本发明公开了一种70°PVC阻燃护套料及其制备方法。其中一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,原料按如下重量份组成:PVC树脂40~70份、氢氧化铝3~5份、氢氧化镁3~5份、增塑剂30~45份、重钙10~15份、润滑剂0.2~0.5份、稳定剂3~8份、无卤阻燃剂3~8份、加工助剂1~3份。本发明生产的护套料在燃烧时释放出的烟雾少,电阻率、氧指数大大提升,有效达到了低烟、低毒、阻燃的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆材料领域,具体涉及一种70°PVC阻燃护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC护套具有柔软、随意弯曲折叠、相对厚度薄、体积小、连接简单、拆卸方便等优点,可以任意选择导线数目及间距,使联线更方便,大大减少产品的体积,减少生产成本,提高生产效率,适合电器设备中作数据传输线缆或动力传输之用。而传统的PVC电缆护套由于自身配料不合理,致使制造成的护套抗拉强度较低,韧性差,在实际的使用过程中难免会将电缆弯曲或者扯拉,这样极易造成护套的破裂,无法继续对包裹在护套内部的电缆导体起到保护作用,使用寿命较短;电力电缆使用时一般都会在外层增加阻燃护套料,以防止电缆在积聚大量热量而发生火灾,而正是物料燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,因此研究具有良好阻燃性能的电缆保护套是防止电力电缆火灾的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种70°PVC阻燃护套料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:PVC树脂40~70份、氢氧化铝3~5份、氢氧化镁3~5份、增塑剂30~45份、重钙10~15份、润滑剂0.2~0.5份、稳定剂3~8份、无卤阻燃剂3~8份、加工助剂1~3份。
优选的,一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:PVC树脂40份、氢氧化铝3份、氢氧化镁3份、增塑剂30份、重钙10份、润滑剂0.2份、稳定剂3份、无卤阻燃剂3份、加工助剂1份。
优选的,一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:PVC树脂55份、氢氧化铝4份、氢氧化镁4份、增塑剂38份、重钙13份、润滑剂0.35份、稳定剂5份、无卤阻燃剂5份、加工助剂2份。
优选的,一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:PVC树脂70份、氢氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁5份、增塑剂45份、重钙15份、润滑剂0.5份、稳定剂8份、无卤阻燃剂8份、加工助剂3份。
一种70°PVC阻燃护套料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取上述原料中的各个组分,并均匀混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得的原料通过捏合机捏合处理;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的原料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的造粒经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的70°PVC阻燃护套料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种70°PVC阻燃护套料及其制备方法,该70°PVC阻燃护套料在燃烧时释放出的烟雾少,电阻率、氧指数大大提升,有效达到了低烟、低毒、阻燃的目的。

实施例1
一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:
PVC树脂40份、氢氧化铝3份、氢氧化镁3份、增塑剂30份、重钙10份、润滑剂0.2份、稳定剂3份、无卤阻燃剂3份、加工助剂1份。
一种70°PVC阻燃护套料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取上述原料中的各个组分,并均匀混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得的原料通过捏合机捏合处理;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的原料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的造粒经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的70°PVC阻燃护套料。

实施例2
一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:
PVC树脂55份、氢氧化铝4份、氢氧化镁4份、增塑剂38份、重钙13份、润滑剂0.35份、稳定剂5份、无卤阻燃剂5份、加工助剂2份。

一种70°PVC阻燃护套料,由以下原料按重量份组成:
PVC树脂70份、氢氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁5份、增塑剂45份、重钙15份、润滑剂0.5份、稳定剂8份、无卤阻燃剂8份、加工助剂3份。
