Abstract
The invention discloses a movable container lock, which comprises a concave bottom vehicle body side beam, a track, a stop block, a cross beam, a container lock, a pulley device, a baffle and a base plate, wherein the track and the stop block are arranged on the concave bottom vehicle body side beam, the pulley device is arranged on the cross beam, a spring is arranged in the pulley device, and the baffle, the container lock and the base plate are arranged on the cross beam; the movable container lock is arranged on a railway piggyback container transport vehicle, can move along a side beam of a concave bottom vehicle body, and is matched with a fixed container lock on the railway piggyback container transport vehicle to finish loading and transporting containers and exchange boxes with different specifications. The invention also discloses a railway piggyback container transport vehicle provided with the movable container lock. The invention has the functions of carrying semi-trailer, international standard container and exchange box, and has the advantages of simple mechanism, strong applicability, high safety, reliability and maintainability, and low purchasing, operating and overhauling costs.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a movable container lock and a railway piggyback container transport vehicle, belonging to the field of railway wagon equipment.
Background
The state is currently developing multi-type intermodal as multi-type intermodal equipment, and semitrailers, international standard containers and exchange boxes are being widely used in railway transportation as multi-type intermodal equipment. The existing piggyback container transport flat car can only realize the transport of the road semitrailer and the container, but the transport of the exchange box cannot be realized due to the difference of the external dimensions of the exchange box and the container. To accommodate the transportation needs of various multi-modal equipment, there is a need in the marketplace for a mobile container lock to accommodate the differences in the size of the exchange and container, thereby creating a new railway piggyback container vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a movable container lock and a railway piggyback container transport vehicle aiming at the defects in the prior art.

The invention also provides a railway piggyback container transport vehicle provided with the movable container lock, wherein the railway piggyback container transport vehicle is a unit-type piggyback container transport vehicle or a joint-type piggyback container transport vehicle; the unit type piggyback container transport vehicle comprises a concave bottom vehicle body, a movable saddle, a tire fixing device, a braking device, a coupler buffer device, a bogie, a fixed container lock and a movable container lock; the articulated piggyback container transport vehicle comprises a concave bottom vehicle body, a movable saddle, a tire fixing device, a braking device, a coupler buffer device, a bogie, a fixed container lock, a movable container lock and an articulated bogie.
The concave bottom car body is of a concave bottom structure without a middle beam, the concave bottom underframe is of a common structure of a piggyback transport car, and a rail is arranged at a side beam of the concave bottom underframe.
The loading conditions of the movable boxing lock at the upper position of the side beam comprise: two 20ft containers, or one 30ft container, or one 40ft container, or one 45ft container, or two totes, or one semitrailer.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention has the functions of carrying semi-trailers, international standard containers and exchange boxes, can be used for transporting semi-trailers with the length not longer than 13.75 meters, can also be used for transporting 2 international standard containers with the length of 20ft or 1 international standard container with the length of 30ft or 1 international standard container with the length of 40ft or 1 international standard container with the length of 45ft, or can meet the requirement of shipping 2 exchange boxes. The invention has simple mechanism and strong applicability, and meanwhile, the applicable railway piggyback container transport vehicle has no electric and hydraulic equipment, the braking, bogie and hook buffer system adopts the mature truck technology, the safety, the reliability and the maintainability are high, and the purchasing, the application and the overhaul cost are low.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of the mobile container lock of the present invention.
The movable container lock comprises a concave bottom car body side beam 1, a track 2, a stop block 3, a cross beam 4, a container lock 5, a pulley device 6, a baffle 7 and a base plate 8.
The track 2 and the stop block 3 are arranged on the side beam 1 of the concave bottom car body, so that the movable container lock beam can move on the side beam and can be limited and fixed.
The pulley device 6 is arranged on the cross beam 4, so that the cross beam can slide on the rail.
The pulley device 6 is internally provided with a spring, and when the container is loaded, the cross beam 4 can be directly contacted with the concave bottom car body side beam 1 through the compression spring.
The baffle 7 is arranged on the cross beam 4 and is mainly used for positioning the cross beam on the side beam.
A container lock 5 and a backing plate 8 are provided on the cross beam 4 for container loading.
The movable container lock 17 is arranged on a railway piggyback container transport vehicle and can move along the concave bottom vehicle body side beam 1; the loading and transporting of the containers and the exchange boxes of different specifications is completed by cooperation with the fixed container lock 16 on the railway piggyback container transport vehicle.
The railway piggyback container transport vehicle provided with the movable container lock is a unit-type piggyback container transport vehicle or a joint-type piggyback container transport vehicle; the vehicle has a function of loading a semitrailer, a container, and a trunk.
Figure 2 shows a unit piggyback container transport vehicle of the present invention.
