背景技术
根据联合国粮农组织统计,全世界粮食和棉花生产因农作物病害常年损失10%以上,在我国,特别是蔬菜、水果生产,植物病害常年流行危害,长期依赖化学合成杀菌剂防治,施药剂量越来越大,施药频次越来越高,结果造成病原菌抗药性倍增、防效下降、农残超标,严重制约我国蔬菜、水果的优质高产稳产。解决这一瓶颈问题的策略之一便是倡导农作物病害的绿色防控,研发高效、安全的新型植物杀菌剂。
氨基酸类天然产物因其多样的生物活性和复杂的化学结构成为科学研究的热点。一百多年以来,天然氨基酸类化合物一直是药物化学家和食品化学家关注的一个重要领域。目前,已知氨基酸类化合物具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种重要的生理活性。关于氨基酸类化合物的医用药理活性研究很多,但有关氨基酸类化合物在农用杀菌剂中的应用研究相对较少。目前,已有关于氨基酸类化合物作为农药组合物中的添加成分,所用氨基酸为赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和精氨酸等(参见专利CN104336088,一种抗植物病害的组合物、农药及应用)。专利CN1473471A公开的技术方案以氨基酸作为配体与铜制剂络合,制备内吸型杀菌剂,所用氨基酸为甘氨酸和苏氨酸等。另外,专利申请CN102711455A以氨基酸作为杀生物剂组合物中的溶剂或分散剂,所用氨基酸为焦谷氨酸。经检索获知,还未见以单一的氨基酸直接作为活性物质,用作农用杀菌剂的应用研究。
散斑竹根七(Disporopsis aspera)亦称散斑肖万寿竹,是百合科(Liliaceae)竹根七属(Disporopsis)多年生草本植物,主要分布在我国四川、云南、贵州、广西、湖南和湖北的山区林下、荫蔽山谷或溪边。散斑竹根七为民间非常用草药,其根状茎具有养阴润燥、生津止渴的功能。西北农林科技大学农药研究所以散斑竹根七为研究对象,从其提取液中分离得到L-焦谷氨酸。
发明内容
发明人采用生物活性测定指导下的植物活性成分分离方法,散斑竹根七的提取物对多种农作物病害病菌具有抑制作用。散斑竹根七抑菌提取物的获取方法,参见专利申请CN105230680。
从散斑竹根七的抑菌提取物中分离得到一个氨基酸类化合物,即本发明所述的L-焦谷氨酸。该化合物的结构如式(I)所示。
经发明人研究发现,以L-焦谷氨酸作为杀菌活性成分,其对黄瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis(Berk.et Curt.)Rostov)、葡萄霜霉病菌(Plasmoparaviticola(Berk.dt Curtis)Berl.Et de Toni)、马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phytophthorainfestans(Mont.)de Bary)、辣椒疫霉病菌(Phytophthora capsici Leonian)、番茄晚疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans(Mont.)De Bary)等病原菌表现出作用程度不同的农用杀菌活性。
鉴于此,本发明提供一种氨基酸类农用组合物。具体而言,这种农用组合物的杀菌活性成分为L-焦谷氨酸。
优选地,所述L-焦谷氨酸从散斑竹根七的提取液中分离得到。
进一步地,本发明还提供了所述氨基酸类农用组合物的制剂剂型为可溶性粉剂。对本领域的普通技术人员来说,除需要使用含有供选的杀菌活性成分外,还需要选用多种助剂,可以根据需要选择使用不同的农药制剂辅助成分(助剂)。所述辅助成分可以为分散介质、分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、填料等中的一种或几种。
作为优选的实施方式,分散剂可以选用聚羧酸盐(TERSPERSE 2700、T36、GY-D06等)、木质素磺酸盐类(Ufoxane 3A、Borresperse NA、Borresperse CA-SA等)、萘和烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐类(NNO、MF、Morwet D-425、Tamol NN、TERSPERSE2020等)、拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、EO-PO嵌段聚醚类(聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物)、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐(SOPA)中一种或多种;润湿剂选用硫酸盐类(K-12)、磺酸盐类(ABS-Na、BX、Terwet 1004等)、复合润湿剂(Morwet EFW)中一种或多种。填料选用硫酸铵、硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中一种或多种;粘结剂选用葡萄糖、聚乙烯醇、蔗糖中的一种或多种;
另一方面,本发明还给出了所述氨基酸类农用组合物,防治农作物病害的用途。
作为优选,所述农作物病害包括黄瓜霜霉病、马铃薯晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病。经研究发现,所述氨基酸类农用组合物对黄瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis(Berk.etCurt.)Rostov)、葡萄霜霉病菌(Plasmopara viticola(Berk.dt Curtis)Berl.Et deToni)、马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans(Mont.)de Bary)具有较高的抑菌活性。
本发明所述氨基酸类农用组合物的有益效果主要体现在如下方面。
(1)该农用组合物的杀菌活性成分为L-焦谷氨酸。L-焦谷氨酸从散斑竹根七的提取液中分离得到。散斑竹根七在民间作为草药煎服,因此,本发明农用组合物属于植物杀菌剂,对人畜安全,在环境中容易降解,属绿色农药。
(2)仅以L-焦谷氨酸为单一的杀菌活性成分,避免了与现有合成化学成分的复配,并取得良好的杀菌效果。这样,可以有效地避免合成化学农药对环境、人群的负面影响。
(3)L-焦谷氨酸属于氨基酸类化合物,其可表现出促进植物生长,达到增强作物病害免疫的效果,对作物安全性好,病原菌不易产生抗药性。
(4)该农用组合物可制备成农药企业易于加工的可溶性粉剂,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
实施例1
本实施例给出两种优选的L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂。
称取L-焦谷氨酸500kg、木质素磺酸盐Ufoxane 3A(分散剂)50kg、硫酸盐K-12(润湿剂)30kg、硫酸铵(填料)420kg,上述物料混合后用小型球磨机粉碎或是用气流粉碎机粉碎,即得50%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂。
称取L-焦谷氨酸400kg、聚羧酸盐TERSPERSE 2700(分散剂)30kg、硫酸盐K-12(润湿剂)30kg、磺酸盐BX(润湿剂)20kg、硫酸钠(填料)500kg、葡萄糖(粘结剂)20kg,上述物料混合后用气流粉碎机粉碎,即得40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂。
实施例2
本实施例给出L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂防治黄瓜霜霉病的盆栽实验。
以2个真叶期的黄瓜苗(品种为新泰密刺)供试。供试药剂为40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍和2000倍稀释液,对照药剂为50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂2000倍稀释液,并设清水对照。每处理黄瓜苗15盆(30株),重复3次。施药后24h喷雾接种黄瓜霜霉病菌孢子囊液。待接菌7d清水对照组明显发病后,分级调查病情指数,并计算防治效果,结果如表1所示。

