本发明公开了一种预分散磨砂机，包括壳体，壳体顶部设有开口，转子通过开口伸入壳体内部，所述转子与开口通过轴封进行封闭，所述转子的转动端外侧设有若干凸起；所述壳体顶部、开口下方设有入料口，壳体底部设有出料管，出料管延伸至转子下方，且所述出料管顶部为斗形，出料管上方设有一层滤网。本发明与传统技术相比，装置体积小，占地面积小；转子上带有很多菱形状突起，这种菱形突起所带来的螺杆效果和离心力，可以使磨珠在转子的内周侧和外周侧形成强大的循环流。

本发明属于颜料分散技术领域，具体涉及一种预分散磨砂机。
背景技术
关于颜料分散技术，主要有两种方法：一种是通过控制颜料、溶剂、树脂之间的物理化学作用的技术，另一种提高分散设备的性能及效率的技术。传统的磨砂机由于转子与磨砂、色浆之间的摩擦系数低，导致研磨时间长，工作效率低下，不能够满足大型企业的生产需求。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种预分散磨砂机。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来实现的：一种预分散磨砂机，包括壳体，壳体顶部设有开口，转子通过开口伸入壳体内部，所述转子与开口通过轴封进行封闭，所述转子的转动端外侧设有若干凸起；所述壳体顶部、开口下方设有入料口，壳体底部设有出料管，出料管延伸至转子下方，且所述出料管顶部为斗形，出料管上方设有一层滤网。
其中，所述转子上开有若干槽道。
其中，所述凸起为菱形。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，具有以下优点：
（1）装置体积小，占地面积小；
（2）转子上带有很多菱形状突起，这种菱形突起所带来的螺杆效果和离心力，可以使磨珠在转子的内周侧和外周侧形成强大的循环流；
（3）转子本身带有的槽道能够使色浆与磨砂之间产生密度差，提高研磨效率。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示的一种预分散磨砂机，包括壳体1，壳体1顶部设有开口2，转子3通过开口伸入壳体1内部，所述转子3与开口2通过轴封4进行封闭，所述转子3的转动端外侧设有若干凸起5；所述壳体1顶部、开口2下方设有入料口6，壳体1底部设有出料管7，出料管7延伸至转子3下方，且所述出料管7顶部为斗形，出料管7上方设有一层滤网8；所述转子3上开有若干槽道9，所述凸起5为菱形。

1.一种预分散磨砂机，包括壳体（1），其特征在于，壳体（1）顶部设有开口（2），转子（3）通过开口伸入壳体（1）内部，所述转子（3）与开口（2）通过轴封（4）进行封闭，所述转子（3）的转动端外侧设有若干凸起（5）；所述壳体（1）顶部、开口（2）下方设有入料口（6），壳体（1）底部设有出料管（7），出料管（7）延伸至转子（3）下方，且所述出料管（7）顶部为斗形，出料管（7）上方设有一层滤网（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预分散磨砂机，其特征在于，所述转子（3）上开有若干槽道（9）。
