本发明属建筑材料领域。普通的建筑砌块容重 大,保温隔热性能差,用于建筑物的非承重墙时综合 效益差,而现有的轻质保温隔热材料生产工艺复杂, 成本高。本发明可克服这些不足,并节能利废。本发 明以经破碎的泡沫塑料为集料,以胶结料胶结而成, 可以是小型砌块或中型砌块,其抗压强度达0.2~ 0.5MPa,容重为280~500kg/m3,可广泛用于建筑 物尤其是高层建筑和大开间建筑的非承重墙。

Description

本发明涉及一种以废旧泡沫塑料为集料制成的轻质保温隔热砌块,属建筑材料领域,适用于建筑物尤其是高层建筑和大开间建筑的非承重墙。
普通的建筑砌块保温隔热性能差,用于建筑物的非承重墙还显得容重太大,综合效益差。随着高层建筑及大开间建筑的发展,对非承重墙体材料的轻质性及保温隔热性能的要求越来越高,因而出现了膨胀珍珠岩砌块、泡沫混凝土砌块、泡沫石膏砌块以及加气混凝土砌块等轻质保温隔热砌块。但这些砌块与普通的建筑砌块相比,成本太高,生产工艺复杂。
本发明的目的是提供一种生产工艺简单,在轻质性、保温隔热性能及成本方面均具优势的建筑物非承重墙用的砌块。
本发明是通过用胶结料将废旧泡沫塑料胶结成一个整体来实现的:以经破碎后的废旧泡沫塑料为集料,通过搅拌与胶结料混合成具有一定和易性的拌合物,将拌合物用于成型建筑砌块。这种建筑砌块最好全部以废旧泡沫塑料为集料,当掺用废旧泡沫塑料以外的集料时,应保证废旧泡沫塑料的体积占集料总体积的50%以上。用作胶结料的物质可从水泥、石膏、菱苦土和水玻璃中选择。在拌合物搅拌的同时,必要时可以加入外加剂和起增强作用的纤维,还可加入一定数量的填充料(如粉煤灰等)。这种建筑砌块可用机械成型或手工成型,可加工成小型砌块或中型砌块,可以是实心的或空心的。现有的小型空心砌块成型机经适当改进后即可用于生产废旧泡沫塑料砌块。这种砌块强度及容重随胶结料用量的增加而增加,一般可达如下指标:抗压强度0.2~0.5MPa,容重280~500Kg/m3
以下将结合实例作进一步的详细描述:
实例1:材料配比为:粒径为3~5mm的废旧泡沫塑料90L,粒径为8~12mm的废旧泡沫塑料180L,525号普通硅酸盐水泥35.2kg,粉煤灰17.6kg,水26.4kg,废纸纤维0.45kg。先将水泥、粉煤灰和水搅拌成均匀的浆料,再加入废旧泡沫塑料和废纸纤维共同搅拌2min,最后用改进后的小型空心砌块成型机成型砌块。砌块块体容重约280kg/m3,自然养护28天后抗压强度为0.2~0.3MPa。
实例2:材料配比为:粒径为3~5mm的废旧泡沫塑料90L,粒径为15~20mm的废旧泡沫塑料180L,建筑石膏60kg,水36kg,防水剂适量。先将建筑石膏、防水剂和水搅拌成均匀的浆料,再加入废旧泡沫塑料共同搅拌2min,最后注模成型中型实心砌块。砌块容重约500kg/m3,在空气中养护7天后抗压强度达0.3~04.MPa。
与现有的轻质保温隔热墙体材料相比,本发明生产工艺简单,具有小型砌块与中型砌块的多种规格,使用方便,保温隔热性能好,容重小,节能利废,成本低。

Claims (5)

1、一种新型轻质保温隔热建筑砌块,其特征是:以废旧泡沫塑料为集料。
2、按权利要求1规定的建筑砌块,其特征是:当掺用废旧泡沫塑料以外的集料时废旧泡沫塑料的体积占集料总体积的50%以上。
3、按权利要求1规定的建筑砌块,其特征是:以胶结料将集料胶结成一个整体。
4、按权利要求1和3规定的建筑砌块,其特征是:用作胶结料的物质可从水泥、石膏、菱苦土和水玻璃中选用。
5、按权利要求1规定的建筑砌块,其特征是:可制成小型砌块或中型砌块。
