Abstract
本发明涉及治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物及其制备方法,属于中药制剂技术领域。本发明解决的技术问题是提供治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物。该药物组合物的活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩20~30份;鱼腥草20~30份;白芍15~25份;甘草10~25份;鲜薄荷10~20份;艾叶10~15份;儿茶8~18份;维生素B2 5~10份;苦瓜籽5~10份;僵蚕5~10份;夏枯草5~10份。本发明的药物组合物快速起效,达到消肿、止疼的作用,且作用时间持久;为天然药物,刺激性及副作用小;制备方法简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物及其制备方法,属于中药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
口腔溃疡俗称“口疮”,是一种常见的发生于口腔黏膜的溃疡性损伤病症,多见于唇内侧、舌头、舌腹、颊黏膜、前庭沟、软腭等部位,这些部位的黏膜缺乏角质化层或角化较差。舌头溃疡指发生于舌头、舌腹部位的口腔溃疡。口腔溃疡发作时疼痛剧烈,局部灼痛明显,严重者还会影响饮食、说话,对日常生活造成极大不便;可并发口臭、慢性咽炎、便秘、头痛、头晕、恶心、乏力、烦躁、发热、淋巴结肿大等全身症状。
口腔溃疡大多数能够自愈,但是,在自愈期间,将会产生疼痛,影响食欲以及日常生活,因此,人们迫切需要能够快速治疗口腔溃疡的药物。
目前市场上治疗口腔溃疡的产品种类繁多,有贴片、喷剂、含药物成分的牙膏等。不同的产品、剂型,有其优势同时也有其弊端,喷剂容易随着唾液被吞咽,在口腔中作用时间短,治愈周期长,含药物成分的牙膏,其不属于药品,疗效不明确,而贴片则有效的解决了这一问题。目前市场上多数的治疗口腔溃疡的贴剂都是化学药物,虽然起效快但副作用多,对身体的伤害也比较大;另有一些产品,其作用时依靠麻醉溃疡周围粘膜组织细胞,降低痛感而发挥作用。治标不治本。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明解决的技术问题是提供治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物。
本发明治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩20~30份;鱼腥草20~30份;白芍15~25份;甘草10~25份;鲜薄荷10~20份;艾叶10~15份;儿茶8~18份;维生素B2 5~10份;苦瓜籽5~10份;僵蚕5~10份;夏枯草5~10份。
优选的,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩23~28份;鱼腥草22~26份;白芍18~21份;甘草14~22份;鲜薄荷13~18份;艾叶11~14份;儿茶11~17份;维生素B2 6~9份;苦瓜籽8~10份;僵蚕6~7份;夏枯草6~8份。
作为优选方案,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩26份;鱼腥草24份;白芍19份;甘草20份;鲜薄荷15份;艾叶13份;儿茶15份;维生素B2 8份;苦瓜籽9份;僵蚕7份;夏枯草6份。
本发明解决的第二个技术问题是提供上述治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法。
本发明治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、取黄芩、白芍、甘草、鲜薄荷、艾叶、儿茶、苦瓜籽、僵蚕和夏枯草,将其混合后,磨成粉末;
b、将a步骤所得混合粉末加水,并加热回流提取,得到提取液;
c、将提取液浓缩、干燥,然后加入维生素B2,制备成药物组合物。
优选的,b步骤中,加热回流提取的时间为30~120min。
进一步优选的,加热回流提取的时间为60min。
优选的,b步骤中,按照料液比1:3~6g/mL加水。
作为优选方案,b步骤中,按照料液比1:5g/mL加水。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明的药物组合物快速起效,达到消肿、止疼的作用,且作用时间持久;
