The pencil package is an important component of pencil production, and must be strictly ordered according to requirements on the number and color of the pencils.

According to the automatic packaging equipment for the pencils, the oscillator and the material shifting block are arranged, so that the probability that the pencils are stuck in the storage bin and cannot fall into the conveying channel is reduced, meanwhile, the probability that the pencils are lacking in the pencil material box can be reduced by the pencil lack detector, and the packaging efficiency of the pencils is improved.

When the automatic pencil packaging equipment is in operation, firstly, pencils with the same color or different colors are placed in each independent space of the bin 11 according to a certain sequence, the control host starts the oscillator 14, the pen-out detector and the pen discharging device 3, the oscillator 14 drives the bin 11 to move left and right, and as the partition plate 12 and the material stirring block 13 both generate relative motion with the pencils in the bin 11, the material stirring block 13 can continuously stir the pencils at the outlet end of the bin 11, so that the probability that the pencils are stuck in the bin 11 and cannot fall into the conveying channel 21 is reduced. Then, when the pencil comes out from each conveying channel 21, the pencil is detected through the space between each pair of the opposite-type photoelectric switches 22, and the conveying channel 21 is judged to be normal; if no pencil is fed out from one conveying channel 21 and no pencil passes between a pair of shooting type photoelectric switches 22 corresponding to the conveying channel 21, the pencil feeding abnormality is determined, the control host closes each device, and the pencil feeding device 3 stops packaging, so that the probability of the occurrence of the pencil shortage in the pencil box is reduced. Finally, the pencils enter the pencil discharging device 3 and are packaged into boxes according to the selected quantity and color according to the requirement.
The material distributing device 1 further comprises a guide shaft 16 and a linear bearing 17 thereof, wherein the guide shaft 16 is connected with the material bin 11, the linear bearing 17 sleeves the guide shaft 16, and when the material bin 11 moves left and right, the guide shaft 16 moves left and right along the linear bearing 17, so that the stability of the left and right movement of the material bin 11 and the structural strength of the material distributing device 1 are improved.
