Abstract
本发明提供了一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液及其制备方法、喷雾剂和应用,涉及卫浴产品技术领域。本发明提供的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂6%~10%、杀菌剂0.3%~0.7%、增溶剂1%~5%以及余量的水。其中,阴离子表面活性剂形成的泡沫丰富、持久,能够起到遮盖臭味、防止飞溅和清洁的作用;杀菌剂能够对马桶中常见的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等进行灭杀;增溶剂能够促进杀菌剂的溶解,提高料液体系的稳定性。该马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液将杀菌、清洁、遮盖臭味三种功能集于一体,改善了马桶清洁剂功能不全的缺点,能够以气雾剂方式使用,使用方法简单化、方便化、日常化。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液及其制备方法、喷雾剂和应用。
背景技术
马桶是现在居住场所普遍存在的一种方便设施,人们在使用马桶的过程中,马桶会滋生细菌,为避免细菌感染,有必要对马桶进行杀菌消毒。人在如厕时,可能会遇到马桶的水飞溅到屁股或衣服的情况,并且如厕时会产生臭味,如果如厕时可以做到防止马桶水飞溅、隔绝臭味,就会有更好的如厕体验。目前市场上现有的马桶清洁剂大约分为两类,一类是以手喷壶方式使用,喷涂后刷洗马桶,该类产品可以达到清洁杀菌的作用,但其存在的缺点是使用时太费力,只有想对马桶进行深度清洁时才会使用,并且无法形成丰富泡沫,遮盖臭味;第二类是以气雾罐方式使用,该类产品使用方便,如厕前喷涂泡沫于马桶内壁,如厕时可达到遮盖臭味的效果,如厕后冲水即可达到清洁马桶的目的,但该类产品存在的缺点是无法对马桶进行杀菌。很少有清洗、杀菌、遮盖臭味三种功能一体的产品。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,以解决上述问题中的至少一种。
本发明的第二目的在于提供上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液的制备方法。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种喷雾剂,该喷雾剂包括上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
本发明的第四目的在于提供上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液或喷雾剂在如厕中的应用。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂6%~10%、杀菌剂0.3%~0.7%、增溶剂1%~5%以及余量的水。
作为进一步技术方案,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂7%~9%、杀菌剂0.4%~0.6%、增溶剂2%~4%以及余量的水;
优选地,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂8%、杀菌剂5%、增溶剂3%以及余量的水。
作为进一步技术方案,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
作为进一步技术方案,所述杀菌剂包括对氯间二甲苯酚和/或三氯生。
作为进一步技术方案,所述增溶剂包括乙醇和/或异丙醇。
作为进一步技术方案,还包括助剂;
所述助剂包括防腐剂、防锈剂或香精中的至少一种;
优选地,所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠和/或山梨酸钾;
优选地,所述防锈剂包括硼酸单乙醇胺酯和/或钼酸钠。
作为进一步技术方案,所述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中,防腐剂的质量占比为0.8%~1.2%,优选为1%;
优选地,所述防锈剂的质量占比为0.8%~1.2%,优选为1%;
优选地,所述香精的质量占比为0.1%~0.2%,优选为0.1%。
第二方面,本发明提供了上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将所述阴离子表面活性剂和水混合得到混合溶液A,或者将所述阴离子表面活性剂、助剂和水混合得到混合溶液A;
b.将所述杀菌剂溶于增溶剂中得到混合溶液B;
c.将混合溶液B添加至混合溶液A中制备得到马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种气雾剂,包括气雾剂罐以及气雾剂罐内的抛射剂和马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液;
优选地,所述抛射剂包括LPG抛射剂;
优选地,所述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液与抛射剂的质量比为(8~12):1。
第四方面,本发明提供了上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液或者气雾剂在如厕中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液包括特定配比的阴离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、增溶剂以及余量的水,其中,阴离子表面活性剂形成的泡沫丰富、持久,能够起到遮盖臭味、防止飞溅和清洁的作用;杀菌剂能够对马桶中常见的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等进行灭杀,避免马桶中有害菌的滋生;增溶剂能够促进杀菌剂的溶解,提高料液体系的稳定性。该马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中各个组分相互配合,将杀菌、清洁、遮盖臭味三种功能集于一体,改善了马桶清洁剂功能不全的缺点,能够以气雾剂方式使用,使用方法简单化、方便化、日常化。
本发明提供的喷雾剂,该气雾剂罐内液体不分层、无明显悬浮物或沉淀,无机械杂质,喷射率在95%以上,喷射出的泡沫稳定,持续时间长,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的杀菌效果,能够提高如厕体验。

下面将结合实施方式和实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施方式和实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂6%~10%、杀菌剂0.3%~0.7%、增溶剂1%~5%以及余量的水。
本发明中,阴离子表面活性剂形成的泡沫丰富、持久,在如厕时利于遮臭防飞溅,冲洗马桶时对马桶进行清洁,阴离子表面活性剂的质量百分比例如可以为,但不限于6%、7%、8%、9%或10%;杀菌剂的质量百分比例如可以为,但不限于0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%或0.7%;增溶剂是指能够促进杀菌剂溶解的试剂,增溶剂的质量百分比例如可以为,但不限于1%、2%、3%、4%或5%。

