本发明公开了一种车载货物固定用顶篷，包括蓬面本体，所述蓬面本体下方为多个固定件规则排布形成的固定层，所述固定件的一面为凹面，另一面为凸面，其中该固定件的凸面为蓬面本体的接触面，该凸面的凸顶端与蓬面本体固定连接。本发明的优点为：首先，本装置利用蓬面的弹性可以有效的将高度不统一的货物压紧固定在车厢内；其次，本装置固定件的凹面硅胶层不仅在压紧时起到很好的固定作用，还可以有效避免货物棱角处的磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种道路运输领域，尤其涉及一种车载货物固定用顶篷。
背景技术
日常生活和工厂产品销售中，货物的运输愈加普遍，由于货物高度参差不齐，货厢顶部很难将其固定，而且各自货物在运输过程中如果固定不稳，很容易导致货物的倾倒，货物在搬运工程中损坏导致经济损失的情况屡见不鲜。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种覆盖在露天车厢顶部，用于固定不同高度的货物，使其避免倾倒的顶蓬。
本发明所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，包括蓬面本体，所述蓬面本体下方为多个固定件规则排布形成的固定层，所述固定件的一面为凹面，凹面用于固定货物的棱角在一定的范围内滑移，另一面为凸面，凸面使得固定件本身在受到货物的挤压时适应性的调整角度，其中该固定件的凸面为蓬面本体的接触面，该凸面的凸顶端与蓬面本体固定连接。
所述固定件的凹面内设有硅胶层，防止货物与固定层直接摩擦造成损坏。
所述蓬面本体为弹性面料。
所述蓬面本体的外表面涂有防水涂层。
所述固定件的凹面凹陷深度小于该固定件的横截面宽度。
工作原理：将高度不等的货物放置在露天车厢后，将本发明的顶篷覆盖在车厢上并拉紧蓬面，使货物的棱角处对应在固定件的凹面上，并利用蓬面的弹性将货物压紧固定在车厢内。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明的优点为：(1)本装置利用蓬面的弹性可以有效的将高度不统一的货物压紧固定在车厢内；(2)本装置固定件的凹面硅胶层不仅在压紧时起到很好的固定作用，还可以有效避免货物棱角处的磨损。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，如图1和图2所示，包括蓬面本体1，所述蓬面本体1下方为多个固定件2(7行7列)规则排布形成的固定层3，排布时固定件2之间两两间隔一小段距离，所述固定件2的一面为凹面，另一面为凸面，其中该固定件2的凸面为蓬面本体1的接触面，该凸面的凸顶端与蓬面本体1固定连接。
所述固定件2的凹面内设有硅胶层3。
所述蓬面本体1为弹性面料。
所述蓬面本体1的外表面涂有防水涂层4。
所述固定件2的凹面凹陷深度小于该固定件2的横截面宽度。

1.一种车载货物固定用顶篷，其特征在于：包括蓬面本体(1)，所述蓬面本体(1)下方为多个固定件(2)规则排布形成的固定层(3)，所述固定件(2)的一面为凹面，另一面为凸面，其中该固定件(2)的凸面为蓬面本体(1)的接触面，该凸面的凸顶端与蓬面本体(1)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，其特征在于：所述固定件(2)的凹面内设有硅胶层(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，其特征在于：所述蓬面本体(1)为弹性面料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，其特征在于：所述蓬面本体(1)的外表面涂有防水涂层(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车载货物固定用顶篷，其特征在于：所述固定件(2)的凹面凹陷深度小于该固定件(2)的横截面宽度。
