Abstract
本发明涉及锂电池制造技术领域,具体的说是一种适用于电动汽车尤其是电动叉车的电动车用电池包及具有配重模块的电池组,其特征在于还设有配重支架,所述配重支架包括底板以及固定在底板上的配重块,底板采用导热性好的金属材料制成,电池组壳体置于两个配重块之间;壳体内的每个单体电池均设有两个极耳,两个以上的单体电池排列为一列组合体,壳体内设有与壳体独立设置的极耳板,至少一个单体电池的全部极耳固定于极耳板上;壳体与极耳板之间灌注导电硅胶形成缓冲层,本发明提高了电池组更换效率,通过提高电池组极耳板位置的散热效果,能够延长装置使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及锂电池制造技术领域,具体的说是一种适用于电动汽车尤其是电动叉车的电动车用电池包及具有配重模块的电池组。
背景技术:
用于为电动车提供动力的电池组一般呈多组设置,而电动车无法像发动机类车辆通过补充燃料完成持续行驶,当电池内电量耗尽,需要对电池组进行更换、充电,因此要保证电池组与车身的装配简便稳固,为了提高车辆运行稳定性,除了通过电池组自身重量进行配重,还会充分利用电池组壳体内空余空间,装填配重块进行配重,现阶段更换电池时是将配重块与电源部分一齐取出,导致更换费时费力。
此外无论是电池组还是电池包,当受到来自外部的震动(例如跌落测试或者使用时采用这些电池组或电池包的电子装置受到颠簸等)时,都希望电池组能避免单体电池的极耳位移(尤其是沿单体电池排列形成的组合体的长度方向),因为单体电池的极耳位移、甚至变形会使得单体电池的电连接的可靠性以及使用寿命降低。
经研究显示,电池在其正常使用温度范围内工作时的充放电效率高,当电池的温度超过其正常使用温度范围(25度至55度)时,电池的充放电效率大幅度降低,并且会严重影响电池的使用寿命。其中,对于处于工作状态的电池来说,电池的极耳(电极)处的发热温度最高,即电池的极耳的温度最高,散发的热量最多。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提出了一种适用于电动汽车尤其是电动叉车的电动车用电池包及具有配重模块的电池组。
本发明通过以下措施达到:
一种具有配重模块的电池组,包括壳体以及置于壳体内的两个以上的单体电池,其特征在于还设有配重支架,所述配重支架包括底板以及固定在底板上的配重块,底板采用导热性好的金属材料制成,电池组壳体置于两个配重块之间;壳体内的每个单体电池均设有两个极耳,两个以上的单体电池排列为一列组合体,壳体内设有与壳体独立设置的极耳板,至少一个单体电池的全部极耳固定于极耳板上;壳体与极耳板之间灌注导电硅胶形成缓冲层。
本发明中配重支架的底板上设有固定凸筋,电池组的壳体底部设有与固定凸筋相配合的凹槽,电池组壳体的上部设有把手,装卸时将电池组壳体沿固定凸筋滑入配重支架底板上的空间即可。
本发明中还设有冷却循环管路,冷却循环管路分布在底板与壳体之间,通过在底板上开设管路固定凹槽,将冷却循环管路嵌入底板上表面。
本发明电池组壳体上靠近极耳板的外壁设有散热风扇和绕散热风扇设置的散热片。
本发明还提出了一种电动车用电池包,设有外壳和电池组,其特征在于设有两个以上如上述的具有配重模块的电池组,相邻的电池组之间设有采用导电硅胶制成的缓冲层,缓冲层的厚度为5-20mm。
本发明在使用的过程中,电池组的更换可以不必将配重块一起取下,提高的更换效率,通过提高电池组极耳板位置的散热效果,能够保证电池组正常运转,避免因极耳处散热效果差导致过热缩短装置的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如附图所示,本发明提出了一种具有配重模块的电池组,包括壳体1以及置于壳体1内的两个以上的单体电池,其特征在于还设有配重支架,所述配重支架包括底板2以及固定在底板2上的配重块3,底板2采用导热性好的金属材料制成,电池组壳体置于两个配重块3之间;壳体1内的每个单体电池均设有两个极耳,两个以上的单体电池排列为一列组合体,壳体1内设有与壳体独立设置的极耳板,至少一个单体电池的全部极耳固定于极耳板上;壳体与极耳板之间灌注导电硅胶形成缓冲层。
本发明中配重支架的底板2上设有固定凸筋,电池组的壳体底部设有与固定凸筋相配合的凹槽,电池组壳体1的上部设有把手,装卸时将电池组壳体沿固定凸筋滑入配重支架底板2上的空间即可。
本发明中还设有冷却循环管路4,冷却循环管路4分布在底板与壳体之间,通过在底板2上开设管路固定凹槽,将冷却循环管路嵌入底板上表面。
本发明电池组壳体1上靠近极耳板的外壁设有散热风扇和绕散热风扇设置的散热片。
本发明还提出了一种电动车用电池包,设有外壳和电池组,其特征在于设有两个以上如上述的具有配重模块的电池组,相邻的电池组之间设有采用导电硅胶制成的缓冲层,缓冲层的厚度为5-20mm。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有配重模块的电池组,包括壳体以及置于壳体内的两个以上的单体电池,其特征在于还设有配重支架,所述配重支架包括底板以及固定在底板上的配重块,底板采用导热性好的金属材料制成,电池组壳体置于两个配重块之间;壳体内的每个单体电池均设有两个极耳,两个以上的单体电池排列为一列组合体,壳体内设有与壳体独立设置的极耳板,至少一个单体电池的全部极耳固定于极耳板上;壳体与极耳板之间灌注导电硅胶形成缓冲层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有配重模块的电池组,其特征在于配重支架的底板上设有固定凸筋,电池组的壳体底部设有与固定凸筋相配合的凹槽,电池组壳体的上部设有把手,装卸时将电池组壳体沿固定凸筋滑入配重支架底板上的空间即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有配重模块的电池组,其特征在于还设有冷却循环管路,冷却循环管路分布在底板与壳体之间,通过在底板上开设管路固定凹槽,将冷却循环管路嵌入底板上表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有配重模块的电池组,其特征在于电池组壳体上靠近极耳板的外壁设有散热风扇和绕散热风扇设置的散热片。
5.一种电动车用电池包,设有外壳和电池组,其特征在于设有两个以上如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的具有配重模块的电池组,相邻的电池组之间设有采用导电硅胶制成的缓冲层,缓冲层的厚度为5-20mm。
