技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种彩膜基板、显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,现有触控和显示驱动器集成的显示产品(TDDI Top COM)的像素结构,如图1所示,由于触控走线(Routing line)101在薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)是基板蓝色(B)像素上,使B像素的左右两侧的亮度不均,导致发生TDDI产品显示异常。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种彩膜基板、显示面板及显示装置,用以使得B像素显示亮度均匀,提高TDDI显示产品的显示效果。
本申请实施例提供的一种彩膜基板,包括彩膜玻璃、设置在彩膜玻璃下方的黑矩阵,以及设置在黑矩阵下方的保护层,还包括:
设置在黑矩阵下方的触控走线,所述黑矩阵在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影覆盖所述触控走线在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影;
并且,在所述保护层中设置有过孔,在所述过孔处设置有金属接触垫,所述触控走线通过所述过孔与所述金属接触垫电连接。
本申请实施例提供的一种彩膜基板,包括彩膜玻璃、设置在彩膜玻璃下方的黑矩阵,以及设置在黑矩阵下方的保护层,还包括:设置在黑矩阵下方的触控走线,所述黑矩阵在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影覆盖所述触控走线在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影;并且,在所述保护层中设置有过孔,在所述过孔处设置有金属接触垫,所述触控走线通过所述过孔与所述金属接触垫电连接,从而避免触控走线(Routing line)设置在B像素上,避免B像素显示亮度不均匀,因此,可以提高产品的显示均匀性,提高显示品质。
可选地,所述触控走线设置在与隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方。因此,触控走线可以利用隔垫物与阵列基板上的公共电极(触控电极)电连接。
可选地,所述隔垫物包括主隔垫物和/或辅隔垫物。若触控走线设置在与主隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,触控走线可以直接通过主隔垫物与阵列基板的公共电极电连接。若触控走线还设置在与辅隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,触控走线可以在屏幕被按压时通过辅隔垫物与阵列基板的公共电极电连接。若在与主隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,以及在与辅隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,均设置有触控走线,可以进一步提高产品的触控灵敏度。
可选地,所述金属接触垫设置在所述过孔的远离所述触控走线的一端。
可选地,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,大于所述过孔在平行于所述彩膜基板的横截面的面积。
可选地,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,小于或等于隔垫物与该金属接触垫相接处的面的面积。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板,包括本申请实施例提供的任一所述的彩膜基板。
可选地,还包括阵列基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的隔垫物,该隔垫物上设置有导电性微粒子,所述导电性微粒子在垂直于所述彩膜基板和阵列基板的方向上导电,使得所述彩膜基板中的触控走线通过所述隔垫物与所述阵列基板上的公共电极电连接。
可选地,所述阵列基板上的公共电极引出至集成电路。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示装置,包括本申请实施例提供的任一所述的显示面板。
本申请实施例提供的显示装置可以适用于高开口率高级超维场开关(High-AdwancedDimens1n Switch,HADS)显示模式的自容内嵌式(In-Cell)触摸屏结构,触控电极共用TFT基板的公共电极(Com ITO),通过掺杂各向异性导电微粒子的隔垫物(PS),将TFT基板的触控电极连接到彩膜(CF)基板的routing line,并引出至集成电路(IC),这样可以实现红绿蓝(RGB)像素对称设计,大大降低了触控电极与各层金属的电容,降低了触控电极的负载,提高了触控灵敏度。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种彩膜基板、显示面板及显示装置,用以使得B像素显示亮度均匀,提高TDDI显示产品的显示效果。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以适用于触控显示装置为HADS显示模式的自容In-Cell结构,触控电极共用TFT基板的Com ITO。在CF基板的BM层上制作一层金属线为routing line,Routing line用来与触控电极连接并引出至IC。CF基板的保护层(OC层)在routing line处开孔,并在开孔处做金属接触垫,使金属接触垫和routing line电连接。将PS填加一种各向异性的导电性微粒子,此导电微粒子在垂直CF基板和array基板方向可以导电,PS一端接触TFT基板的COM触控电极,另一端接触CF基板的金属接触垫,从而使得Routing line和触控电极电连接,并通过触控电极连接至IC。在IC处,显示和触控采用分时控制方式,显示时触控电极为公共电极(COM)信号,触控时触控电极感应手指触摸信号。
下面首先介绍一下本申请实施例提供的彩膜基板的结构。
参见图2,本申请实施例提供的一种彩膜基板,包括彩膜玻璃201、设置在彩膜玻璃下方的黑矩阵202,以及设置在黑矩阵下方的保护层203,还包括:
设置在黑矩阵下方的触控走线204,所述黑矩阵在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影覆盖所述触控走线在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影;
并且,在所述保护层中设置有过孔205,在所述过孔处设置有金属接触垫206,所述触控走线通过所述过孔与所述金属接触垫电连接。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的一种彩膜基板还包括其他一些现有结构,例如图2中所示的红色子像素207、绿色子像素208和蓝色子像素209。当然,还可以包括更多其他颜色的子像素,在各个子像素之间设置有黑矩阵。
可选地,在本申请实施例提供的彩膜基板的保护层中设置的过孔中,可以填充金属材料,该金属材料可以与金属接触垫206的材料相同,也可以与触控走线204的材料相同,总之能起到将触控走线204和金属接触垫206电连接的作用即可。
可选地,本申请实施例中所述的在所述过孔205处设置有金属接触垫206,具体地,可以是如图2所示的将金属接触垫206设置在过孔205外侧,也可以将金属接触垫206设置在过孔205内侧,如图3所示,也就是说,本申请实施例中所述的过孔205,可以是规则的圆柱形,也可以是不规则的形状,其中填充的金属材料直接可以作为金属接触垫。
