Example 1
The embodiment provides an electronic toll collection prompting method based on an automobile electronic identifier, which is applied to an electronic toll collection system, as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
and S1, reading the automobile electronic identification of the vehicle at the upstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane. The automobile electronic identification is also called an electronic license plate, and is an electronic identity card formed by combining a common license plate with an ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification technology. The RFID electronic tag used for storing the identity data of the automobile is arranged on the inner side of the front windshield of the automobile and is communicated with the high-speed reading and writing equipment of the electronic license plate arranged on the section of the urban road, so that the data in the RFID electronic tag can be read and written, and the identification and monitoring of the automobile can be automatically completed without contact or stopping. The upstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane is a detection port of a special non-stop lane, and the electronic non-stop detection lane is used as a buffer detection lane for detecting that vehicles drive into the downstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane one by one, namely the electronic non-stop charging entrance. As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic view of an electronic toll collection lane, information of a vehicle is read in advance mainly through an automobile electronic identification card reader, and whether the vehicle is bound with a mobile terminal payment module of a driver is detected.
ETC is an electronic Toll collection system, an ETC special lane is used for vehicles provided with ETC vehicle-mounted devices, an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) mode is adopted, and the ETC system is the most advanced road and bridge Toll collection mode in the world at present. Through the special short-range communication of microwave between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag installed on the vehicle windshield and the microwave antenna on the ETC lane of the toll station, the computer networking technology and the bank are utilized to carry out background settlement processing, so that the aim of paying the road and bridge fees of the vehicle through the road and bridge toll station without parking is fulfilled. As shown in fig. 2, the ETC dedicated lane includes an electronic toll collection lane and an electronic toll collection lane, wherein the electronic toll collection lane is generally used as a lane for a vehicle to enter an entrance of a highway, the electronic toll collection lane is generally used as a lane for the vehicle to leave an exit of the highway, and an upstream port of the electronic toll collection lane is a detection port arranged in front of the entrance of the highway, so that the vehicle is detected in advance to prevent the jam of the ETC dedicated lane, which results in the blockage of the entrance.
The reader-writer is a device for reading data, the reader-writer corresponds to a radio frequency label reading-writing device, and the reader-writer inevitably sends a command to the radio frequency label through a space channel between the reading-writing device and the radio frequency label
After receiving the command of the reader-writer, the radio frequency tag makes a necessary response, thereby realizing radio frequency identification. Because of the various types of the read cards, the card reading modes are different according to different card types, and the card reader is applied to different fields, wherein the automobile electronic identification card reader is an RFID electronic tag reader which is used for reading and writing automobile electronic identification information in a nationwide motor vehicle information system, is called as a long-distance card reader, and can read and write a vehicle-mounted IC card within 10 m. The electronic automobile identifier is a network identity card of each automobile, the identity identifier on a traffic network has uniqueness, the electronic automobile identifier is a section of electronic data which contains information of the automobile and is verified and issued by an authentication center, and the electronic identifier can be used for ensuring safety as long as places needing to identify the identity of the automobile and exchange and transmit information exist in a network environment.
Specifically, a vehicle detection system is arranged at a bayonet of each electronic non-stop detection lane upstream port and each electronic non-stop toll collection upstream port of the highway, an automobile electronic identification card reader is arranged at the bayonet in a vehicle read-write area and connected with a radio frequency antenna, and the automobile electronic identification card reader modulates a command to be sent to a radio frequency tag (an automobile electronic identification on the vehicle) onto a radio frequency signal and sends the radio frequency signal to the two sides of the highway through a transmitting antenna to form a sector read-write area. The transmitted radio frequency signal is transmitted to a radio frequency tag (automobile electronic identification) through space, the radio frequency tag responds to the radio frequency signal on the radio frequency tag, and a reflected echo signal returned to an antenna of the automobile electronic identification reader-writer is formed, so that the reading of the automobile electronic identification information of each automobile is completed. Therefore, as long as each vehicle passing through the bayonet is communicated with the high-speed vehicle electronic license plate card reader arranged on the section of the urban road through the RFID electronic tag which is arranged on the inner side of the front windshield of the vehicle and used for storing the identity data of the vehicle, the data in the electronic license plate card reader can be read and written, and the vehicle can be automatically identified and monitored in a non-contact and non-stop manner. The electronic identification information of the vehicle in the entrance lane of the ETC special lane is mainly read here, and preparation is made for subsequent charging of the vehicle at the exit of the ETC.
