现有的农村生活废水处理技术中,如中国专利公开号CN205676259U公开的一种农村生活废水回收处理设备,包括过滤网、斜挡板一、连接块一、密封挡板一、电动缸一、电动缸二、污泥泵、排污管、连接块二、斜挡板二以及密封挡板二,电动缸一上端连接密封挡板一,密封挡板一左端设有连接块一,连接块一上端安装斜挡板一,斜挡板一上方设有过滤网,过滤网下方安装斜挡板二,连接块二左端连接密封挡板二,密封挡板二下端设有电动缸二,电动缸二右侧安装污泥泵,污泥泵右端装配排污管,实现对农村生活废水进行过滤处理,降低环境污染。该回收处理设置使用方便,结构简单,便于操作,但是该装置的污水处理效果差。
又如中国专利公开号CN105645683A公开的一种结构填料强化的农村生活与餐饮废水处理装置及其方法,包括依次连接的除油池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、好氧回流池和沉淀池,所述除油池上设置有进水口,除油池内设有悬浮吸油填料;所述厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池内分别设有生物填料;在除油池和厌氧池之间以及缺氧池和好氧池之间均设有导流管;其中好氧回流池中的曝气支管上设有曝气头,曝气头上方设置扬水管,扬水管管体侧壁通过回流管与缺氧池相连,通过气提回流方式实现污水回流;该发明在总体布局上采用一体化的处理工艺,可以实现75%以上的总氮,65%以上的总磷去除和90%以上的COD降解,但是该装置的占地面积宽,投资成本大,不利于实际农村推广和应用。

为弥补现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单,使用便捷,废水处理效率高,处理效果好的农村生活污水处理装置。

一种污水净化处理装置,包括壳体、进水管、制氧机构和精滤机构,所述壳体内设置在第一隔板,第一隔板将壳体分割为并列设置的过滤净化室和储水室,所述过滤净化室自上而下依次设置有净化区、吸附填料区、过滤网和沉降区,所述进水管设置在壳体顶部,且进水管依次穿过壳体、净化区、吸附填料区和过滤网,与沉降区连通,所述沉降区的底部上还设置有排渣管,所述过滤网用于过滤废水中的大颗粒杂质,所述吸附填料区内填充有吸附填料,用于对污水进行进一步的过滤吸附,所述制氧机构包括制氧装置、氧气管和排气管,所述制氧装置设置在壳体的侧壁上,所述氧气管设置在净化区内,氧气管与制氧装置通过连通管连接,所述排气管设置在净化区顶部,所述储水室内设置有第二隔板,第二隔板将储水室分割为水质调节区和蓄水区,所述水质调节区设置在蓄水区的上方,水质调节区的侧壁上设置有加药管,所述精滤机构包括精滤管、精滤水管和水泵,所述精滤管设置在水质调节区内,精滤管内设置有水通道,所述精滤水管设置在壳体外,精滤水管的一端与水通道连通,另一端与蓄水区连通,所述水泵设置在精滤水管上,所述蓄水区的侧壁上还设置有出水管;所述第一隔板上还设置有溢流口,净化区通过溢流口与水质调节区连通。
进一步地,所述精滤管为反渗透膜,所述水通道周围被反渗透膜片包裹。在实际使用过程中,通过加药管向水质调节区加入试剂,调节水的pH值,对水体进行消毒,然后在驱动装置的作用下,带动搅拌叶旋转,使水与试剂充分混合,提高水质调节效率;待水质调节完全后,利用水泵工作,将水质调节区的通过反渗透膜抽入精滤水管中,在水流经反渗透膜的过程中,利用反渗透膜对水进行进一步地过滤,提高净化效果和净化效率;而经过反渗透膜过滤后的水通过精滤水管流入蓄水区储存,留待使用。
进一步地,所述净化装置还包括混合搅拌机构,所述混合搅拌机构包括驱动装置、搅拌轴和搅拌叶,所述驱动装置设置在水质调节区顶部,所述搅拌叶和搅拌轴分别设置在水质调节区内,搅拌轴的一端穿过壳体与驱动装置连接,所述搅拌叶设置在搅拌轴另一端的侧壁上。通过设置搅拌机构,在利用加药管向水质调节区加试剂进行水质调节时,启动搅拌机构,对水质调节区内的水和试剂进行搅拌混合,提高水质调节效率和调节效果。