本发明中,通过对马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中各个组分进一步优化和调整,使得料液体系稳定,且具有良好的杀菌、清洁以及遮盖臭味的效果。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括但不限于脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种,或者本领域技术人员所熟知的其他阴离子表面活性剂。
本发明中,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠形成的泡沫丰富、稳定,因此,阴离子表面活性剂优选采用脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述杀菌剂包括但不限于对氯间二甲苯酚和/或三氯生,或者本领域技术人员所熟知的其他具有杀菌作用的试剂。
以“杀菌剂包对氯间二甲苯酚和/或三氯生”为例对“和/或”进行说明,上述“杀菌剂包对氯间二甲苯酚和/或三氯生”是指杀菌剂可以为对氯间二甲苯酚,也可以为三氯生,还可以为对氯间二甲苯酚和三氯生。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述增溶剂包括但不限于乙醇和/或异丙醇。乙醇或异丙醇对杀菌剂的溶解性好,将乙醇或异丙醇作为增溶剂有助于提高杀菌剂的溶解度,进而提高马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液体系的稳定性,避免出现沉淀,影响料液性能。
在一些优选的实施方式中,还包括助剂;所述助剂包括防腐剂、防锈剂或香精中的至少一种。
其中,防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠和/或山梨酸钾,能够防止马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液体系变质,本发明的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中,防腐剂的质量占比例如可以为,但不限于0.8%、0.9%、1%、1.1%或1.2%,优选为1%。
防锈剂包括硼酸单乙醇胺酯和/或钼酸钠,能够防止气雾剂罐内部生锈,本发明的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中,防锈剂的质量占比例如可以为,但不限于0.8%、0.9%、1%、1.1%或1.2%,优选为1%。
香精优选为天然植物提取香精,使用后可使卫生间有清新淡雅的香气,本发明的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中,防锈剂的质量占比例如可以为,但不限于0.1%、0.12%、0.14%、0.16%、0.18%或0.2%,优选为0.1%。
本发明中,通过对助剂种类及配比的进一步优化和调整,使得马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液具有防腐、防锈、芳香等性能,进而延长保存时间,提高如厕体验。
第二方面,本发明提供了上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将所述阴离子表面活性剂和水混合得到混合溶液A,或者将所述阴离子表面活性剂、助剂和水混合得到混合溶液A;
b.将所述杀菌剂溶于增溶剂中得到混合溶液B,促进杀菌剂的溶解;
c.将混合溶液B添加至混合溶液A中制备得到马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
本发明提供的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液的制备方法简单方便,制备得到的料液稳定。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种气雾剂,包括气雾剂罐以及气雾剂罐内的抛射剂和马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其中气雾剂罐是指盛放抛射剂和料液的容器,并能够实现罐内液体喷射出来的装置,其构造例如可以包括罐体、气雾剂阀门、喷头等。该气雾剂罐内液体不分层、无明显悬浮物或沉淀,无机械杂质,喷射率高,喷射出的泡沫稳定,持续时间长,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的杀菌效果,能够提高如厕体验。
优选地,所述抛射剂包括但不限于LPG抛射剂,以LPG抛射剂为原料制备得到的气雾剂的喷出率在95%以上,因此抛射剂优选采用LPG抛射剂。
优选地,所述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液与抛射剂的质量比例如可以为,但不限于8:1、9:1、10:1、11:1或12:1。
第四方面,本发明提供了上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液或者气雾剂在如厕中的应用。
将上述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液或者气雾剂应用于如厕中,能够提高如厕体验。
下面通过具体的实施例和对比例进一步说明本发明,但是,应当理解为,这些实施例仅仅是用于更详细地说明之用,而不应理解为用于以任何形式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES):8%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.5%;
乙醇:3%;
苯甲酸钠:1%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1%;
香精:0.1%;
水:86.4%。
制备方法包括:a.将阴离子表面活性剂、助剂和水混合得到混合溶液A;
b.将杀菌剂溶于增溶剂中得到混合溶液B;
c.在搅拌条件下,将混合溶液B添加至混合溶液A中制备得到马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
实施例2
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES):10%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.3%;
乙醇:5%;
苯甲酸钠:0.8%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1.2%;
香精:0.1%;
水:82.6%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES):12%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.7%;
乙醇:1%;
苯甲酸钠:1.2%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:0.8%;
香精:0.2%;