And S2, judging the authenticity of the automobile electronic mark. Along with the rapid development of network communication and science and technology, the phenomenon of counterfeiting automobile electronic identifications gradually appears, some illegal drivers frequently use the counterfeit automobile electronic identifications to escape from responsibility after violating traffic rules, so that the traffic order is disordered, great trouble is brought to traffic management departments, and therefore, the identification of the authenticity of the automobile electronic identifications is also an important task of the traffic management departments.
The step S2, determining whether the electronic identifier of the vehicle is authentic, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
and S21, acquiring the license plate number, the model and the color of the vehicle at the gate.
Through the automobile electronic identification of the vehicle arranged at the bayonet of the upstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane, the license plate number is a number plate for identifying the identity of the vehicle, and the significance of the license plate number to the vehicle is the same as that of an identity card number to a person. The vehicle type generally refers to a small vehicle, a micro vehicle type, a compact vehicle type, a medium vehicle type, a high-grade vehicle type, a luxury vehicle type, a three-compartment vehicle type, a CDV vehicle type and an MPV vehicle type. SUV, etc., the color is the color of the appearance of the vehicle. For example, a small-sized vehicle of Santana, the license plate number of which is AXXXXX; vehicle type: small Santana vehicles; color: black; when the Santana car passes through the bayonet, all characteristics of the current car are rapidly collected in an electronic scanning snapshot mode due to the fact that the license plate recognizer and the car type recognizer are installed above the bayonet.
Specifically, the license plate recognizer and the vehicle type recognizer are a set of video monitoring camera equipment, pictures shot by the camera can be clear enough by adjusting the camera, the lens and the bracket, video signals are transmitted to the vehicle type recognizer and the license plate recognizer through video cables, the video signals are continuously input and processed in real time, license plate information and vehicle type information in the video signals are automatically detected and recognized, then the vehicle type recognizer and the license plate recognizer provide the colorful images of the Santana vehicle outwards, and the license plate number and the vehicle type information of the Santana are obtained in a video monitoring mode.
And S22, reading the automobile electronic identification information installed on the automobile.
The method comprises the steps of transmitting a radio frequency signal to an automobile electronic identification card on a vehicle through a radio frequency antenna of an automobile electronic identification card reader installed at a bayonet, and reading current automobile electronic identification information of the vehicle, wherein the automobile electronic identification information comprises identity information, vehicle running information, vehicle type, license plate number, color information, illegal recording information and the like of the vehicle.
And S23, judging whether the license plate number, the vehicle type and the color are consistent with the electronic identification information of the vehicle.
Since the license plate number, the model type, and the color information of the vehicle at the gate have been acquired by the license plate recognizer and the model recognizer in the above step S21, whether the acquired license plate number, model type, color, and electronic identification information of the vehicle are identical or not is confirmed by detailed comparison of the acquired license plate number, model type, color, and electronic identification information of the vehicle.
And S24, when the license plate number, the vehicle type and the color are consistent with the electronic identification information of the vehicle, comparing the electronic identification information of the vehicle with the information in the electronic identification database of the national vehicle information system, and judging whether the electronic identification information of the vehicle is correct.
