Abstract
The invention provides a control method of a shared refrigerator, which comprises a shell provided with an access window, a plurality of storage boxes which are annularly arranged in the shell in the vertical direction, a support frame, a driving module for driving the support frame to rotate along a rotating axis, a weighing module and a control module. The control method comprises the steps of weighing, analyzing and determining the integral gravity center position of the support frame and the storage boxes; and selecting the storage box which is in a vacant state and has a larger deviation angle with the whole gravity center position along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft center as a standby storage box, and controlling the standby storage box to move to the access position corresponding to the access window when a storage instruction is received. The control method is beneficial to keeping the balance of the whole refrigerator and reducing the internal stress of the support frame and the driving module; the shared refrigerator adopting the control method does not need to be provided with an independent door body and a lock for each storage box, so that the cost is reduced, and the storage and taking operation is convenient and fast.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment control, in particular to a control method for a shared refrigerator.
Background
In recent years, a shared refrigerator arranged in public places such as communities appears in a plurality of national regions, and individuals or merchants can put redundant food into the shared refrigerator for people in need to take the food freely, so that the waste of the food is reduced, and the shared refrigerator is convenient for delivering and temporarily storing fresh goods. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a control method of a shared refrigerator, the shared refrigerator comprises a shell and a plurality of storage boxes arranged in the shell, the shell is provided with an access window, and the storage boxes are annularly arranged in the vertical direction; the shared refrigerator also comprises a support frame for bearing a plurality of storage boxes, a driving module for driving the support frame to rotate along a rotating axis so as to realize the movement of the storage boxes, a weighing module and a control module, wherein the control method mainly comprises the following steps:
starting the shared refrigerator to run;
the weighing module detects the real-time weight of each storage box, or detects the real-time weight of the articles stored in each storage box, and feeds the real-time weight back to the control module;
the control module obtains the integral gravity center position of the support frame and the storage boxes according to the real-time weight analysis of the storage boxes or articles stored in the storage boxes, and selects the storage box which has a larger deviation angle with the integral gravity center position along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft center and is in an empty state as a standby storage box, wherein the deviation angle is less than or equal to 180 degrees;
and receiving a storage instruction, and controlling a driving module to drive the support frame to rotate so as to move the standby storage box to the access position corresponding to the access window.

Fig. 1 is a schematic main flow chart of the control method of the present invention, and fig. 2 to 4 are schematic structural diagrams of a shared refrigerator 100 using the control method of the present invention. The shared refrigerator 100 is approximately in a shape of a cylinder placed transversely, and the shared refrigerator 100 includes a housing 1, a plurality of storage boxes 2 (ABCDEFGH) annularly arranged in the vertical direction and disposed in the housing 1, a central shaft 3, a support frame 4 rotatably connected to the central shaft 3 and used for bearing the plurality of storage boxes 2, and a driving module, a weighing module and a control module for driving the support frame 4 to rotate along the central shaft to realize the movement of the storage boxes 2.
The shell 1 is provided with two circular side walls 11 which are oppositely arranged at the left and the right and a peripheral wall 12 which is positioned between the two side walls 11, and the shell 1 is also provided with an access window 13 for storing or taking out articles; the shared refrigerator 100 further includes a door (not shown) adapted to the access window 13, and a lock is disposed between the door and the casing 1. The shell 1 is also provided with a code scanner 14 positioned at the side of the access window 13 so as to facilitate the user to control the opening and closing of the door body; of course, the door body can be opened through wireless operation control such as APP.
