本发明公开了一种汽车线束固定装置，涉及汽车制造技术领域；包括线束卡带，所述线束卡带连接有过渡插板，所述过渡插板插接在一个固接在安装板一侧的固接插槽内，所述安装板上设有安装孔。本发明可以解决目前汽车线束紧固装置存在的无法拆卸的问题。

本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域，尤其是一种汽车线束固定装置。
背景技术
汽车线束是将控制单元与执行单元连接的重要纽带，目前汽车的线束大多是先用塑料扎带将线束绑定，再通过一些卡扣将线束固定；这种线束固定方式当线束经过的地方无法设置卡扣时，线束固定只能用塑料扎带固定，时间长了可能引起线束脱落，造成事故发生；此外，一般汽车线束紧固在汽车内均为固定不可拆卸式，一旦需要加装线束或更改线路，只能将装置在破坏再重新安装，造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车线束固定装置，它可以解决目前汽车线束紧固装置存在的无法拆卸的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种汽车线束固定装置，包括线束卡带，其特征在于：所述线束卡带连接有过渡插板，所述过渡插板插接在一个固接在安装板一侧的固接插槽，所述安装板上设有安装孔。
以上技术方案中，进一步的方案是：所述过渡插板的插接端为具有开口的插接脚。
进一步的：所述线束卡带和所述过渡插板由塑料制成。
进一步的：所述线束卡带为带状体，其一端设有供另一端穿过的收紧孔，另一端设有凸起。
进一步的：所述安装板由可弯曲的材料制。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明通过将线束扎紧带增加一个与安装板可拆卸连接的过渡连接板，方便汽车线束维修、改装；
2、本发明连接可靠，拆装方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述： 如图1所示的这种汽车线束固定装置，包括线束卡带1，线束卡带1连接有过渡插板2，线束卡带1和过渡插板2由塑料制成；过渡插板2插接在一个固接在安装板4一侧的固接插槽3内，过渡插板2的插接端为具有开口的插接脚2-1；安装板4上设有安装孔5，安装板4由可弯曲的材料制成，本实施例中，安装板4由铁皮外包塑料制成，可任意弯曲。
线束卡带1为带状体，其一端设有供另一端穿过的收紧孔6，另一端设有凸起7。

1.一种汽车线束固定装置，包括线束卡带，其特征在于：所述线束卡带连接有过渡插板，所述过渡插板插接在一个固接在安装板一侧的固接插槽内，所述安装板上设有安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束固定装置，其特征在于：所述过渡插板的插接端为具有开口的插接脚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车线束固定装置，其特征在于：所述线束卡带和所述过渡插板由塑料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车线束固定装置，其特征在于：所述线束卡带为带状体，其一端设有供另一端穿过的收紧孔，另一端设有凸起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束固定装置，其特征在于：所述安装板由可弯曲的材料制。
