一种刹车片耐磨添加材料,其特点是组分为:黄铜矿石、氟化钠按、硫化锑、焦炭粉;组分比例为:黄铜矿石60%‑70%,氟化钠20%‑30%、硫化锑5%‑10%、焦炭粉5%‑10%。它解决了因制动摩擦产生高温,造成酚醛树脂成分分解,使摩擦材料失去粘结力的问题,特别适合制作刹车片添加使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及摩擦材料技术领域,具体地说它是一种主要目提高刹车片耐磨性的添加材料。
背景技术
目前的汽车刹车片材料,都是由酚醛树脂、矿物纤维、石墨、铬铁矿粉、重晶石、焦炭粉等材料构成的,刹车片在制动时由于摩擦会产生高温,酚醛树脂在高温下很容易分解,使摩擦材料失去粘结力而加快了刹车片的磨损。
发明内容
本发明为解决刹车片因制动摩擦产生高温,造成酚醛树脂成分分解,使摩擦材料失去粘结力而加快了刹车片的磨损的问题,发明一种能使刹车片在制动时与制动对偶面形成转移膜的添加材料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种刹车片耐磨添加材料,其特殊之处是组成成分为:黄铜矿石、氟化钠按、硫化锑、焦炭粉;组分比例为:黄铜矿石60%-70%,氟化钠20%-30%、硫化锑5%-10%、焦炭粉5%-10%。
配制方法是,先将黄铜矿石粉碎至600-1000目,与氟化钠混合均匀,再加入硫化锑、焦炭粉进行改性成均匀的混合材料备用。
使用时,将本混合材料,按一定比例添加到原刹车片材料中混合均匀,再进行压制及固化处理即可。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种具有工艺合理,节能环保,耐磨损性极佳的刹车片添加材料。本发明中的黄铜矿粉是一种铜铁硫化无机材料,其中含微量的金、银具有很好的耐磨性;氟化钠能使摩擦材料表面形成转移膜;硫化锑可形成高温无机粘结剂,使刹车片在高温制动时形成第二次粘结,确保刹车片的耐磨性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1,取黄铜矿石70公斤、氟化钠20公斤、硫化锑5公斤、焦炭粉5公斤。
先将黄铜矿石粉碎至600-1000目,与氟化钠混合均匀,再加入硫化锑、焦炭粉进行改性成均匀的混合材料即可备用。
实施例2,黄铜矿石60公斤、氟化钠25公斤、硫化锑5公斤、焦炭粉10公斤。
先将黄铜矿石粉碎至600-1000目,与氟化钠混合均匀,再加入硫化锑、焦炭粉进行改性成均匀的混合材料即可备用。
实施例3,黄铜矿石65公斤、氟化钠20公斤、硫化锑10公斤、焦炭粉5公斤。
先将黄铜矿石粉碎至600-1000目,与氟化钠混合均匀,再加入硫化锑、焦炭粉进行改性成均匀的混合材料即可备用。
