Abstract
本发明公开了一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法与应用。本发明采用双溶剂法,先通过将贵金属纳米粒子和制备的MOF的有机溶剂的自组装,然后在还原剂存在条件下制得Pd@MOFs,最后将TiO2均匀分散在Pd@MOFs的水溶液中,最终制得具有三层结构的MOFs光催化剂。所制备的光催化剂能够广泛应用于废水治理、大气净化等领域。本发明发明制备的催化剂提高了光生电子‑空穴的分离率,不仅使得复合污染物能够分离开来并同步处理,最终提高其光催化效率;而且由于其光生电子‑空穴分利率的提高也使得其对单一污染物的光催化效率也得到了提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
近年来,由中心金属离子和有机配体组成的三维多孔状MOFs材料由于其具有大比表面积、种类和结构的多样性、可化学功能化、高孔隙率及结构可调的特性而成为研究的热点,其在吸附/储存CO2、储氢、化学分离、药物传递和非均相催化等方面都显示出巨大的应用前景;同时以TiO2为代表的半导体光催化技术因具有能耗低、反应条件温和、无二次污染等优点,在光催化、电化学电容器、太阳能电池以及环境污染控制等方面具有很好的应用前景。然而,当TiO2作为光氧化催化剂时,存在严重的光生载流子复合的问题,导致其催化效率不高。近年来,构建异质结以及负载助催化剂等方法被用来作为促进电子空穴分离的手段。
目前针对重金属‐难降解有机物复合污染的处理方法主要是先吸附再处理,但重金属和染料在催化剂表面会存在竞争吸附,以及光生电子‐空穴复合率高等缺陷。本发明采用双溶剂法,通过将有机配体、金属源、贵金属源以及TiO2在特定的溶剂中水解聚合、洗涤及真空干燥的方法制备得到三层的MOFs光催化剂。这种MOFs光催化剂由于其多级孔道结构,可以将重金属和染料大分子分离开来,将有利于反应物的吸附,也使得入射光在其内部进行多次的反射从而有利于提高对光的利用;同时将Pd纳米粒子和TiO2分别负载在材料内外表面,这种空间的分离使得表面的电子和空穴向相反的方向移动,这将大大减少电子‐空穴复合。本发明所设计的材料为复合污染的处理提供了新的思路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服在多种污染物在催化剂表面会存在竞争吸附,以及光生电子‐空穴复合率高等缺陷,提供一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂及其制备方法与应用。所制得的光催化剂较单一MOFs表现出更加显著的光催化活性提升。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,通过有机配体、金属源、贵金属源以及TiO2在特定的溶剂中水解聚合、洗涤及真空干燥的方法制备得到三层的MOFs光催化剂。所述光催化剂是具有特定孔道结构的MOFs,一方面这种独特的多级孔道结构有利于传质及提高对光的吸收;另一方面,其多级孔道结构可以将重金属和染料大分子分离开来,将有利于反应物的吸附。
一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,通过将有机配体、金属源、贵金属源以及TiO2在含有酸的水溶液中水解聚合、洗涤及真空干燥的方法制备得到三层的MOFs光催化材料。
一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)MOFs的制备:将3~5g金属源与1~3g的有机配体加入到50~70ml 的去离子水中,得到混合溶液A,室温下搅拌0.5~1h,再将酸溶液加入至混合溶液A中,混合搅拌0.5~1h,得到混合溶液B,将混合溶液B转移至聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆中,再将聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆放入高压反应釜中,水热反应9~13 h,再将溶液经200~300目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最终得到MOFs;所述金属源包括九水硝酸铬、六水三氯化铬或六水硫酸铬;所述有机配体包括对苯二甲酸、氨基对苯二甲酸或均苯三甲酸;
(2)Pd@MOFs的制备:将0.1~0.3g的MOFs加入至10~30mL石油醚有机溶液中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌0~30min,得到溶液C,再将0.4~0.5ml的 H2PdCl4逐滴加入到搅拌中的溶液C中,室温下继续搅拌2~4h,再加入0.03~0.04 g硼氢化钠,室温下搅拌5~7h,再将溶液经200~300目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MOFs光催化剂;
(3)Pd@MOFs/TiO2的制备:将0.1~0.3g的Pd@MOFs加入至10~30mL 的去离子水中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌0~30min,得到溶液D,再将0.001~0.003 g的TiO2加入到搅拌中的溶液D中,室温下继续搅拌5~7h,再将溶液经200~300 目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂。
上述方法中,步骤(1)中,所述室温下搅拌的温度为25~35℃,搅拌速率为15~25r/min;所述酸溶液的质量百分比浓度为30%~100%。
