Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型葛根刨片机,包括机架、刀具、轨道、电机、传动装置、防护盖、进料斗和出料斗,轨道安装在机架上,刀具滑动安装在轨道上,刀具包括框架、刀片和滑槽,刀片为双刃的矩形刀,刀片安装在框架内,滑槽安装在框架两侧,防护盖安装在机架上,并且位于刀具上方,防护盖上设有多个进料孔,进料斗安装在进料孔,刀片位于进料孔的下方,刀具上安装有多个刀片,每个刀片上方均安装有进料孔,刀片为双刃的,这样就可以同时对多个进料斗内的葛根进行刨片,利用凸轮作为传动方式,结构简单,防护盖使用定位螺钉固定,并在底部安装有轨道,这样在检修时,去除螺钉,推动防护盖即可,检修安装方便。

本发明属于葛根刨片装置的技术领域,具体为一种新型葛根刨片机。
背景技术
葛根,中药名。为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
现在葛根刨片方法有许多,但是缺少一种结构简单,操作简单的榨汁装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型葛根刨片机,结构简单,使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型葛根刨片机,包括机架、刀具、轨道、电机、传动装置、防护盖、进料斗和出料斗,轨道安装在机架上,刀具滑动安装在轨道上,刀具包括框架、刀片和滑槽,刀片为双刃的矩形刀,刀片安装在框架内,滑槽安装在框架两侧,防护盖安装在机架上,并且位于刀具上方,防护盖上设有多个进料孔,进料斗安装在进料孔,刀片位于进料孔的下方,出料斗安装在机架上,并且位于刀具的正下方,电机安装在机架上,传动装置包括凸轮、连接杆,凸轮安装在电机的输出轴上,连接杆一端转动连接在凸轮上,另一端转动连接在刀具一端。
进一步的,防护盖底部设有轨道,机架上设有导轨,防护盖和机架上均设有定位螺孔,安装时利用定位螺钉固定。
进一步的,刀片设有多个,每个进料孔下方均安装有一个刀片。本发明的有益效果是:
刀具上安装有多个刀片,每个刀片上方均安装有进料孔,刀片为双刃的,这样就可以同时对多个进料斗内的葛根进行刨片,利用凸轮作为传动方式,结构简单,防护盖使用定位螺钉固定,并在底部安装有轨道,这样在检修时,去除螺钉,推动防护盖即可,检修安装方便。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如附图所示,一种新型葛根刨片机,包括机架1、刀具2、轨道3、电机4、传动装置、防护盖5、进料斗6和出料斗7,轨道3安装在机架1上,刀具2滑动安装在轨道3上,刀具2包括框架20、刀片21和滑槽22,刀片21为双刃的矩形刀,刀片21安装在框架20内,滑槽22安装在框架20两侧,防护盖5安装在机架1上,并且位于刀具2上方,防护盖5底部设有轨道,机架1上设有导轨10,防护盖5和机架1上均设有定位螺孔,安装时利用定位螺钉固定,防护盖5上设有多个进料孔50,进料斗6安装在进料孔50,刀片21位于进料孔50的下方,刀片21设有多个,每个进料孔50下方均安装有一个刀片21,出料斗7安装在机架1上,并且位于刀具2的正下方,电机4安装在机架1上,传动装置包括凸轮8、连接杆9,凸轮8安装在电机4的输出轴上,连接杆9一端转动连接在凸轮8上,另一端转动连接在刀具2一端。
操作人员先开启电机4,电机4带动凸轮8转动,从而带动刀具2沿着轨道3往复运动,在进料斗6内放置足量的葛根,葛根在自重的作用下降,被刀片21刨片,出料斗7将刨片的葛根收集。

1.一种新型葛根刨片机,其特征在于,包括机架、刀具、轨道、电机、传动装置、防护盖、进料斗和出料斗,轨道安装在机架上,刀具滑动安装在轨道上,刀具包括框架、刀片和滑槽,刀片为双刃的矩形刀,刀片安装在框架内,滑槽安装在框架两侧,防护盖安装在机架上,并且位于刀具上方,防护盖上设有多个进料孔,进料斗安装在进料孔,刀片位于进料孔的下方,出料斗安装在机架上,并且位于刀具的正下方,电机安装在机架上,传动装置包括凸轮、连接杆,凸轮安装在电机的输出轴上,连接杆一端转动连接在凸轮上,另一端转动连接在刀具一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型葛根刨片机,其特征在于,防护盖底部设有轨道,机架上设有导轨,防护盖和机架上均设有定位螺孔,安装时利用定位螺钉固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型葛根刨片机,其特征在于,刀片设有多个,每个进料孔下方均安装有一个刀片。
