原油,它是一种由各种烃类组成的黑褐色或暗绿色黏稠液态或半固态的可燃物质。地壳上层部分地区有石油储存。它由不同的碳氢化合物混合组成,其主要组成成分是烷烃,此外石油中还含硫、氧、氮、磷、钒等元素。可溶于多种有机溶剂,不溶于水,但可与水形成乳状液。按密度范围分为轻质原油、中质原油和重质原油。不过不同油田的石油成分和外貌可以有很大差别。石油主要被用来作为燃油和汽油,燃料油和汽油组成世界上最重要的一次能源之一
原油中挥发出的可燃气体是碳氢化合物,主要成分为甲烷,比重0.65,比空气轻,具有无色、无味、无毒之特性.
石油的化合物组成归纳起来,主要可分为烃和非烃两类。
原油挥发气排入空气之后,对整个环境造成严重污染,还对人类有较大的毒性,低浓度会使人感到头晕,呼吸困难,高浓度则有麻醉作用。
船舶码头油气因其具有重大的安全和环境保护隐患而受到各种国际海事公约和港口所在国法规的约束。全世界范围内采用最广的是美国联邦法规美国海岸警卫队守则和国际海上安全委员会《挥发气排放控制系统标准》。它们对于船舶码头在油品/液态化工品装船过程中,船舱内的大量挥发性有机物从呼吸阀排出,带来严重的安全隐患,造成严重的环境污染,挥发气体控制系统标准的要求覆盖了系统设计、设备配置和产品生产的每一个细节。合格的系统集成不但要经过第三方的审查,也要获得相关权威机构的认证。码头油气回收系统能将排放的收集、处理并回收,实现保证安全、保护环境、回收资源的目的,物理达到回收资源的目的,设备采用多从过滤膜回收法和冷凝回收法二种,但由于这二种方法设备的价格非常贵,对企业资金压力和回收的油怎么处理等原因,产品无法得到推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,为人们提供一种结构简单、成本低、效果好,能有效遏制码头油气对环境的污染的码头油气回收处理系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:该码头油气回收处理系统,它包括输气管道、风机系统、乳化反应器、光解氧化反应器、粉尘处理塔;
所述的输气管道能将船舶在码头进行原油装卸时散发的挥发性油气输送到乳化反应器;
所述的风机系统安装在输气管道上,使输气管道内产生负压,这样能加快挥发油气吸入;
所述的乳化反应器底部装有乳化液体,在乳化反应器的侧边设置有增压泵,乳化反应器内设置有喷雾头,乳化液体被增压泵抽出后,通过喷雾头雾化喷出,使乳化反应器的内腔布满雾状的乳化液体,使进入乳化反应器的挥发性油气与雾状的乳化液体,挥发性油气乳化到水中,分解生成水和二氧化碳;
所述的光解氧化反应器内安装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网,含氯、芳香烃类、醛酮类、氮、硫的有机废气、恶臭气体在光解氧化反应器内分解矿化,形成无机小物质和水;
所述的粉尘处理塔内设置有喷雾除尘装置,该喷雾除尘装置能喷射出多层水雾,气流通过光解氧化反应器后产生的无机小物质会被喷雾除尘装置的水雾分离出来。
所述的输气管道由进气端至出气端渐低。
所述的输气管道内壁涂有防粘膜。
所述的乳化反应器设置有2或2个以上。
所述的乳化液体的主要成分是:基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、生物酸、水。
所述的乳化反应器和光解氧化反应器之间设置有除湿塔,该除湿塔的塔外壳和塔内设置有多层活性炭吸附层。
所述的光解氧化反应器设置有2个或2个以上,在每个光解氧化反应器内均装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网。
还包括船岸对接系统,该船岸对接系统包括控制器以及与控制器的输入端相连的硫化氢传感器、压力探测器、粉尘探测器、紫外线探测器、油气流量探测器、温度探测器、湿度探测器,在控制器的输出端连接有风机系统和光解氧化反应器的紫外线灯管。