上述方法中,步骤(1)中,所述水热反应温度为180~200℃;所述水热反应压力为0.1~0.3MPa;所述真空干燥温度为140~160℃,干燥时间为10~12h。
上述方法中,步骤(2)所述室温下搅拌的温度为25~35℃,搅拌速率为15~25 r/min。

一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂应用于重金属-有机物复合污染治理以及大气净化领域。
本发明所制备的材料与现有的材料存在本质上的区别,本发明采用双溶剂法制备得到具有三层结构(内外表面分别负载贵金属纳米粒子和TiO2)的 Pd@MIL-101/TiO2光催化剂。这种制得的形貌可控,比表面积大,具有多级孔道结构的三层MOFs光催化剂,其内表面为贵金属Pd,外表面为TiO2。其外表面的TiO2能够在光照下产生空穴和电子,而内表面的贵金属纳米粒子Pd能够富集电子,从而使得光生电子-空穴有效分离,从而提高光催化效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优势:
本发明制备的三层MOFs光催化剂,其内表面为贵金属纳米粒子Pd,外表面为TiO2,中间载体为MOFs。首先由于MOFs本身可调的孔径结构使得其可以通过调控孔径的大小,将目标污染物重金属-难降解有机物分离开来,重金属由于其粒径较小,可通过MOFs材料进入光催化剂的内部,而难降解有机物由于其相比于重金属离子较大的粒径而不能进入光催化剂的内部,从而达到将污染物分离的作用,同时其外表面负载的TiO2能够在光照下产生空穴和电子,产生的电子能够经由MOFs材料传递富集在内表面的贵金属纳米粒子Pd上,从而使得进入光催化剂内部的重金属发生还原反应;外表面负载的TiO2富集的空穴能够使吸附在光催化剂外表面的难降解有机物发生氧化反应。本发明发明制备的催化剂提高了光生电子-空穴的分离率,不仅使得复合污染物能够分离开来并同步处理,最终提高其光催化效率;而且由于其光生电子-空穴分利率的提高也使得其对单一污染物的光催化效率也得到了提高。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地具体详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,对于未特别注明的工艺参数,可参照常规技术进行。
实施例1
MIL-101的制备:将4.002g九水硝酸铬与1.661g的对苯二甲酸加入到70ml 的水溶液A中,室温下搅拌0.5h,再将0.5ml氢氟酸溶液B加入至混合溶液A 中,混合搅拌0.5h,将混合溶液C转移至聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆中,再将聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆放入高压反应釜中,在220℃高温高压下反应10h,再将溶液经250目不锈钢过滤网过滤、分别用DMF、去离子水清洗3次、在150℃条件下真空干燥,最终得到MIL-101。
Pd@MIL-101的制备:将0.1g的MIL-101加入至20mL石油醚有机溶液中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌30min,得到溶液A,再将0.404ml的H2PdCl4逐滴加入到搅拌中的溶液A中,室温下继续搅拌3h,再加入0.0378g硼氢化钠,室温下搅拌6h,再将溶液经250目不锈钢过滤网过滤、分别用DMF、去离子水清洗3 次、在150℃条件下真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MIL-101光催化剂。
实施例2
MIL-101的制备:将4.000g九水硝酸铬与1.660g的对苯二甲酸加入到60ml 的水溶液A中,室温下搅拌0.5h,再将2ml氢氟酸溶液B加入至混合溶液A 中,混合搅拌0.5h,将混合溶液C转移至聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆中,再将聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆放入高压反应釜中,在220℃高温高压下反应12h,再将溶液经250目不锈钢过滤网过滤、分别用DMF、去离子水清洗3次、在150℃条件下真空干燥,最终得到MIL-101。
Pd@MIL-101的制备:将0.1g的MIL-101加入至20mL石油醚有机溶液中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌30min,得到溶液A,再将0.404ml的H2PdCl4逐滴加入到搅拌中的溶液A中,室温下继续搅拌3h,再加入0.0378g硼氢化钠,室温下搅拌6h,再将溶液经250目不锈钢过滤网过滤、分别用DMF、去离子水清洗3 次、在150℃条件下真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MIL-101光催化剂。
实施例3
Pd@MIL-101/TiO2的制备:将0.1g的Pd@MIL-101加入至20mL的去离子水中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌30min,得到溶液A,再将0.003g的TiO2缓慢加入到搅拌中的溶液A中,室温下继续搅拌6h,再将溶液经250目不锈钢过滤网过滤、分别用DMF、去离子水清洗3次、在150℃条件下真空干燥,最后即得 Pd@MIL-101/TiO2光催化剂。不同光催化剂的XRD图(图1)表明贵金属与TiO2的负载改性并未破坏MIL-101的结构。从扫描电镜(图2A~图2C)和透射电镜(图3A~图3C)中可以看出明显的三层结构的存在。