2)本发明的药物为天然药物,刺激性及副作用小;
3)本发明药物制备方法简单,成本低。

本发明的药物组合物,采用特定种类以及重量的中药材制备而成,各个组分间相辅相成,协同增效,使得本发明药物组合物具有很好的治疗口腔溃疡的效果。
黄芩的别名山茶根、土金茶根,黄芩的根入药,味苦、性寒,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床抗菌性比黄连好,而且不产生抗药性。
鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,鱼腥草具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。
白芍是毛茛科白芍属植物,是毛莨科植物芍药的干燥根。夏、秋二季采挖,洗净,除去头尾和细根,置沸水中煮后除去外皮或去皮后再煮,晒干。具有平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗的功效。用于头痛眩晕,胁痛,腹痛,四肢挛痛,血虚萎黄等。
甘草别名国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。对人体很好的一种药,药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形,长25~100厘米,直径0.6~3.5厘米。外皮松紧不一,表面红棕色或灰棕色。根茎呈圆柱形,表面有芽痕,断面中部有髓。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
鲜薄荷为新鲜的薄荷叶。薄荷是中华常用中药之一。它是辛凉性发汗解热药,治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。平常以薄荷代茶,清心明目。
艾叶,为菊科植物艾的干燥叶。夏季花未开时采摘,除去杂质,晒干。具有温经止血,散寒止痛的功效。
儿茶为豆科植物儿茶的去皮枝、干的干燥煎膏。冬季采收枝、干,除去外皮,砍成大块,本品呈方形或不规则块状,大小不一。表面棕褐色或黑褐色,光滑而稍有光泽。质硬,易碎,断面不整齐,具光泽,有细孔,遇潮有黏性。气微,味涩、苦,略回甜。加水煎煮,浓缩,干燥。分布于云南南部地区,海南有栽培。具有活血止痛,止血生肌,收湿敛疮,清肺化痰的功效。用于跌扑伤痛,外伤出血,吐血衄血,疮疡不敛,湿疹、湿疮,肺热咳嗽。
苦瓜籽是葫芦科植物苦瓜的种子。含水分8.6%,灰分21.8%,纤维19.5%,碳水化物16.4%,脂肪油31.0%。油中含丁酸1.8%,棕榈酸2.8%,硬脂酸21.7%,油酸30.0%,α-桐酸43.7%。具有益气、滋阴、降火、消火、消暑、降糖、凉血的作用,被誉为植物胰岛素。
僵蚕略呈圆柱形,多弯曲皱缩。长2~5cm,直径0.5~0.7cm。表面灰黄色,被有白色粉霜状的气生菌丝和分生孢子。头部较圆,足8对,体节明显,尾部略呈二分歧状。质硬而脆,易折断,断面平坦,外层白色,中间有亮棕色或亮黑色的丝腺环4个。气微腥。味微咸。其味咸、辛,性平,能够息风止痉,祛风止痛,化痰散结,用于肝风夹痰,惊痫抽搐,小儿急惊,破伤风,中风口风热头痛,目赤咽痛,风疹瘙痒,发颐痄腮。
夏枯草别名麦穗夏枯草、铁线夏枯草,麦夏枯、铁线夏枯,夕句、乃东等;为多年生草本植物,匍匐根茎,节上生须根。茎高达30厘米,基部多分枝,浅紫色。花萼钟形,花丝略扁平,花柱纤细,先端裂片钻形,外弯。花盘近平顶。小坚果黄褐色,花期4~6月,果期7~10月。有清火明目之功效,能治目赤肿痛、头痛等。
本发明的药物组合物采用上述中药材熬制后,加上维生素B2混合而成,各个成分间互相配合,可以很好的治疗口腔溃疡。
本发明的药物组合物,制备贴剂,贴于患处,可以快速的治疗口腔溃疡。
本发明治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、取黄芩、白芍、甘草、鲜薄荷、艾叶、儿茶、苦瓜籽、僵蚕和夏枯草,将其混合后,磨成粉末;
b、将a步骤所得混合粉末加水,并加热回流提取,得到提取液;
c、将提取液浓缩、干燥,然后加入维生素B2,制备成药物组合物。
其中,a步骤中,也可直接取各种原药材的粉末,混合而成。
c步骤中,可采用常规方法制备成贴剂,如将活性成分与辅料一起,入冲模压制成片,即得,将活性成分制备成贴片的方法为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