优选地,所述水质调节区内还设置有检测单元,所述检测单元用于检测水质调节区内水质状态。通过检测单元检测水质调节区内水质状态,然后控制加药管根据水质状态加入相应试剂进行调节,节约试剂用量,提高水质调节效率和水质调节效果。
进一步地,所述搅拌叶设置在溢流口下方,所述精滤管设置在搅拌叶的下方。在使用过程中,将精滤管设置在搅拌叶的下方,避免搅拌叶在工作过程中,对精滤管造成磨损。
优选地,所述搅拌叶为螺旋式搅拌叶。
进一步地,所述氧气管上均匀设置有多个通气孔,氧气管设置在溢流口的下方。在使用过程中,通过制氧装置制得氧气,氧气通过氧气管上通气孔进入并溶解水中,从而提高水体中含氧量,实现对水体含氧量的调节控制。
进一步地,所述净化区内还分别设置有活性炭滤网和紫外光照单元,所述活性炭滤网表面负载二氧化钛,且活性炭滤网与溢流口底部齐平设置,所紫外光灯照单元设置在净化区顶部。在实际工作过程中,通过进水管向沉降区注入农村生活废水,在沉降区内,废水中的固体颗粒杂质受过滤网的阻隔,不能进入吸附填料区,同时受重力作用,落入沉降区底部,实现对废水的一级过滤;而水则在水压作用下不断向上升,依次通过过滤网、吸附填料区和净化区,利用吸附填料区对废水进行进一步的吸附过滤,去除废水中的小颗粒杂质和重金属,实现对废水的二级过滤;然后在净化区中,利用制氧机构对废水进行含氧量调节,同时废水在通过活性炭滤网,从溢流口流入水质调节区的过程中,利用紫外光照单元与负载二氧化钛的活性炭滤网具有光触媒效应,对水质进行深度吸附过滤,分解废水中的有机物,提高净化效率和净化效果,实现对废水的三级过滤;最后在水质调节区中,利用反渗透膜结构的精滤管对废水进行精细过滤,过滤级别达到纳米级别,实现对废水的四级过滤,使经净化装置净化后的水体达到饮用水标准。
进一步地,所述紫外灯照单元为紫外灯管。利用紫外光照单元与负载二氧化钛的活性炭滤网协作,使活性炭滤网具有光触媒功能,能够有效对水体内有机物进行持续吸附分解,提高净化效率和净化效果。
进一步地,所述排渣管上设置有排渣阀,所述出水管上还设置有出水阀。在需要对沉降区内沉积的杂质进行清除时,开启排渣阀,使沉降区内沉积的杂质通过排渣管排出,提高沉降区持续工作能力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明污水净化处理装置,结构简单,使用便捷,利用沉降区对废水进行一级过滤,利用吸附填料区对废水进行二级过滤,在净化区对废水进行三级过滤,在水质调节区对废水进行四级过滤,通过四级过滤,实现废水中充分过滤,使经净化装置净化后的水体达到饮用水标准,同时本发明净化装置一体化设置,占地面积小,制备成本低,便于安装使用,对促进农村水资源保护与循环利用具有重要意义。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种污水净化处理装置,包括壳体1、进水管2、制氧机构和精滤机构,所述壳体1内设置在第一隔板10,第一隔板10将壳体1分割为并列设置的过滤净化室和储水室,所述过滤净化室自上而下依次设置有净化区6、吸附填料区5、过滤网4和沉降区3,所述进水管2设置在壳体1顶部,且进水管2依次穿过壳体1、净化区6、吸附填料区5和过滤网4,与沉降区3连通,所述沉降区3的底部上还设置有排渣管7,所述过滤网4用于过滤废水中的大颗粒杂质,所述吸附填料区5内填充有吸附填料,用于对污水进行进一步的过滤吸附,所述制氧机构包括制氧装置12、氧气管14和排气管16,所述制氧装置12设置在壳体1的侧壁上,所述氧气管14设置在净化区6内,氧气管14与制氧装置12通过连通管13连接,所述排气管16设置在净化区6顶部,所述储水室内设置有第二隔板11,第二隔板11将储水室分割为水质调节区8和蓄水区9,所述水质调节区8设置在蓄水区9的上方,水质调节区8的侧壁上设置有加药管21,所述精滤机构包括精滤管23、精滤水管24和水泵25,所述精滤管23设置在水质调节区8内,精滤管23内设置有水通道31,所述精滤水管24设置在壳体1外,精滤水管24的一端与水通道31连通,另一端与蓄水区9连通,所述水泵25设置在精滤水管24上,所述蓄水区9的侧壁上还设置有出水管26;所述第一隔板10上还设置有溢流口17,净化区6通过溢流口17与水质调节区8连通。
