技术领域
本发明涉及水果去皮设备技术领域,具体地指一种全自动菠萝去皮榨汁机。
背景技术
目前,菠萝的去皮均是采用传统的刀具人工切削的方法,这种方式费力费时,且切削效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种全自动菠萝去皮榨汁机,它能快速高效的完成菠萝去皮榨汁工作。
为实现此目的,本发明所设计的全自动菠萝去皮榨汁机,它包括菠萝翻转机构,菠萝夹紧装置,菠萝切顶装置和菠萝去壳机构,所述菠萝翻转机构包括翻转电机、电机联轴器、电机轴承、转筒、第一翻转支撑板和第二翻转支撑板,其中,第二翻转支撑板固定在机架上,电机轴承的外圈固定在第一翻转支撑板的轴承孔中,翻转电机的输出轴通过电机联轴器和电机轴承穿过第一翻转支撑板固定连接转筒,所述转筒内用于放置菠萝;
所述菠萝切顶装置设置在机架上,菠萝切顶装置位于转筒的顶部,菠萝切顶装置用于切除转筒中菠萝的顶把;
所述菠萝夹紧装置设置在转筒上,转筒侧壁设有三个通孔,萝夹紧装置的三爪卡盘机构上的三个夹爪能伸入对应的通孔并将转筒中菠萝夹住;
所述菠萝去壳机构包括去壳电动推杆、去壳连接箱、去壳电机固定板、去壳电机、去壳推杆、套接在去壳推杆外的空心套管、去壳推杆的前端设有弹片,空心套管上设有与弹片配合的弹片孔、设置在空心套管前端的切削刀、固定在机架上的切分板、固定在机架上的锁紧电动推杆、设置在锁紧电动推杆前端的锁紧爪、固定在机架上的直线导轨、设置在直线导轨上并能在直线导轨上滑动的直线滑块;所述去壳电动推杆的壳体固定在机架上,去壳电动推杆的杆体固定连接去壳连接箱,去壳连接箱设置在直线滑块上,去壳电机的壳体设置在去壳连接箱上,去壳电机的转动轴同轴固定连接去壳推杆的后端,所述切分板的中心设有推杆通孔,去壳推杆穿过该推杆通孔,且空心套管在去壳推杆上伸缩时也能穿过该推杆通孔,所述切分板面向空心套管的端面设有刀刃,所述设置在锁紧电动推杆前端的锁紧爪能挡住切削刀,从而为空心套管在去壳推杆上伸缩提供支持。
本发明能快速自动的实现菠萝的去皮操作,且菠萝的切削效果好,适用于菠萝切削的工业化生产,另外,本发明的设备集成度高,一个设备能完成多种功能。

所述菠萝切顶装置3设置在机架上,菠萝切顶装置3位于转筒1.4的顶部,菠萝切顶装置3用于切除转筒1.4中菠萝的顶把;
所述菠萝夹紧装置2设置在转筒1.4上,转筒1.4侧壁设有三个通孔,萝夹紧装置2的三爪卡盘机构上的三个夹爪2.4能伸入对应的通孔并将转筒1.4中菠萝夹住;

上述技术方案中,所述菠萝夹紧装置2包括夹紧电机2.1、夹紧电机联轴器2.2和三爪卡盘机构,所述夹紧电机2.1的转动轴通过夹紧电机联轴器2.2连接三爪卡盘机构的夹紧盘转动轴,三爪卡盘机构的夹紧盘2.3上设有三条偏心滑道2.6,三爪卡盘机构的三个夹爪2.4的底端均为滑杆结构,三个夹爪2.4的滑杆结构分别穿过对应的三条偏心滑道2.6,每个滑杆结构端部均固定有一个限位块2.5,所述转筒1.4侧壁的三个通孔上均设有挡条2.7,所述三个夹爪2.4的顶部周向由对应的挡条2.7限位,夹紧盘2.3旋转时三条偏心滑道2.6能在对应的三个夹爪2.4的滑杆结构上滑动实现了三个夹爪2.4的夹紧和松开。
上述技术方案中,所述菠萝切顶装置3包括切顶电动推杆3.1、夹刀块3.2、切顶固定滑道3.3和刀片3.4,其中,所述切顶固定滑道3.3固定在机架上,切顶电动推杆3.1的壳体固定在机架上,切顶电动推杆3.1的前端固定连接夹刀块3.2,夹刀块3.2上设置有刀片3.4,刀片3.4能在切顶电动推杆3.1的驱动下在切顶固定滑道3.3内伸缩,实现对转筒1.4中菠萝顶把的切除。

去壳电动推杆4.1驱动去壳连接箱4.2、直线滑块4.3和去壳电机4.6沿直线导轨4.4向转筒1.4方向移动,同时转动去壳电机4.6,使空心套管4.13前端的切削刀4.9旋转切入菠萝中,然后去壳电动推杆4.1驱动去壳电机4.6方向平移,此时切削刀4.9将菠萝肉挖出,然后控制锁紧电动推杆4.11前端的锁紧爪4.12挡住切削刀4.9,并将空心套管4.13上的弹片4.8顶入弹片孔4.14中(此结构为雨伞杆常用结构),此时空心套管4.13与去壳推杆4.7能相对移动,空心套管4.13上的菠萝肉被切分板4.10上的刀刃4.15切下,落入菠萝榨汁装置5中,同时空心套管4.13内的菠萝芯被去壳推杆4.7推出也落入菠萝榨汁装置5中进行榨汁。