When the acquired license plate number, model, color and electronic identification information of the current vehicle are consistent, comparing the electronic identification information of the vehicle with information in an electronic identification database of a national motor vehicle information system, wherein the license plate number of the Santana in the steps is AXXXXX; vehicle type: small Santana vehicles; color: and black, after comparing the electronic identification with the automobile electronic identification, after the two pieces of information are consistent, the electronic identification of the automobile is identified in detail, and the electronic identification information of the automobile, such as ID information, driving information, illegal record information and the like, of the automobile is compared with an electronic identification database of a national motor vehicle information system to determine whether the electronic identification is correct, so that the authenticity of the electronic identification of the automobile is identified.
And S25, when the automobile electronic identification information is correct, the automobile electronic identification is true.
Through the judgment process in the step S24, when the electronic car identifier information of the vehicle at the gate is compared with the information in the electronic car identifier database of the national vehicle information system, and the electronic car identifier information of the vehicle is correct, it indicates that the electronic car identifier is true, otherwise, it is a counterfeit electronic car identifier.
Each bayonet of the highway is provided with a vehicle detection system, and when an automobile electronic identification card reader at each bayonet reads the same automobile electronic identification, it shows that one of the automobile electronic identifications is suspect and needs to be concerned, but the situation that the same vehicle appears in a plurality of bayonets is not excluded. For example, when the santana runs at the jingjin high speed, the santana needs to pass through the bayonet a, the bayonet B and the bayonet C, wherein the automobile electronic identification card reader at the bayonet a reads the automobile electronic identification of the santana, and the automobile electronic identification card reader at the bayonet B also reads the automobile electronic identification of the santana, which indicates that the automobile electronic identification of the santana has problems, wherein one automobile electronic identification is true, and the other automobile electronic identification is false.
And S3, when the automobile electronic identification is true, acquiring a mobile terminal payment module of a driver pre-bound by the vehicle. The driver's mobile terminal payment module can be a WeChat or Payment treasure or APP client side such as various banks that the driver often uses. When the payment clients are bound with the vehicle in advance, the payment clients are mainly used for facilitating payment of the driver, but the current position of the driver can be located while payment is carried out, for example: the current position of the driver can be immediately known by utilizing the positioning function on the WeChat, and the payment bank and the bank client have the positioning function. The mobile terminal payment module is a payment bank APP or a WeChat APP or a bank APP which is bound on the mobile terminal in advance for a driver. The method comprises the steps of obtaining driver identity information pre-bound by a vehicle, and binding the driver identity information with a mobile terminal payment module of the vehicle through an automobile electronic identifier of the vehicle, wherein the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone of the driver or a tablet computer frequently used by the driver.
And S4, judging whether the mobile terminal payment module is effective. If the mobile terminal payment module is invalid, when a driver approaches an upstream port of the electronic toll collection lane, the electronic toll collection system cannot deduct the toll of the driver, so that the necessity exists for judging the effectiveness of the mobile terminal payment module. For example: when the mobile terminal payment module pre-bound by the vehicle is a WeChat APP, if the WeChat system fails, the mobile terminal payment module is invalid; when the mobile terminal payment module pre-bound by the vehicle is a payment Application (APP), if the payment function is abnormal, the mobile terminal payment module is invalid; when the mobile terminal payment module pre-bound by the vehicle is a traffic bank APP which cannot be used, the fact that the mobile terminal payment module is invalid is also indicated. Here, whether it is valid is judged through the binding relationship between the vehicle and the mobile terminal payment module in advance, and the binding relationship can be bound by using wireless or bluetooth or infrared, for example: when the controller reads the electronic identification information of the automobile, the binding information is acquired at the same time, and if the controller sends information to the mobile terminal payment module and does not receive the response of the mobile terminal payment module, the mobile terminal payment module is invalid.
And S5, when the mobile terminal payment module is effective, acquiring the current position of the driver according to the mobile terminal payment module. In the above step S3, the payment module of the mobile terminal may be a wechat or payment bank APP installed on the mobile terminal, and these APPs have a positioning function, and the mobile terminal is carried by the driver, so that the payment module of the mobile terminal can quickly locate the current position of the driver.