具体地,所述精滤管23为反渗透膜,所述水通道31周围被反渗透膜片包裹。在实际使用过程中,通过加药管21向水质调节区8加入试剂,调节水的pH值,对水体进行消毒,然后在驱动装置18的作用下,带动搅拌叶20旋转,使水与试剂充分混合,提高水质调节效率;待水质调节完全后,利用水泵25工作,将水质调节区8的通过反渗透膜抽入精滤水管24中,在水流经反渗透膜的过程中,利用反渗透膜对水进行进一步地过滤,提高净化效果和净化效率;而经过反渗透膜过滤后的水通过精滤水管24流入蓄水区9储存,留待使用。优选地,所述水质调节区8内均匀设置有多条精滤管23。
具体地,所述净化装置还包括混合搅拌机构,所述混合搅拌机构包括驱动装置18、搅拌轴19和搅拌叶20,所述驱动装置18设置在水质调节区8顶部,所述搅拌叶20和搅拌轴19分别设置在水质调节区8内,搅拌轴19的一端穿过壳体1与驱动装置18连接,所述搅拌叶20设置在搅拌轴19另一端的侧壁上。通过设置搅拌机构,在利用加药管21向水质调节区8加试剂进行水质调节时,启动搅拌机构,对水质调节区内的水和试剂进行搅拌混合,提高水质调节效率和调节效果。
优选地,所述水质调节区8内还设置有检测单元22,所述检测单元22用于检测水质调节区内水质状态。通过检测单元22检测水质调节区内水质状态,然后控制加药管21根据水质状态加入相应试剂进行调节,节约试剂用量,提高水质调节效率和水质调节效果。
具体地,所述搅拌叶20设置在溢流口17下方,所述精滤管23设置在搅拌叶20的下方。在使用过程中,将精滤管23设置在搅拌叶20的下方,避免搅拌叶20在工作过程中,对精滤管23造成磨损。
优选地,所述搅拌叶20为螺旋式搅拌叶。
具体地,所述氧气管14上均匀设置有多个通气孔15,氧气管14设置在溢流口17的下方。在使用过程中,通过制氧装置12制得氧气,氧气通过氧气管14上通气孔15进入并溶解水中,从而提高水体中含氧量,实现对水体含氧量的调节控制。
具体地,所述净化区6内还分别设置有活性炭滤网27和紫外光照单元28,所述活性炭滤网27表面负载二氧化钛,且活性炭滤网27与溢流口17底部齐平设置,所紫外光灯照单元28设置在净化区6顶部。在实际工作过程中,通过进水管2向沉降区3注入农村生活废水,在沉降区3内,废水中的固体颗粒杂质受过滤网4的阻隔,不能进入吸附填料区5,同时受重力作用,落入沉降区3底部,实现对废水的一级过滤;而水则在水压作用下不断向上升,依次通过过滤网4、吸附填料区5和净化区6,利用吸附填料区5对废水进行进一步的吸附过滤,去除废水中的小颗粒杂质和重金属,实现对废水的二级过滤;然后在净化区6中,利用制氧机构对废水进行含氧量调节,同时废水在通过活性炭滤网27,从溢流口17流入水质调节区8的过程中,利用紫外光照单元28与负载二氧化钛的活性炭滤网27具有光触媒效应,对水质进行深度吸附过滤,分解废水中的有机物,提高净化效率和净化效果,实现对废水的三级过滤;最后在水质调节区8中,利用反渗透膜结构的精滤管23对废水进行精细过滤,过滤级别达到纳米级别,实现对废水的四级过滤,使经净化装置净化后的水体达到饮用水标准。
具体地,所述紫外灯照单元28为紫外灯管。利用紫外光照单元28与负载二氧化钛的活性炭滤网27协作,使活性炭滤网27具有光触媒功能,能够有效对水体内有机物进行持续吸附分解,提高净化效率和净化效果。