优选的,b步骤中,加热回流提取的时间为30~120min。
进一步优选的,加热回流提取的时间为60min。
优选的,b步骤中,按照料液比1:3~6g/mL加水。
作为优选方案,b步骤中,按照料液比1:5g/mL加水。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
取黄芩、白芍、甘草、鲜薄荷、艾叶、儿茶、苦瓜籽、僵蚕和夏枯草,将其混合后,磨成粉末;取100g粉末按料液比1:3g/mL加水,并加热回流提取30min,得到提取液;将提取液浓缩、干燥,然后加入维生素B2,再加入辅料,入冲模压制成片,即得贴片。
其中,各药材的配方为:黄芩20份;鱼腥草20份;白芍15份;甘草10份;鲜薄荷10份;艾叶15份;儿茶18份;维生素B2 5份;苦瓜籽10份;僵10份;夏枯草10份。
实施例2
取黄芩、白芍、甘草、鲜薄荷、艾叶、儿茶、苦瓜籽、僵蚕和夏枯草,将其混合后,磨成粉末;取100g粉末按料液比1:6g/mL加水,并加热回流提取120min,得到提取液;将提取液浓缩、干燥,然后加入维生素B2,再加入辅料,入冲模压制成片,即得贴片。
其中,各药材的配方为:黄芩30份;鱼腥草30份;白芍25份;甘草25份;鲜薄荷20份;艾叶10份;儿茶8份;维生素B2 10份;苦瓜籽5份;僵蚕5份;夏枯草5份。
实施例3

其中,各药材的配方为:黄芩28份;鱼腥草22份;白芍21份;甘草14份;鲜薄荷13份;艾叶14份;儿茶11份;维生素B2 6份;苦瓜籽8份;僵蚕6份;夏枯草6份。
选用150个患有口腔溃疡的人,分别使用该贴片(每组30人)贴患处,治疗后效果见表1。

其中,显效:根据观察组治疗后临床症状均消失,溃疡周围组织均无现象,无疼痛感,溃疡面愈合,并且未见复发;有效:根据观察组治疗后临床症状有所缓解,溃疡周围组织如充血、肿等现象均有明显好转,疼痛感明显减轻,溃疡面基本愈合变浅,并且偶有复发;无效:上述临床症状均无好转,溃疡面无变化,病情加重。

1.治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物,其特征在于,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩20~30份;鱼腥草20~30份;白芍15~25份;甘草10~25份;鲜薄荷10~20份;艾叶10~15份;儿茶8~18份;维生素B2 5~10份;苦瓜籽5~10份;僵蚕5~10份;夏枯草5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物,其特征在于,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩23~28份;鱼腥草22~26份;白芍18~21份;甘草14~22份;鲜薄荷13~18份;艾叶11~14份;儿茶11~17份;维生素B2 6~9份;苦瓜籽8~10份;僵蚕6~7份;夏枯草6~8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物,其特征在于,其活性成分由以下重量份的组分制成:黄芩26份;鱼腥草24份;白芍19份;甘草20份;鲜薄荷15份;艾叶13份;儿茶15份;维生素B2 8份;苦瓜籽9份;僵蚕7份;夏枯草6份。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、取黄芩、白芍、甘草、鲜薄荷、艾叶、儿茶、苦瓜籽、僵蚕和夏枯草,将其混合后,磨成粉末;
b、将a步骤所得混合粉末加水,并加热回流提取,得到提取液;
c、将提取液浓缩、干燥,然后加入维生素B2,制备成药物组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:b步骤中,加热回流提取的时间为30~120min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:b步骤中,加热回流提取的时间为60min。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:b步骤中,按照料液比1:3~6g/mL加水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的治疗口腔溃疡的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:b步骤中,按照料液比1:5g/mL加水。
