定柄部移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动,以便当所述可移动柄部远离所述固定柄部移动时,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件不朝向所述第一打开位置移动。
12.根据权利要求10所述的钳,其中,如果赋予所述驱动杆组件上的力超过预定的力,则所述空动连接允许所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动、而所述第一夹持构件不相对于所述第二夹持构件移动,以便当所述可移动柄部朝向所述固定柄部移动时,所述第一夹持构件和所述第二夹持构件不朝向所述第二夹持位置移动。
