本发明公开了一种新型球磨机，是由电机、减速器、支撑架、破碎腔、视察窗、输料箱、进料口、出料篦板、出料腔、甩料孔、出料口、研磨球和环沟衬板组成，所述的减速器连接在电机的右侧，支撑架连接在减速机的右侧，支撑架右侧连接出料腔，出料腔的内部设置有甩料孔，出料口连接在出料腔的下方，破碎腔连接在出料腔的右侧，破碎腔上设置有视察窗，破碎腔的下方设置有环沟衬板，破碎腔的内部左侧连接出料篦板，破碎腔内部有研磨球，破碎腔外部右侧连接输料箱，输料箱的右侧连接进料口。本发明通过减速器得以改变球磨机的转速，使得球磨机能够根据研磨情况调整研磨速度，使得研磨效率显著提高，增加的出料篦板可过滤粗制的物料，保证研磨的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于一种研磨设备，具体涉及一种新型球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机是适应于大型建筑陶瓷、日用陶瓷、卫生陶瓷、电瓷、冶金、化工等行业作为湿法研磨物料用的一种大型球磨机械设备。球磨机主要结构是由驱动装置、筒体、电气控制等部分组成，具有工作平稳、安全可靠、生产效率高、产量大、占地面积小、能耗低的优点。以往球磨机一般采用齿圈传动，由于传动过程中的扭力较大，所以齿圈磨损较快、易报废；另外，由于以往球磨机不能根据扭力自动调节转速，使得球磨机的工作效率降低，而且驱动电机容易烧毁。现有球磨机采用皮带传动，通过缠绕在筒体上的多条传动带来带动筒体的旋转，由于传动带的采购成本较低，更换比较方便，所以这种以皮带传动的球磨机逐渐取代了以齿圈传动的球磨机，然而现有的球磨机仍然没有解决自动调速的问题，其研磨效率相比以往球磨机仍然没能显著提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型球磨机，以解决上述技术中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种新型球磨机，是由电机、减速器、支撑架、破碎腔、视察窗、输料箱、进料口、出料篦板、出料腔、甩料孔、出料口、研磨球和环沟衬板组成，所述的减速器连接在电机的右侧，支撑架连接在减速机的右侧，支撑架右侧连接出料腔，出料腔的内部设置有甩料孔，出料口连接在出料腔的下方，破碎腔连接在出料腔的右侧，破碎腔上设置有视察窗，破碎腔的下方设置有环沟衬板，破碎腔的内部左侧连接出料篦板，破碎腔内部有研磨球，破碎腔外部右侧连接输料箱，输料箱的右侧连接进料口。
所述的破碎腔为横向放置的圆柱体容器。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，技术合理。通过减速器得以改变球磨机的转速，使得球磨机能够根据研磨情况调整研磨速度，使得研磨效率显著提高，增加的出料篦板可过滤粗制的物料，保证研磨的质量。

如图1所示，一种新型球磨机，是由电机1、减速器2、支撑架3、破碎腔4、视察窗5、输料箱6、进料口7、出料篦板8、出料腔9、甩料孔10、出料口11、研磨球12和环沟衬板13组成，所述的减速器2连接在电机1的右侧，支撑架3连接在减速机2的右侧，支撑架3右侧连接出料腔4，出料腔4的内部设置有甩料孔10，出料口11连接在出料腔9的下方，破碎腔4连接在出料腔9的右侧，破碎腔4上设置有视察窗5，破碎腔4的下方设置有环沟衬板13，破碎腔4的内部左侧连接出料篦板8，破碎腔4内部有研磨球12，破碎腔4外部右侧连接输料箱6，输料箱6的右侧连接进料口7，所述的破碎腔4为横向放置的圆柱体容器。
