Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保硅藻泥乳胶漆,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丙烯酸乳液60‑70份、环氧树脂40‑50份、硅藻泥30‑40份、膨润土10‑15份、抗菌粉剂5‑10份、防霉剂3‑5份、消泡剂2‑5份、光稳定剂4‑6份、抗氧化剂2‑5份、增稠剂1‑3份。本发明中添加的硅藻泥具有较好的吸附作用,可以有效去除空气中的游离甲醛、苯、氨等有害物质及异昧,净化室内空气,同时硅藻泥不产生静电、不吸灰尘,涂覆后的墙面可以自洁防污,另外,硅藻泥吸光率很强,反射的光线自然柔和,色彩柔和不易使眼睛疲劳。

本发明涉及乳胶漆技术领域,具体是一种环保硅藻泥乳胶漆。
背景技术
室内装饰材料及家具的污染是目前造成室内空气污染的主要原因:其中油漆、胶合板、刨花填料、内墙涂料、塑料贴面等材料均含有甲醛、苯、乙醇、氯仿等有机挥发物。
为了消除甲醛及各种voc对人的影响,人们一般采用长时间开窗通风或通过涂刷后喷洒气味遮蔽剂和甲醛清除剂等办法,长时间通风延长了住户的入住时间,并且某些乳胶漆生产厂家为了减少乳胶漆中voc的含量,采用高沸点的溶剂作为成膜助剂,更是会大大延长住户的入住时间。为了加快入住时间一般通过涂刷后喷洒气味遮蔽剂和甲醛清除剂等办法,这些办法虽然很快可以遮蔽点甲醛,voc等有害物质的气昧,实际上并不能消除甲醛,voc等有害物质。

本发明提供了一种环保硅藻泥乳胶漆,以解决上述技术问题。
一种环保硅藻泥乳胶漆,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丙烯酸乳液60-70份、环氧树脂40-50份、硅藻泥30-40份、膨润土10-15份、抗菌粉剂5-10份、防霉剂3-5份、消泡剂2-5份、光稳定剂4-6份、抗氧化剂2-5份、增稠剂1-3份。
优选的,所述增稠剂羟乙基纤维素、聚氨酯类增稠剂中的一种或多种混合物。
优选的,一种环保硅藻泥乳胶漆,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丙烯酸乳液65份、环氧树脂43份、硅藻泥35份、膨润土13份、抗菌粉剂8份、防霉剂4份、消泡剂3.5份、光稳定剂5份、抗氧化剂3.5份、增稠剂2份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的硅藻泥乳胶漆含有大量的硅藻泥成分,丙烯酸乳液使其溶解度更高,膨润土的加入使其效果更好,加以其它原料的配合能为刚涂料的墙面清除异味,并且可以清除生活污染产生的各种异味,时刻保持室内的空气清新。同时可以进行空气的调湿保证被子,衣物不会潮湿和墙体的发霉现象发生。因硅藻泥是天然的矿物质,自身不含重金属、不产生静电、所以不吸灰尘,可以进行墙面自洁。硅藻泥具有较好的吸附作用,可以有效去除空气中的游离甲醛、苯、氨等有害物质及异昧,净化室内空气,同时硅藻泥不产生静电、不吸灰尘,涂覆后的墙面可以自洁防污,另外,硅藻泥吸光率很强,反射的光线自然柔和,色彩柔和不易使眼睛疲劳。