The unit piggyback container transport vehicle comprises a concave bottom vehicle body 14 (with braking attachments attached thereto), a movable saddle 12, a set of tire fixtures 15, a set of braking devices 18, two coupler bumpers 11, two bogies 13, fixed container locks 16 and two mobile container locks 17.
Figure 3 shows an articulated piggyback container transport vehicle of the present invention.
The articulated piggyback container transport vehicle comprises a concave bottom car body 14, a movable saddle 12, a set of tire fixtures 15, a set of brake devices 18, two coupler cushions 11, two bogies 13, a number of fixed container locks 16, two movable container locks 17 and an articulated bogie 19 (two or three axles).
The concave bottom car body 14 is of a concave bottom structure without a middle beam, the concave bottom frame is of a common structure of a piggyback transport car, and the side beams of the concave bottom frame are provided with the rails 2.
The concave bottom car body 14 is of a concave bottom non-center sill structure and meets the maximum height requirement of the semi-trailer, wherein a concave bottom frame is of a common structure of a piggyback transport vehicle, and a rail is arranged at a side beam of the concave bottom frame.
The movable saddle 12 is a key component for semitrailer transportation, is used for bearing a working surface of a traction pin of the semitrailer, and is a formed product of a piggyback transportation vehicle.
The tire fixing device 15 is a key component for semitrailer transportation, is used for bearing semitrailer tires, and is a molded product of a piggyback transportation vehicle.
The brake device 18, the coupler buffer device 11 and the bogie 13 are products which are mature and formed in China.
The fixed container locks 16 are placed at two ends of the vehicle, and are matched with the movable container locks 17 to finish loading of the container or the exchange box, and the fixed container locks 16 are the existing mature and molded products in China.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the position and dimensions of the present invention on a vehicle.
The movable packing lock 17 is matched with the fixed container lock 16 to finish loading and transporting containers and exchange boxes with different specifications.
The loading conditions of the movable packing lock 17 at the upper position of the side beam include: two 20ft containers, or one 30ft container, or one 40ft container, or one 45ft container, or two totes, or one semitrailer.
By adjusting the position of the movable boxing lock 17 on the concave bottom car body side beam 1, different loading conditions can be realized:
figure 5 shows a schematic of the loading of two 20ft containers of the present invention.
The size between the movable packing locks 17 is 1 (5853) and the size is 2 (5853. When combined, the two 20ft international standard container loading conditions are shown in figure 5).
Figure 6 shows a 30ft container loading schematic of the present invention.
The size between the mobile shipping locks 17 is (4. 8918 corresponds to a 30ft international standard container loading condition shown in figure 6.
Figure 7 shows a 40ft container loading schematic of the present invention.
The size between the mobile shipping locks 17 is (3-11985 corresponds to the 40ft international standard container loading condition shown in figure 7.
Figure 8 shows a 45ft container loading schematic of the present invention.
The size between the mobile shipping locks 17 is (3 g 11985 for a 45ft international standard container loading condition shown in figure 8).
Fig. 9 shows a schematic loading of two exchange boxes according to the invention.
The size between the movable packing locks 17 is (5) 5853 and the size (6) 5853 are combined, and the two exchange boxes are correspondingly loaded in the working condition shown in figure 9.

A corresponding semitrailer loading condition is shown in fig. 10 when the mobile container lock is in the end position.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the piggyback container transport vehicle is characterized by being suitable for hoisting operation of semi-trailer vehicles and having large operation safety margin. There is a height difference between the upper plane of the side sill of the vehicle and the floor at the end of the vehicle. When the vehicle is used for loading and transporting the semitrailer, the low side beams of the vehicle are beneficial to keeping a safe distance between the lifting appliance and the vehicle during the lifting operation of the semitrailer.
The piggyback container carrier in the invention can realize different loading conditions by adjusting the position of the movable container lock 17 on the concave bottom side beam 1 of the car body. The movable container lock 17 is fixed to the side sill 1 of the vehicle body with a stopper 7 provided on the cross member 4 and a stopper 3 provided on the side sill 1 of the vehicle body with a concave bottom. The movement of the mobile container lock 17 on the concave side body member 1 is effected by the pulley means 6 provided on the cross member 4 and the rail 2 on the concave side body member 1. The mobile container lock is used for container carrying by means of the container lock 5 and the backing plate 8 arranged on the cross beam 4.
The invention has the functions of carrying semi-trailers, international standard containers and exchange boxes, can be used for transporting semi-trailers with the length not longer than 13.75 meters, can also be used for transporting two international standard containers with the length of 20ft or 30ft or 40ft or 45ft, or can meet the requirement of transporting two exchange boxes. The invention has simple mechanism and strong applicability, and meanwhile, the applicable railway piggyback container transport vehicle has no electric and hydraulic equipment, the braking, bogie and hook buffer system adopts the mature truck technology, the safety, the reliability and the maintainability are high, and the purchasing, the application and the overhaul cost are low.