实施例4
光催化活性分析:采用Cr(Ⅵ)-罗丹明B为模型复合污染物,比较不同光催化剂的光催化活性。光催化降解反应在自制的光催化反应装置中进行,催化剂投加量为100mg,光源光强为紫外1.6mW/cm3;Cr(Ⅵ)和罗丹明B的初始浓度均为10mg/L,溶液体积为100mL;开启光源之前先进行1h的暗吸附反应;通过测定溶液在540nm波长处的吸光度值并结合标准曲线计算Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率,554 nm波长处的吸光度值并结合标准曲线计算罗丹明B的去除率: D=(C0-C)/C0*100%,C0为Cr(Ⅵ)、罗丹明B初始浓度,C为t时刻Cr(Ⅵ)、罗丹明B的浓度。实验结果表明:Pd@MIL-101/TiO2光催化剂表现出比MIL-101更高的光催化活性(图4A~图4D),相比于MIL-101,Pd@MIL-101/TiO2无论对于单一的Cr(Ⅵ)污染或是RhB污染还是对于Cr(Ⅵ)-RhB复合污染,其催化活性都有明显的提高;另一方面,Pd@MIL-101/TiO2由于其材料本身的特性可以将污染物分离开来,在其内外表面分别同时进行氧化还原反应,从而提高光生电子-空穴的分离效率,最终使得其对复合污染的催化活性相对于单一污染又有进一步的提高。总的来说,Pd@MIL-101/TiO2相较于MIL-101,具有更高的催化活性。
以上实施例仅仅是用以说明本发明的技术方案而非严格的条件限制,本领域的普通人员应当理解,可以再不偏离权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围上对其细节或形式对其做出各种变化。
Claims (9)
1.一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)MOFs的制备:将3~5g金属源与1~3g的有机配体加入到50~70ml的去离子水中,得到混合溶液A,室温下搅拌0.5~1h,再将酸溶液加入至混合溶液A中,混合搅拌0.5~1h,得到混合溶液B,将混合溶液B转移至聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆中,再将聚四氟乙烯反应釜内胆放入高压反应釜中,水热反应9~13h,再将溶液经200~300目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最终得到MOFs;所述金属源包括九水硝酸铬、六水三氯化铬或六水硫酸铬;所述有机配体包括对苯二甲酸、氨基对苯二甲酸或均苯三甲酸;
(2)Pd@MOFs的制备:将0.1~0.3g的MOFs加入至10~30mL石油醚有机溶液中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌0~30min,得到溶液C,再将0.4~0.5ml的H2PdCl4逐滴加入到搅拌中的溶液C中,室温下继续搅拌2~4h,再加入0.03~0.04g硼氢化钠,室温下搅拌5~7h,再将溶液经200~300目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MOFs光催化剂;
(3)Pd@MOFs/TiO2的制备:将0.1~0.3g的Pd@MOFs加入至10~30mL的去离子水中,超声混匀,室温下搅拌0~30min,得到溶液D,再将0.001~0.003g的TiO2加入到搅拌中的溶液D中,室温下继续搅拌5~7h,再将溶液经200~300目不锈钢过滤网过滤、清洗、真空干燥,最后即得Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂;所述的Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂为三层的MOFs光催化材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述室温下搅拌的温度为25~35℃,搅拌速率为15~25r/min;所述酸溶液的质量百分比浓度为30%~100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述水热反应温度为180~200℃;所述水热反应压力为0.1~0.3MPa;所述真空干燥温度为140~160℃,干燥时间为10~12h。
4.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述室温下搅拌的温度为25~35℃,搅拌速率为15~25r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)真空干燥温度为140~160℃,干燥时间为10~12h。
6.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述室温下搅拌的温度为25~35℃,搅拌速率为15~25r/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)真空干燥温度为140~160℃,干燥时间为10~12h。
8.由权利要求1~7任一项所述制备方法制备得到的一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂。
9.权利要求8所述的一种Pd@MOFs/TiO2光催化剂应用于重金属-有机物复合污染治理以及大气净化领域。
