As shown in FIG. 10, when a user selects a certain product to purchase, an option control for purchasing the product is directly displayed in the input editing interface, so that the phenomenon that the session is broken and the user jumps to other pages to purchase is avoided. Here, the content selected by the user needs to be presented in the information presentation interface as part of the interactive content.
In the above-mentioned solution, although the smart client is used as the application scenario, other application scenarios are also applicable to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention. For example, web browsing scenarios: when a user opens a webpage and inputs certain information on the webpage, the website server analyzes the information, determines which alternative contents the user wants to browse, and then displays the alternative information through the input editing interface. For example: the user inputs 'science fiction video' in a certain video website, the input tool can automatically analyze the personal information of the user, recommend the matched science fiction video for the user, and display the recommended science fiction video on an input editing interface, so that the user can directly select the science fiction video which the user wants to watch.
Fig. 13 is a first schematic structural component diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 13, the electronic device includes:
the processor 1301 is configured to obtain interaction information in the information presentation interface; analyzing and acquiring a corresponding input mode category based on the interaction information;
the display 1302 is configured to present, in an input area of the display interface, an input editing interface corresponding to the input method category, where different input method categories correspond to different input editing interfaces.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the input mode category includes at least one of:
a first input means for guiding a user to enter a question classification option;
a second input mode for guiding the user to confirm the target service object;
a third input mode, wherein the third input mode is used for guiding the user to confirm the attribute parameters corresponding to the target service object;
a fourth input means for guiding the user to purchase the target service object;
a fifth input mode for guiding a user to perform an evaluation operation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the input method type is the first input method,
the display 1302 is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a first input editing interface corresponding to the first input mode, where the first input editing interface includes a plurality of question classification options, and the question classification options are used to present answer information corresponding to the question to a user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the input mode type is the second input mode,
the display 1302 is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a second input editing interface corresponding to the second input mode, where the second input editing interface includes a plurality of service objects, each service object has a selected state and an unselected state based on an obtained selection operation, and the selected state in the selected state is the target service object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the input mode type is the third input mode,
the display 1302 is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a third input editing interface corresponding to the third input mode, where the third input editing interface includes attribute parameters of a plurality of service objects, each attribute parameter has a selected state and an unselected state based on an obtained selection operation, and the attribute parameter in the selected state is an attribute parameter of the target service object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the input mode type is the fourth input mode,
the display 1302 is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a fourth input editing interface corresponding to the fourth input mode, where the fourth input editing interface includes at least one of the following: one or more options for selecting a model of a target service object, one or more options for selecting a color of a target service object, an option for selecting a number of target service objects, an option for a user to confirm purchase of the target service object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the input mode type is the fifth input mode,
the display 1302 is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a fifth input editing interface corresponding to the fifth input mode, where the fifth input editing interface includes a plurality of options for evaluating a service.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device further includes:
an input device 1303 for generating response content based on an input operation when the input operation on the input editing interface is obtained;
the display 1302 is further configured to present response content corresponding to the input operation in a display area of the display interface.
Those skilled in the art will understand that the implementation functions of the functional units in the electronic device shown in fig. 13 can be understood by referring to the related description of the information input method.
The technical schemes described in the embodiments of the present invention can be combined arbitrarily without conflict.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed method and intelligent device may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one second processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.

acquiring interactive information in an information presentation interface, wherein the interactive information in the information presentation interface is historical input information in an interactive process;
analyzing context information in the interaction process based on the interaction information to obtain a corresponding input mode category; the input mode type is an input mode type for guiding a user to perform corresponding operation in an intelligent customer service scene; wherein the input manner category includes at least one of: a first input means for guiding the user to enter a question classification option; a second input means for guiding the user to confirm the target service object; a third input mode, wherein the third input mode is used for guiding the user to confirm the attribute parameters corresponding to the target service object; a fourth input means for guiding the user to purchase the target service object; a fifth input mode, wherein the fifth input mode is used for guiding the user to perform evaluation operation;
displaying an input editing interface corresponding to the input mode category in an input area of a display interface, wherein different input mode categories correspond to different input editing interfaces; the input editing interface can display alternative answer options according to the topic of the conversation and the personal information of the user; and acquiring a plurality of alternative answer options according to the click operation of the alternative answer options.
2. The information input method according to claim 1, wherein the input form category is the first input form,
the displaying of the input editing interface corresponding to the input mode category in the input area of the display interface includes:
and presenting a first input editing interface corresponding to the first input mode in an input area of a display interface, wherein the first input editing interface comprises a plurality of question classification options, and the question classification options are used for presenting answer information corresponding to the questions to a user.
3. The information input method according to claim 1, wherein the input form category is the second input form,
the displaying of the input editing interface corresponding to the input mode category in the input area of the display interface includes:
and presenting a second input editing interface corresponding to the second input mode in an input area of a display interface, wherein the second input editing interface comprises a plurality of service objects, each service object has a selection state and an unselected state based on the obtained selection operation, and the selection state in the selection state is the target service object.

and presenting response content corresponding to the input operation in a display area of the display interface.

9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the input manner category is the first input manner,
the display is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a first input editing interface corresponding to the first input mode, where the first input editing interface includes a plurality of question classification options, and the question classification options are used to present answer information corresponding to the question to a user.
10. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the input manner category is the second input manner,
the display is specifically configured to present, in an input area of a display interface, a second input editing interface corresponding to the second input mode, where the second input editing interface includes a plurality of service objects, where each service object has a selected state and an unselected state based on an obtained selection operation, and the selected state in the selected state is the target service object.

the input device is used for generating response content based on input operation when the input operation on the input editing interface is obtained;
the display is further used for presenting response content corresponding to the input operation in a display area of the display interface.
