The invention provides a rear floor, a rear floor structure assembly and an automobile, and aims to solve the problem that the function of the automobile rear floor in the prior art is single.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rear floor including a plate body; the first row of seat mounting areas and the second row of seat mounting areas are sequentially arranged on the plate body along the front-back direction; the seat framework mounting holes are formed in the plate body and are positioned in the second row of seat mounting areas; and the two groups of slide rail mounting holes are arranged on the plate body and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the seat framework mounting hole.

According to one aspect of the invention, a rear floor structure assembly is provided, which comprises a rear floor, wherein the rear floor is provided as the rear floor, and the rear floor structure assembly further comprises two rows of seat anti-submerging brackets which are arranged on a plate body of the rear floor and positioned in a first row of seat mounting areas of the rear floor; the sliding rail front mounting bracket is arranged in the first row of seat mounting area; and the two groups of slide rail rear mounting brackets are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two groups of slide rail mounting holes of the rear floor.

Further, back floor structure assembly still includes the stiffening beam, sets up in the seat installation area of second row, and the stiffening beam is located behind two sets of slide rails between the installing support and is located between seat skeleton mounting hole and the first row seat installation area.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automobile including a rear floor structure assembly, the rear floor structure assembly being provided as described above.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the rear floor is provided with the first row of seat mounting areas and the second row of seat mounting areas, the seat framework mounting holes are arranged in the second row of seat mounting areas of the plate body, and the slide rail mounting holes are arranged on the plate body and positioned at two sides of the seat framework mounting holes. When in processing, one row of seats or two rows of seats can be arranged on the rear floor according to the requirement, and the use requirements of a 5-seat vehicle and a 7-seat vehicle can be met on the rear floor with a single structure.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a rear floor is provided, wherein the rear floor includes a plate body 10, seat frame mounting holes 11, and two sets of slide rail mounting holes 12. In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, it is specified that the upper end of the plate body 10 is the forward direction of the vehicle and the lower end of the plate body 10 is the backward direction of the vehicle, taking fig. 1 as an example. A first row seat installation region and a second row seat installation region are provided on the plate body 10 of the rear floor, specifically, the first row seat installation region is provided on the front half portion of the plate body 10, and the second row seat installation region is provided on the rear half portion of the plate body 10. The seat frame mounting holes 11 are arranged on the plate body 10 and located in the second row of seat mounting areas, and the two sets of slide rail mounting holes 12 are arranged on the plate body 10 and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat frame mounting holes 11. A first row seat may be provided in the first row seat mounting area of the panel body 10, and the slide rail is mounted on the slide rail mounting hole. Wherein, first row seat slidable installs on the slide rail, can adjust the position of first row seat through the slide rail to realize 5 function that car back row seat slidable adjusted the interval, also can be with the fixed welding of first row seat on the slide rail. When seats are required to be added on the rear floor, the positions of the seats in the second row on the plate body 10 can be fixed by using the seat frame mounting holes 11, so that a designer can arrange 2 to 3 seats on the second row as required, and the whole vehicle can provide 6 or 7 seats.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, a first row of seat mounting areas and a second row of seat mounting areas are arranged on the plate body 10, the seat framework mounting holes 11 are arranged in the second row of seat mounting areas of the plate body 10, and the slide rail mounting holes 12 are arranged on the plate body 10 and are positioned at two sides of the seat framework mounting holes. When in processing, one row of seats or two rows of seats can be arranged on the rear floor according to the requirement, and the use requirements of a 5-seat vehicle and a 7-seat vehicle can be met on the rear floor with a single structure. Moreover, by the structure, the design and development cost and period can be saved; the types of rear floors applied to a 5-seat or 7-seat vehicle are reduced, and the development cost of processing tools such as molds can be reduced.
Specifically, two tank peepholes 13 are further provided in the plate body 10, and the two tank peepholes 13 are provided in the first row seat mounting area. The amount of oil in the oil tank located below the plate body 10 can be checked through the two oil tank peepholes 13. In the present embodiment, the two tank peepholes 13 are symmetrically disposed on the plate body 10 with the center line of the plate body 10 as the center of symmetry.
Wherein, still be provided with support dodge hole 14 on this plate body 10, support dodge hole 14 sets up on plate body 10 and is located the first row seat installation district. The safety belt fixing bracket can be arranged at the bracket avoiding hole 14, so that convenience is provided for mounting the safety belt.