具体地,所述排渣管7上设置有排渣阀29,所述出水管26上还设置有出水阀30。在需要对沉降区3内沉积的杂质进行清除时,开启排渣阀29,使沉降区3内沉积的杂质通过排渣管7排出,提高沉降区持续工作能力。而需要利用蓄水区9内净化水时,开启出水阀30,即可实现净化水的导出。
使用时,将农村生活废水通过进水管2注入沉降区3,在沉降区3内,废水中的固体颗粒杂质受过滤网4的阻隔,不能进入吸附填料区5,同时固体颗粒杂质受重力作用,落入沉降区3底部,实现对废水的一级过滤;而水则在水压作用下不断向上升,依次通过过滤网4、吸附填料区5和净化区6,利用吸附填料区5对废水进行进一步的吸附过滤,去除废水中的小颗粒杂质和重金属,实现对废水的二级过滤;然后在净化区6中,利用制氧机构对废水进行含氧量调节,同时废水在通过活性炭滤网27,从溢流口17流入水质调节区8的过程中,利用紫外光照单元28与负载二氧化钛的活性炭滤网27具有光触媒效应,对水质进行深度吸附过滤,分解废水中的有机物,提高净化效率和净化效果,实现对废水的三级过滤;最后在水质调节区8中,利用反渗透膜结构的精滤管23对废水进行精细过滤,过滤级别达到纳米级别,实现对废水的四级过滤,使经净化装置净化后的水体达到饮用水标准,净化后的水通过精滤水管24流入蓄水区9储存,留待使用。

1.一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、进水管、制氧机构和精滤机构,所述壳体内设置在第一隔板,第一隔板将壳体分割为并列设置的过滤净化室和储水室,所述过滤净化室自上而下依次设置有净化区、吸附填料区、过滤网和沉降区,所述进水管设置在壳体顶部,且进水管依次穿过壳体、净化区、吸附填料区和过滤网,与沉降区连通,所述沉降区的底部上还设置有排渣管,所述过滤网用于过滤废水中的大颗粒杂质,所述吸附填料区内填充有吸附填料,所述制氧机构包括制氧装置、氧气管和排气管,所述制氧装置设置在壳体的侧壁上,所述氧气管设置在净化区内,氧气管与制氧装置通过连通管连接,所述排气管设置在净化区顶部,所述储水室内设置有第二隔板,第二隔板将储水室分割为水质调节区和蓄水区,所述水质调节区设置在蓄水区的上方,水质调节区的侧壁上设置有加药管,所述精滤机构包括精滤管、精滤水管和水泵,所述精滤管设置在水质调节区内,精滤管内设置有水通道,所述精滤水管设置在壳体外,精滤水管的一端与水通道连通,另一端与蓄水区连通,所述水泵设置在精滤水管上,所述蓄水区的侧壁上还设置有出水管;所述第一隔板上还设置有溢流口,净化区通过溢流口与水质调节区连通;所述净化区内还分别设置有活性炭滤网和紫外光照单元,所述活性炭滤网表面负载二氧化钛,且活性炭滤网与溢流口底部齐平设置,所紫外光灯照单元设置在净化区顶部;所述排渣管上设置有排渣阀,所述出水管上还设置有出水阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,所述精滤管为反渗透膜,所述水通道周围被反渗透膜片包裹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,所述净化装置还包括混合搅拌机构,所述混合搅拌机构包括驱动装置、搅拌轴和搅拌叶,所述驱动装置设置在水质调节区顶部,所述搅拌叶和搅拌轴分别设置在水质调节区内,搅拌轴的一端穿过壳体与驱动装置连接,所述搅拌叶设置在搅拌轴另一端的侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶设置在溢流口下方,所述精滤管设置在搅拌叶的下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,所述氧气管上均匀设置有多个通气孔,氧气管设置在溢流口的下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水净化处理装置,其特征在于,所述紫外灯照单元为紫外灯管。