本发明能对船舶在码头进行原油装卸时散发的油气进行回收处理,通过乳化反应器去除油气中的烷烃,通过光解氧化反应器分解油气中的有机气体,通过粉尘处理塔去除其中的无机小物质,最终排出的气体达到国家对挥发气体排放的标准,具有结构简单、成本低、效果好的优点,能有效遏制码头油气对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明为一种码头油气回收处理系统,它包括输气管道2、风机系统1、乳化反应器4、光解氧化反应器6、粉尘处理塔7;
所述的输气管道2能将船舶在码头进行原油装卸时散发的油气输送到乳化反应器4。从船舶来的油气中有着不同的物质,除了二氧化硫、硫化氢、氮气还有大量的油气,油气在管道里转送,特别是在环境温度低的时候油气冷凝变成液态油,会粘在管道内壁。针对这个问题本公司采用方法将输气管道2设置成由进气端至出气端渐低,并在输气管道2内壁涂有防粘膜3。这样液态油不会停留在管道上,会直接流进孵化反应塔。
所述的风机系统1安装在输气管道2上,使输气管道2内产生负压,这样能加快挥发油气吸入。
所述的乳化反应器4装有乳化液体4.2,所述的乳化反应器4底部装有乳化液体4.2,在乳化反应器4的侧边设置有增压泵4.3,乳化反应器4内设置有喷雾头4.1,乳化液体4.2能被增压泵4.3从乳化反应器4的底部抽出,然后通过头4.1雾化喷出,使乳化反应器4的内腔布满雾状的乳化液体4.2,使进入乳化反应器4的挥发性油气与雾状的乳化液体4.2接触后,气体中的油气乳化到水中,分解生成水和二氧化碳。所述的乳化液体4.2的主要成分是:基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、生物酸、水,在乳化液体4.2的成份中都是阴离子表面活性剂,是石化产品,他们的分子结构中含有亲水基和亲油、脂基两部分的有机化合物。很多亲油、脂基团,插入油、脂状物中,在油、脂状物表面形成亲水基因,亲水基团可以溶解于水,然后就连带所有油、脂状物、硫化氢一起被溶解的时候被剥离出来啦。就是带有油脂污渍被亲水的物质包裹起来一起溶入水中。因它们是国际公认的,生物降解性极佳的绿色表面活性剂。所以,再用生物酶把溶解下来的油类、脂类等混合物,在生物酶的作用下得到降解,还能降低该溶液的COD含量,以利于重复循环使用。所述的乳化反应器4设置有2或2个以上,配置几个乳化反应器4是根据有机挥发性气体的浓度和流量决定的。
在乳化反应器4内还穿插有一根排气管4.4,该排气管的底部靠近乳化液体4.2的液面,气流与雾状的乳化液体4.2充分接触后才会通过排气管4.4向上排出。
由于乳化反应后的气体中有水分,为此所述的乳化反应器4和光解氧化反应器6之间设置有除湿塔5,该除湿塔5的塔外壳和塔内设置有多层活性炭吸附层。通过活性炭吸附层能除去气体中的水分,避免影响光解氧化反应器6的光解氧化效果。
所述的光解氧化反应器6内安装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网,所述的光解氧化反应器6设置有2个或2个以上,在每个光解氧化反应器6内均装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网。含氯、芳香烃类、醛酮类、氮、硫的有机废气、恶臭气体在光解氧化反应器6内分解矿化,形成无机小物质和水。有机废气、异味、恶臭气体在254nm的紫外线灯照射下完全分解,可高效去除VOCs、无机物、硫化氢、氨气、硫醇类等污染物,除臭效率可达98%以上。
光解氧化反应器6的原理是:双波段紫外线结合TiO2光解催化氧化设备能高效去除挥发性有机物、无机物、硫化氢、氨气、硫醇类、卤代烃、芳香烃等主要污染物,以及各种恶臭味,UV-C紫外线波段254nm光束辐射小颗粒油脂由氨基酸组成的蛋白质分子,由脂肪酸组成的脂肪分子等将油脂分子链切断,改变油脂的分子结构,油脂和挥发性有机物易受UV-C的攻击,VOC分子中被摧毁分解。UV-C紫外线C波段185nm在工作时,利用高能高臭氧UV-C紫外光束分解空气的氧分子产生游离氧,即活性氧,因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需要与氧分子结合,从而产生臭氧。臭氧是一种强氧化剂,对气味中的醇类、脂类、醛类、苯类等分子永久氧化分解成如水蒸汽和二氧化碳等无害的化合物,从而减少异味气味化合物。