And S6, judging whether the current position of the driver is consistent with the position of the vehicle. Whether the current position of the driver is consistent with the position of the vehicle is judged, in order to guarantee that the highway fee of the vehicle is accurately collected, when the current position of the driver is inconsistent with the position of the vehicle, errors can be caused on the passing route of the vehicle, and when the vehicle passes through a toll gate, the vehicle cannot be collected, so that attention needs to be paid.
And S7, when the current position of the driver is consistent with the position of the vehicle, confirming whether the vehicle has the arrearage record. When the current position of a driver is ensured to be consistent with the position information of the vehicle, whether the arrearage record exists needs to be inquired through the automobile electronic identification of the vehicle, once the vehicle has an arrearage condition, the normal running of the vehicle is influenced, the electronic toll collection rule is not met, and the transaction rule of the fair running of the expressway is also violated.
And S8, if the vehicle has the arrearage record, the vehicle is not allowed to enter a downstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane. It is obvious that since the vehicle does not meet the ETC rule, the vehicle is prevented from driving into the toll road section, the vehicle is not allowed to continue driving into the toll road section due to the arrears, the normal driving of the vehicle without the arrears on the ETC special lane is influenced, the passing efficiency of the ETC special lane is also reduced, and the vehicle with the arrears is prohibited from entering the toll road section.
And S9, sending the information of the arrearage record of the vehicle to the mobile terminal of the driver. The electronic toll collection system acquires the information of the vehicle arrearage record after knowing that the vehicle has the arrearage record, and sends the information of the arrearage record to the mobile terminal of the driver in a wireless transmission mode to prompt the driver that the vehicle is arrearage and needs to be paid in the current arrearage state. If the vehicle is not paid in time, normal running of the vehicle is influenced, great trouble and trouble are brought to a driver, and after the driver checks the information, the driver can know specific arrearage record information and use the arrearage record information as a memorandum record. Through on will owing fee record information sends user's mobile terminal, the user can in time pay fees, can not influence traffic order, can not bring the trouble for the driver oneself yet.
As an optional implementation manner, the electronic toll collection prompting method based on the electronic automobile identifier in this embodiment further includes: when the effective automobile electronic identification is not installed on the automobile or the automobile electronic identification is not true, the alarm arranged at the bayonet executes alarm work. When the vehicle is not provided with effective electronic identification information of the vehicle, the information of the vehicle cannot be read, the vehicle cannot be monitored to carry out traffic management, or the electronic identification of the vehicle is a forged electronic identification of the vehicle, the problems belong to illegal behaviors of the vehicle, the alarm can immediately give an alarm to the illegal behaviors, and police officers are reminded of paying attention to the illegal behaviors.
As an optional implementation manner, in the method for prompting electronic toll collection based on an automobile electronic identifier in this embodiment, a voice playing device and/or an LED display screen arranged at a card port prompts that a vehicle with a defaulting record moves away from a downstream port of an electronic toll collection lane.
Because the vehicle is inquired about the existence of the arrearage state through the vehicle electronic identification of the vehicle, in order to quickly inform a driver, a voice playing and/or LED display screen arranged at a bayonet is used for prompting that the arrearage vehicle should be immediately driven away from an ETC special lane. For example: when an Audi vehicle with a license plate number of Jing A passes through an upstream port of an electronic non-stop detection lane of a Chengde expressway, the vehicle detects that the vehicle has lost 200 yuan through an electronic non-stop charging system, the voice playing equipment immediately transmits the 'Jing A' please drive away from an ETC special lane ', and/or an LED display screen also displays the' Jing A 'please drive away from the ETC special lane'. The ETC special lane is crowded and the passing efficiency of an electronic non-stop system is reduced by a voice playing and/or LED display mode, and the ETC special lane is prevented from being crowded by the fact that vehicles with defaulting fast leave the lane.
As an optional implementation manner, the method for prompting electronic toll collection of an electronic identifier of an automobile in this embodiment further includes: and prompting that the invalid vehicle of the mobile terminal payment module drives away from an upstream port of the electronic non-stop detection lane through an LED display screen arranged at the bayonet.