The control method mainly comprises the following steps:
turning on the shared refrigerator 100 to operate;
the weighing module detects the real-time weight of each storage box 2, or detects the real-time weight of the stored articles in each storage box 2 and feeds the real-time weight back to the control module, wherein the weighing module is preferably a weighing component which is arranged in each storage box 2 and used for weighing the real-time weight of the stored articles in the storage box 2;
the control module obtains the integral gravity center position of the support frame 4 and the storage boxes 2 according to real-time weight analysis of the storage boxes 2 or articles stored in the storage boxes 2, and selects the storage box 2 which has a larger deviation angle with the integral gravity center position along the circumferential direction of the central shaft 3 and is in a vacant state as a standby storage box, wherein the central shaft 3 is used as the rotating shaft center of the support frame 4 and the storage box 2, and the deviation angle is less than or equal to 180 degrees;
and receiving a storage instruction, controlling a driving module to drive the supporting frame 4 to rotate so as to move the standby storage box to the access position corresponding to the access window 13.
Preferably, the process of selecting the storage box to be used specifically comprises: selecting two storage boxes 2 which have the largest deviation angle with the overall gravity center position along the circumferential direction of the central shaft 3 and are in an empty state, and marking the two storage boxes as a first storage box and a second storage box, wherein the deviation angles of the first storage box and the second storage box are respectively alpha 1 and alpha 2, and alpha 1 is larger than alpha 2;
when alpha 1 is less than or equal to 90 degrees or alpha 2 is greater than 90 degrees, comparing the difference between the two with the set angle difference theta;
if alpha 1-alpha 2 is larger than theta, selecting the first storage box with a larger deviation angle as a standby storage box;
if alpha 1-alpha 2 is not more than theta, comparing the strokes S1 and S2 between the first storage box and the access position and selecting the first storage box or the second storage box corresponding to the smaller value of S1 and S2 as the storage box to be used;
and when the alpha 1 is more than 90 degrees and the alpha 2 is less than or equal to 90 degrees, selecting the first storage box as a standby storage box.
The control method further comprises the step of controlling a driving module to drive the support frame 4 to rotate to the integral gravity center position and move to the position right below the central shaft 3 after the integral gravity center positions of the support frame 4 and the storage boxes 2 are obtained through analysis. Besides, the control method further comprises the step of controlling to open the door body when a storage instruction or a taking-out instruction is received.
In this embodiment, the central shaft 3 is horizontally arranged in the housing 1 along the left and right directions, and the storage boxes 2 are consistent in structure and are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the central shaft 3. The supporting frame 4 comprises a plurality of supporting rods 41 which are respectively connected to different storage boxes 2; the shared refrigerator 100 further includes a balance frame 5 rotatably provided around the center shaft 3, the balance frame 5 being rotatably provided adjacent to an inner side of the peripheral wall 12; the balance frame 5 is provided with a plurality of balance rods 51 which are respectively connected to different storage boxes 2, and the support rod 41, the balance rods 51 and the storage boxes 2 are all in pivotable connection; the driving module comprises a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly which are respectively used for driving the supporting frame 4 and the balancing stand 5 to rotate, and the control method further comprises the step of controlling the first driving assembly and the second driving assembly to respectively drive the supporting frame 4 and the balancing stand 5 to rotate along the circumferential direction in the moving process of the storage box 2.
The shared refrigerator 100 further comprises an adjusting cylinder 6 arranged on the supporting rod 41 and/or the balancing rod 51; the control method further comprises the step of adjusting the adjusting cylinder 6 in real time during the movement of the storage box 2 so as to adjust the length of the corresponding supporting rod 41 and/or balancing rod 51, so that the inclination angle of the storage box 2 relative to the horizontal direction does not exceed 10 degrees.
Here, the adjusting cylinder 6 is disposed on the supporting rod 41 and can be extended and retracted back and forth along the extending direction of the supporting rod 41 to adjust the length of the corresponding supporting rod 41; the supporting rod 41 and the balancing rod 51 are respectively connected to the opposite angle positions of the storage box 2, when the storage box 2 rotates around the central shaft 3, the supporting frame 4 and the balancing stand 5 rotate at different angular speeds, and the length of the corresponding supporting rod 41 is adjusted by the adjusting cylinder 6, so that the adjustment and control of the inclination angle of the storage box 2 are realized.