In this embodiment, the rear floor further includes a spare tire installation hole 15. Wherein, the spare tire mounting hole 15 is provided on the plate body 10. The spare tire bracket is installed through the spare tire installation hole 15 to provide a fixed installation position to the spare tire.
Wherein, the position of spare tyre mounting hole 15 is not fixed, as long as it does not hinder the seat to put can, in this embodiment, owing to need provide two rows of seats, consequently, set up spare tyre mounting hole 15 on plate body 10 and keep away from the one end of oil tank peephole 13 to avoid producing the interference with the seat installation.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a rear floor structure assembly. The rear floor structure assembly comprises a rear floor, and the rear floor is the rear floor provided by the embodiment.
Wherein, a row of seats can be arranged on the rear floor structure assembly and applied to 5 automobiles; two rows of seats can also be provided on the rear floor structure assembly and applied to 6-seat or 7-seat automobiles.
As shown in fig. 2, in the rear floor structure assembly according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a row of seats is provided on the rear floor structure assembly. Specifically, the rear floor includes a panel 10 having a first row of seat mounting areas and a second row of seat mounting areas, with two sets of slide rail mounting holes 12 each disposed on the panel 10. The rear floor structure assembly further comprises two rows of seat anti-submerging supports 20, a slide rail front mounting support 31 and two sets of slide rail rear mounting supports 32, wherein the two rows of seat anti-submerging supports 20 are arranged on the plate body 10 and located in the first row of seat mounting areas. The front mounting brackets 31 of the slide rails are arranged in the first row of seat mounting areas, and the rear mounting brackets 32 of the two sets of slide rails are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the slide rail mounting holes 12.
In this embodiment, a support avoiding hole 14 is further disposed on the plate body 10, and the support avoiding hole 14 is disposed on the plate body 10 and located in the first row seat installation area. The rear floor structure assembly further includes a seat belt mounting bracket 40 disposed below the panel body 10 and partially extending through the bracket clearance hole 14.
In this embodiment, two oil tank peep holes 13 are further provided on the plate body 10, and the two oil tank peep holes 13 are provided in the first row seat mounting area. The rear floor structure assembly comprises two rows of seat anti-submergence supports 20, and the two rows of seat anti-submergence supports 20 and the two oil tank peepholes 13 are arranged on the plate body 10 in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
Specifically, the rear floor structure assembly further includes a first spare tire mounting bracket 50, and the first spare tire mounting bracket 50 is disposed on the board body 10 and located in the middle of the board body 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the rear floor structure assembly provided in the third embodiment of the present invention, two rows of seats are provided on the rear floor structure assembly. Wherein, first row seat corresponds and installs in first row seat installing zone, and second row seat corresponds installs in second row seat installing zone. And the first row seats are fixedly arranged on the first row seat mounting area in a welding mode, and the second row seats are slidably arranged on the sliding rail rear mounting bracket 32.
The rear floor further comprises seat frame mounting holes 11, and the seat frame mounting holes 11 are arranged on the plate body 10 and located in a second row seat mounting area. The rear floor structure assembly also includes a seat mounting bracket 60 and a frame rail mounting assembly 70. Wherein, the seat mounting bracket 60 is disposed on the plate body 10 and is located at the middle of the plate body 10. The frame rail mounting assembly 70 is disposed on the seat frame mounting hole 11.
In the present embodiment, the rear floor further includes a spare tire mounting hole 15, and the spare tire mounting hole 15 is provided in the second row seat mounting area. The rear floor structure assembly further includes a second spare tire mounting bracket 80, the second spare tire mounting bracket 80 being disposed on the spare tire mounting hole 15.
And when two rows of seats are arranged, a reinforcing beam 90 can be arranged in the second row of seat mounting areas, and the reinforcing beam 90 is arranged between the two sets of slide rail rear mounting brackets 32 and is positioned between the seat frame mounting holes 11 and the first row of seat mounting areas, so as to increase the supporting strength and be used for supporting the second row of seats.
In accordance with yet another embodiment of the present invention, an automobile is provided that includes a rear floor structure assembly. In particular, the rear floor structure assembly is the rear floor structure assembly provided in the above-described embodiments.