所述的粉尘处理塔7内设置有喷雾除尘装置,该喷雾除尘装置能喷射出多层水雾,气流通过光解氧化反应器6后产生的无机小物质会被喷雾除尘装置的水雾分离出来。在粉尘处理塔7上方设置有烟囱8,处理后的纯净气体从烟囱8排出。
如图2所示,本发明还包括船岸对接系统,该船岸对接系统包括控制器以及与控制器的输入端相连的硫化氢传感器、压力探测器、粉尘探测器、紫外线探测器、油气流量探测器、温度探测器、湿度探测器。其中硫化氢传感器主要安装在系统的输入口和输出口,可以获知挥发性油气吸入时硫化氢的浓度多少,以及油气回收处理后硫化氢的浓度有没有符合标准。所述的压力探测器和油气流量探测器、设置在输气管道2内,用于检测流量。所述的紫外线探测器安装于光解氧化反应器6内,用于检测紫外线灯管的波段和光照强度,所述的粉尘探测器安装在粉尘处理塔7的排出口,用于检测气流中粉尘的含量。所述的温度探测器、湿度探测器用于检测温度和湿度。
控制器的输出端连接有风机系统1和光解氧化反应器6的紫外线灯管。能控制风机的转速以及控制紫外线灯管的波段和光照强度。
Claims (8)
1.一种码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于它包括输气管道(2)、风机系统(1)、乳化反应器(4)、光解氧化反应器(6)、粉尘处理塔(7);
所述的输气管道(2)能将船舶在码头进行原油装卸时散发的挥发性油气输送到乳化反应器(4);
所述的风机系统(1)安装在输气管道(2)上,使输气管道(2)内产生负压,这样能加快挥发油气吸入;
所述的乳化反应器(4)底部装有乳化液体(4.2),在乳化反应器(4)的侧边设置有增压泵(4.3),乳化反应器(4)内设置有喷雾头(4.1),乳化液体(4.2)被增压泵(4.3)抽出后,通过喷雾头(4.1)雾化喷出,使乳化反应器(4)的内腔布满雾状的乳化液体(4.2),使进入乳化反应器(4)的挥发性油气与雾状的乳化液体(4.2),挥发性油气乳化到水中,分解生成水和二氧化碳;
所述的光解氧化反应器(6)内安装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网,含氯、芳香烃类、醛酮类、氮、硫的有机废气、恶臭气体在光解氧化反应器(6)内分解矿化,形成无机小物质和水;
所述的粉尘处理塔(7)内设置有喷雾除尘装置,该喷雾除尘装置能喷射出多层水雾,气流通过光解氧化反应器(6)后产生的无机小物质会被喷雾除尘装置的水雾分离出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的输气管道(2)由进气端至出气端渐低。
3.根据权利要求1所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的输气管道(2)内壁涂有防粘膜(3)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的乳化反应器(4)设置有2或2个以上。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的乳化液体的主要成分是: 基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、生物酸、水。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的乳化反应器(4)和光解氧化反应器(6)之间设置有除湿塔(5),该除湿塔(5)的塔外壳和塔内设置有多层活性炭吸附层。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于所述的光解氧化反应器(6)设置有2个或2个以上,在每个光解氧化反应器(6)内均装有多根紫外灯和多块二氧化钛光解网。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的码头油气回收处理系统,其特征在于还包括船岸对接系统,该船岸对接系统包括控制器以及与控制器的输入端相连的硫化氢传感器、压力探测器、粉尘探测器、紫外线探测器、油气流量探测器、温度探测器、湿度探测器,在控制器的输出端连接有风机系统(1)和光解氧化反应器(6)的紫外线灯管。