从表1可知,对黄瓜霜霉病而言,40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液的平均防效为86.56%,与50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂2000倍稀释液的平均防效(87.62%)相当,二者均在85%以上。需要注意的是,40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液的平均防效要优于40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂2000倍稀释液的平均防效。这也说明了,L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂防治黄瓜霜霉病的用量要选择适当。
实施例3
本实施例给出L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂防治马铃薯晚疫病盆栽实验。
以5个复叶的马铃薯苗(秦薯7号)供试。供试药剂为40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液,可杀得3000(46.2%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂)1000倍稀释液为对照药剂并设清水对照。每处理马铃薯苗10盆(20株),重复3次。保护作用为施药24h后接种马铃薯晚疫病菌孢子液,治疗作用则在接种孢子液24h后施药。接菌5d后清水对照明显发病即调查病情指数并计算防治效果,结果见表2。

表2的结果说明,40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液对马铃薯晚疫病的保护作用和46.2%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂1000倍稀释液相当,防效均在90%以上,但40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂对马铃薯晚疫病的治疗作用明显优于46.2%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂1000倍稀释液。
实施例4
本实施例给出L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂大田防治黄瓜霜霉病实验。
试验在陕西省杨凌示范区五泉镇农户的大棚黄瓜地进行。施药时黄瓜(品种为新泰密刺)4-6个真叶,黄瓜霜霉病已零星发生。实验设40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液、50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂2000倍稀释液以及清水对照3种处理,对比法排列,3次重复。清水对照每个小区面积15m2,药剂处理每个小区面积80m2。2016年5月6日第一次施药,5月13日第二次施药,5月20日第三次施药,5月27日调查病情指数,计算防治效果(表3)。

表3的结果表明,在黄瓜霜霉病发病较重的情况下,40%L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂1000倍稀释液和50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂2000倍稀释液防治效果相当,均可有效控制其危害。
综上所述,L-焦谷氨酸作为农用杀菌剂,其对黄瓜霜霉病、马铃薯晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病具有显著的杀菌效果,而且L-焦谷氨酸可溶性粉剂对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Claims (5)
1.一种氨基酸类农用组合物,其特征在于,所述农用组合物中的杀菌活性成分为L-焦谷氨酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸类农用组合物,其特征在于,所述L-焦谷氨酸从散斑竹根七的提取液中分离得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸类农用组合物的制剂剂型为可溶性粉剂。
4.权利要求1或2或3所述的氨基酸类农用组合物防治农作物病害的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物病害包括黄瓜霜霉病、马铃薯晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病。
