本发明涉及一种热处理电炉加热体,特别是一种电热辐射管。
背景技术
现有电热辐射管作为热处理电炉加热体已广泛应用到连续式气体渗碳自动线、多用炉、真空炉等温正火线,现有电热辐射管主要缺陷在于:耐高温性能差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高耐高温性能,延长使用寿命的耐高温电热辐射管。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐高温电热辐射管,其改进之处在于:组成材料及组份(重量百分比)为:C ≤0.035%、Cr 2 1.5~22.5%、Al 5.2~5.8%、Mn ≤0.45、Si ≤0.60、Nb 0.5%、Y 0.5%,Re 0.5%,其余为Fe。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:能显著提高耐高温性能,延长使用寿命。