水:84.1%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES):8%;
三氯生:0.5%;
乙醇:3%;
苯甲酸钠:1%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1%;
香精:0.1%;
水:86.4%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES):8%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.5%;
乙醇:3%;
苯甲酸钠:1%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1%;
香精:0.1%;
水:86.4%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例6
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
十二烷基硫酸钠(K12):8%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.5%;
乙醇:3%;
苯甲酸钠:1%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1%;
香精:0.1%;
水:86.4%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例7
一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,按质量百分比计包括:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES):8%;
对氯间二甲苯酚:0.5%;
异丙醇:3%;
苯甲酸钠:1%;
硼酸单乙醇胺酯:1%;
香精:0.1%;
水:86.4%。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例1
一种气雾剂料液,与实施例1的区别在于,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)的质量百分比为20%,水的质量百分比为74.4%。
对比例2
一种气雾剂料液,与实施例1的区别在于,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)替换为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(阳离子表面活性剂)。
对比例3
一种气雾剂料液,与实施例1的区别在于,不含乙醇,水的质量百分比为89.4%。
对比例4
一种气雾剂料液,与实施例1的区别在于,制备方法不同,制备方法如下:
将配方量的阴离子表面活性剂、助剂、杀菌剂、增溶剂和水直接搅拌混合,制备得到马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
实施例8
一种气雾剂,包括实施例1的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液500g、LPG抛射剂50g和气雾剂罐(65*240铝罐;气雾剂阀门:通用气雾罐阀门;喷头:连体喷盖);马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液和LPG抛射剂在气雾剂罐内部。
制备方法如下:将马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液加入到气雾剂罐中,封闭阀门,填充LPG抛射剂制备得到气雾剂。其中马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液与LPG抛射剂的质量比为10:1。
对比例5-8
一种气雾剂,分别将实施例8中的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液替换为对比例1-4的气雾剂料液,按照实施例8的制备方法制备得到气雾剂。
试验例1
分别对实施例8和对比例5-8的气雾剂的性能进行检测,检测结果如下表所示。
此外,经发明人研究发现,对比例5气雾剂喷出的泡沫粘稠,发泡不蓬松,导致气雾剂的用量增加,增加产品成本,进而浪费资源。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

1.一种马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂6%~10%、杀菌剂0.3%~0.7%、增溶剂1%~5%以及余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂7%~9%、杀菌剂0.4%~0.6%、增溶剂2%~4%以及余量的水;
优选地,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:阴离子表面活性剂8%、杀菌剂5%、增溶剂3%以及余量的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包括对氯间二甲苯酚和/或三氯生。
5.根据权利要求1所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,所述增溶剂包括乙醇和/或异丙醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,还包括助剂;
所述助剂包括防腐剂、防锈剂或香精中的至少一种;
优选地,所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠和/或山梨酸钾;
优选地,所述防锈剂包括硼酸单乙醇胺酯和/或钼酸钠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液,其特征在于,所述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液中,防腐剂的质量占比为0.8%~1.2%,优选为1%;
优选地,所述防锈剂的质量占比为0.8%~1.2%,优选为1%;
优选地,所述香精的质量占比为0.1%~0.2%,优选为0.1%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将所述阴离子表面活性剂和水混合得到混合溶液A,或者将所述阴离子表面活性剂、助剂和水混合得到混合溶液A;
b.将所述杀菌剂溶于增溶剂中得到混合溶液B;
c.将混合溶液B添加至混合溶液A中制备得到马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液。
9.一种气雾剂,其特征在于,包括气雾剂罐以及气雾剂罐内的抛射剂和权利要求1-8任一项所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液;
优选地,所述抛射剂包括LPG抛射剂;
优选地,所述马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液与抛射剂的质量比为(8~12):1。
10.权利要求1-7任一项所述的马桶遮臭防飞溅气雾剂料液或者权利要求9所述的气雾剂在如厕中的应用。
