本发明方法提供一种新型厕所清洁用品,所述厕所清洁用品按重量份计由以下组分组成:椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1~5份、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺2~6份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1~3份、脂肪醇醚羧酸钠0.5~2份、月桂酰两性基二乙酸二钠1~2份、香精0.5~1.5份。本发明的新型厕所清洁用品可使马桶内壁不结垢,加入的无机纳米抗菌粉,对细菌繁殖体、芽胞、病毒、结核杆菌和真菌能有良好的杀灭作用;解决了排便时溅水花的问题,又有效避免了纸巾造成厕所堵塞的窘境;使用后能够保持卫生间清新气味,能够有效的清除臭味、异味,并且香气持久;同时,本发明的制备方法简单,原料简单易得,具有积极的推广意义。

本发明涉及日用化工品技术领域,具体涉及一种新型厕所清洁用品及其制备方法。
背景技术
马桶是现在我国家庭、酒店普遍存在的一种方便设施,大多数人都会遇到的如厕尴尬:比如,在坐便器排便的时候会被水花溅到臀部,很不卫生;为了防止水花溅到臀部,很多女性会在如厕之前铺一张纸巾在水上,可是这样容易造成厕所堵塞。同时,还存在如厕声音大,便后厕所气味难闻,马桶壁不干净等问题。
目前,还没有一项技术能够解决人在方便时不溅水和防臭的技术,因此,现有的马桶清洁和杀菌的用品大多为液体,一般是直接或间接的加入水箱中,随着水箱冲水时进入马桶,从而达到清洁的作用,然而却无法解决上述提到的防止马桶溅水以及有效除臭的问题,如果清洗不到位,还需要人工清洗,会给使用者带来很大的不便。

本发明的目的在于提供一种新型厕所清洁用品及其制备方法,用以解决现有马桶溅水、如厕声音大以及除臭、除异味不彻底的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明方法提供一种新型厕所清洁用品,所述厕所清洁用品按重量份计由以下组分组成:椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1~5份、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺2~6份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1~3份、脂肪醇醚羧酸钠0.5~2份、月桂酰两性基二乙酸二钠1~2份、香精0.5~1.5份;

(1)按配方量将椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、脂肪醇醚羧酸、月桂酰两性基二乙酸二钠、香精加热至30~50℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)在步骤(1)所得混合溶液中按配方量加入各组分,离心混合均匀,静置24小时即得;
进一步地,所述离心混合采用转速为5000r/h的离心机进行离心混合;
本发明方法具有如下优点:
(1)本发明的一种新型厕所清洁用品可清洁马桶内壁,保证马桶内壁不结垢,同时加入了无机纳米抗菌粉,对细菌繁殖体、芽胞、病毒、结核杆菌和真菌能有良好的杀灭作用,有效的保持了马桶内的清洁。
(2)本发明的一种新型厕所清洁用品,当马桶冲水时,在马桶表面形成一层泡沫,解决了排便时溅水花的问题,同时,避免了纸巾造成厕所堵塞的窘境。
(3)本发明的一种新型厕所清洁用品,加入了香精成分,在使用后能够保持卫生间清新气味,能够有效的清除臭味、异味,并且香气持久。同时,本发明的制备方法简单,原料简单易得,具有积极的推广意义。
