本发明涉及五金零部件领域,尤其是一种五金防锈涂层。
背景技术
五金:传统的五金制品,也称“小五金”。指金、银、铜、铁、锡五种金属。经人工加工可以制成刀、剑等艺术品或金属器件。现代社会的五金更为广泛,例如五金工具、五金零部件、日用五金、建筑五金以及安防用品等。小五金产品大都不是最终消费品。
现有的五金产品在长久使用后,容易发生生锈的状况,影响使用寿命与使用安全。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种五金防锈涂层,可以实现对五金产品的防锈。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用以下技术方案,一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂20~30份、肌醇六磷酸酯5~10份、纳米锌粉1~3份、偏硅酸钡2~5份、金属陶瓷微粒3~8份、桐油2~5份。
进一步,一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂25份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、纳米锌粉2份、偏硅酸钡4份、金属陶瓷微粒5份、桐油3份。
进一步,所述的桐油采用熟桐油。
采用本发明所述的涂层,可以有效防止五金产品出现生锈等情况,同时还可以对生锈后的产品进行修护。加入阴离子丙烯酸树脂能与锈层中的活泼有害成分反应,生产稳定的抑制化合物,可以使锈层成为封边胶中有效的保护填料;加入肌醇六磷酸酯,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀,达到良好防锈效果;加入锌粉,具有比金属更低的电极电位,有效的防止电化学腐蚀对金属造成的损失;加入偏硅酸钡可增强涂层的防霉、防锈、防火、抗粉化等性能;加入桐油,也具有防锈性能。

实施例1:一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂25份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、纳米锌粉2份、偏硅酸钡4份、金属陶瓷微粒5份、熟桐油3份。
实施例2:一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂30份、肌醇六磷酸酯10份、纳米锌粉3份、偏硅酸钡5份、金属陶瓷微粒8份、熟桐油5份。
实施例3:一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂20份、肌醇六磷酸酯5份、纳米锌粉1份、偏硅酸钡2份、金属陶瓷微粒3份、桐油2份。
实施例4:一种五金防锈涂层,其原料按重量份计为:阴离子丙烯酸树脂20份、肌醇六磷酸酯10份、纳米锌粉1份、偏硅酸钡5份、金属陶瓷微粒3份、桐油5份。