本申请实施例中的触控走线设置在黑矩阵下方,可以避免触控走线挡光,不影响透光率。
可选地,所述触控走线设置在与隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方。因此,触控走线可以利用隔垫物与阵列基板上的公共电极电连接。
需要说明的是,图2、图3所示将触控走线设置在红色子像素相邻的黑矩阵的下方,触控走线也可以设置在其他颜色的子像素相邻的黑矩阵的下方,例如也可以设置在蓝色子像素相邻的黑矩阵的下方。
可选地,所述隔垫物包括主隔垫物和/或辅隔垫物。若触控走线设置在与主隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,触控走线可以直接通过主隔垫物与阵列基板的公共电极电连接。若触控走线还设置在与辅隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,触控走线可以在屏幕被按压时通过辅隔垫物与阵列基板的公共电极电连接。若在与主隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,以及在与辅隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方,均设置有触控走线,可以进一步提高产品的触控灵敏度。
可选地,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,大于所述过孔在平行于所述彩膜基板的横截面的面积。这样可以增大与隔垫物的接触面积,保证触控走线与隔垫物更好地电连接。
可选地,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,小于或等于隔垫物与该金属接触垫相接处的面的面积。当然,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,也可以大于隔垫物与该金属接触垫相接处的面的面积。
下面介绍一下本申请实施例提供的显示面板。
参见图4,本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板,包括本申请实施例提供的任一所述的彩膜基板。
可选地,本申请实施例提供的显示面板还包括与彩膜基板相对的阵列基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的隔垫物400,该隔垫物上设置有导电性微粒子,所述导电性微粒子在垂直于所述彩膜基板和阵列基板的方向上导电,使得所述彩膜基板中的触控走线通过所述隔垫物与所述阵列基板上的公共电极401电连接。
其中,阵列基板与现有技术结构可以一致,参见图4,例如包括阵列基板的玻璃基板404、栅极线405、像素电极(Pixel)410、栅极绝缘层(GI)403、钝化层(PVX)402、栅极408、源极406、漏极407、数据线409等等。
可选地,所述阵列基板上的公共电极引出至集成电路(图中未示出)。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示装置,包括本申请实施例提供的任一所述的显示面板。
本申请实施例提供的显示装置,可以为用户设备,例如,具体可以为桌面计算机、便携式计算机、智能手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等。该计算设备可以包括中央处理器(Center Processing Unit,CPU)、存储器、输入/输出设备等,输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏等,输出设备可以包括显示设备,如液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)等。
存储器可以包括只读存储器(ROM)和随机存取存储器(RAM),并向处理器提供存储器中存储的程序指令和数据。存储器可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或数据存储设备,包括但不限于磁性存储器(例如软盘、硬盘、磁带、磁光盘(MO)等)、光学存储器(例如CD、DVD、BD、HVD等)、以及半导体存储器(例如ROM、EPROM、EEPROM、非易失性存储器(NANDFLASH)、固态硬盘(SSD))等。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以适用于触控显示装置为HADS显示模式的自容In-Cell结构,触控电极共用TFT基板的Com ITO。在CF基板的BM层上制作一层金属线为routing line,Routing line用来与触控电极连接并引出至IC。CF基板的OC层在routing line处开孔,并在开孔处做金属接触垫,使接触垫和routing line连接。将PS填加一种各向异性的导电性微粒子,此导电微粒子在垂直CF基板和array基板方向可以导电,PS一端接触TFT基板的COM触控电极,另一端接触CF基板的金属接触垫。显示和触控采用分时控制方式,显示时触控电极为Com信号,触控时触控电极感应手指触摸信号。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

1.一种彩膜基板,包括彩膜玻璃、设置在彩膜玻璃下方的黑矩阵,以及设置在黑矩阵下方的保护层,其特征在于,还包括:
设置在黑矩阵下方的触控走线,所述黑矩阵在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影覆盖所述触控走线在垂直于彩膜基板方向上的投影;
并且,在所述保护层中设置有过孔,在所述过孔处设置有金属接触垫,所述触控走线通过所述过孔与所述金属接触垫电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述触控走线设置在与隔垫物相对的黑矩阵的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述隔垫物包括主隔垫物和/或辅隔垫物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述金属接触垫设置在所述过孔的远离所述触控走线的一端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,大于所述过孔在平行于所述彩膜基板的横截面的面积。
6.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述金属接触垫的平行于所述彩膜基板的面的面积,小于或等于隔垫物与该金属接触垫相接处的面的面积。
7.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~6任一项所述的彩膜基板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括阵列基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的隔垫物,该隔垫物上设置有导电性微粒子,所述导电性微粒子在垂直于所述彩膜基板和阵列基板的方向上导电,使得所述彩膜基板中的触控走线通过所述隔垫物与所述阵列基板上的公共电极电连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板上的公共电极引出至集成电路。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求7~9任一项所述的显示面板。
