本发明公开了一种花生种衣剂,包括如下重量份的组分:吡虫啉10‑20份、戊唑醇0.2‑1份、5%PEG8000 5‑15份、黄原胶0.1‑0.4份、硅酸镁锂0.5‑1.5份、白炭黑1‑3份、尿素2‑4份、颜色0.3‑0.7份、液体消泡剂0.5‑1.5份、润湿剂2‑4份、分散剂0.5‑5份、水50‑75份。本发明的花生种衣剂具有良好的花生蛴螬防治效果和增产效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种种衣剂,尤其是一种花生种衣剂。
背景技术
种衣剂是含有不同农药成份,,用此药剂对种子包衣,播种后可防止土壤中病虫的侵袭,同时,随着种子发芽出土,药剂从种衣中逐渐释放,被作物吸收,还可防治地上部病虫害。但是目前种衣剂多种多样,针对性较差,防治效果也较差。而且缺少针对花生的专一性种衣剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种花生种衣剂,具有良好的花生蛴螬防治效果和增产效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种花生种衣剂,包括如下重量份的组分:

进一步的,所述分散剂为烷基芳基磺酸盐及其甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、硫酸盐中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述种衣剂使用时与花生种子重量配比为1:300。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
有效防治花生蛴螬,增加花生产量。
具体实施方式
一种花生种衣剂,包括如下的组分:
将上述各组分混匀均匀,研磨至满足种衣剂使用标准即可。该制备方法为种衣剂的常规制备方法。
其中所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、有机硅类、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种;所述润湿剂为皂角粉、茶子饼粉、含木质素的亚硫酸纸浆废液、聚氧乙烯基烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯基烷基醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种或几种;所述分散剂为烷基芳基磺酸盐及其甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、硫酸盐中的一种或几种。
对不同配比种衣剂进行药效试验,于花生收获前5天,调查了对地下害虫蛴螬的防治效果,以及花生增产效果。每个处理5点取样,每点取1m2,挖土深度30cm,仔细检查记载样方内虫量,与对照进行比较,计算方法如下:
受害指数=∑(被害果×该被害果级值)/(总果数×最高级值)×100
防治效果(%)=(对照区受害指数-处理区受害指数)/对照区受害指数×100
增产效果=(处理区亩产量-对照区亩产量)/对照区亩产量×100
实验:
试验药剂有种衣剂1号(本发明的种衣剂)(1:300,1g种衣剂配300g种子),清水CK和10%毒死蜱颗粒剂。
于河北农业大学试验基地进行试验,结果如表1,显种衣剂1号的防治效果为71.89%,明显大于其它两个对照组。

注:“-”指未进行试验或未计算。
在河南濮阳试验站进行的自制种衣剂1号(本发明种衣剂)试验示范结果显示,具有较好的防治效果和较高的虫口减退率。其中自制种衣剂1号(1:300)的防治效果为40.2%,虫口减退率46.67%,与对照组比有增产作用。

尿素 2-4份
颜色 0.3-0.7份
液体消泡剂 0.5-1.5份
润湿剂 2-4份
分散剂 0.5-5份
水 50-75份。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的花生种衣剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为皂角粉、茶子饼粉、含木质素的亚硫酸纸浆废液、聚氧乙烯基烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯基烷基醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的花生种衣剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为烷基芳基磺酸盐及其甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、硫酸盐中的一种或几种。
