Detailed Description
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, as a matter of background, the prior art is still limited to detecting click behaviors of a user in an environment of a single Application (APP), and counting a delivery success rate of display information (which may also be referred to as a delivery success rate) according to the click behaviors.
However, when the display information clicked by the user is displayed by a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) (for example, mobile Feeds information), and after the URL is clicked, the user jumps to another application program to open a landing page corresponding to the URL, that is, after the user clicks the URL on one application program, the user does not display the display content corresponding to the URL on the current application program, but automatically jumps to another application program to open a web page corresponding to the URL to display the display content to the user.
Based on the prior art, the click behavior of the user can only be detected in the respective environments of the two applications, and when the above situation occurs, the Demand-Side Platform (DSP for short) respectively counts the click behavior of the user on the first application program and the browsing behavior of the user on the second application program into two successful information releases, so that a situation of repeated statistics inevitably occurs. For example, in order to improve user experience, part of mobile media (i.e., a display resource provider) does not open a standard browser after a user clicks display information, but directly opens a Web browser (Web View) inside an App to open a landing page of an information publisher; for another example, due to risk control, for the click jump process of the mobile Feeds information, the App checks and controls the whole process, and does not allow the DSP to participate, and the DSP only receives click detection (for informing that a user clicks one piece of display information released by the user, but cannot know any identity information of the user).
The inventor of the present application has found, through analysis, that the above problem is that, in the prior art, the ID of different application environments cannot be opened, and it is further impossible to effectively identify that events (or behaviors) of users accessing the same presentation information in different application environments (which may be referred to as application environments) are possibly related to each other.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention receives click information sent by a first application program, wherein the first application program is installed on a terminal, the click information is generated based on click operation, and the click information comprises click time of the click operation and a display request associated with display information pointed by the click operation; determining the ID and click feature information of the terminal based on the display request; receiving user browsing information sent by a second application program, wherein the user browsing information is generated based on browsing operation and comprises browsing time and browsing characteristic information of the browsing operation; and when the click characteristic information is matched with the browsing characteristic information and the interval between the click time and the browsing time is smaller than a preset threshold value, identifying the browsing operation as being completed by the terminal identified by the ID.
Those skilled in the art understand that, in the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, the click information sent by the first application program is matched with the user browser sent by the second application program, and whether the browsing operation is completed by the terminal identified by the ID is identified according to the matching result, so as to get through the IDs in different application program environments. Furthermore, the complete process from the time when the user clicks the display information in the first application program to the time when the clicked display information falls to the second application program for the user to browse and operate is detected, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprehensively monitor the complete process, effectively overcomes the technical defect that the prior art cannot track the whole process, and is favorable for more accurately determining the success rate of information delivery.
Further, the click feature information includes an IP address of the terminal and a URL of the presentation information to which the click operation points; the browsing characteristic information comprises an IP address of a terminal executing the browsing operation and a URL of display information pointed by the browsing operation. The technical personnel in the field understand that whether the click characteristic information is matched with the browsing characteristic information can be quickly and accurately determined through the information, so that the cross-application ID identification scheme can be more accurately realized.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cross-application ID identification method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the cross-application can be an information association between two application programs; the two application programs can be installed on the same terminal, or can also be installed on different terminals sharing the same ID (identification, abbreviated as ID); the ID is used to uniquely identify the terminal, For example, For a terminal using an ios system, the ID may be an advertisement Identifier (Identifier For Identifier, IDFA For short) of the terminal; for a terminal using the android system, the ID may be an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the terminal, and those skilled in the art may also change more embodiments according to actual needs, which is not described herein.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the cross-application ID identification method may be implemented as follows:
step S101, click information sent by a first application program is received, the first application program is installed on a terminal, the click information is generated based on click operation, and the click information comprises click time of the click operation and a display request associated with display information pointed by the click operation.
And step S102, determining the ID and the click characteristic information of the terminal based on the display request.
Step S103, receiving user browsing information sent by a second application program, where the user browsing information is generated based on a browsing operation, and the user browsing information includes browsing time and browsing feature information of the browsing operation.
And step S104, when the click characteristic information is matched with the browsing characteristic information and the interval between the click time and the browsing time is smaller than a preset threshold value, identifying the browsing operation as being completed by the terminal identified by the ID.
Further, the presentation request is associated with at least any one or any plurality of the following pre-stored data: the ID of the terminal; an Internet Protocol Address (IP Address for short) of the terminal; the URL of the display information pointed by the clicking operation; the method is used for positioning and displaying the information of the information providing end. Preferably, the presentation request is used to uniquely identify a one-time presentation broadcast, the pre-stored data is established by using context information of the presentation broadcast and is associated with the presentation request, and the presentation information is delivered in response to the presentation broadcast. Those skilled in the art will understand that the pre-stored data can be used to record the terminal information of the requested placement of the present display request and the information associated with the information publisher providing the display information participating in the bidding (i.e. requesting placement) (i.e. the information for locating the display information provider).
For example, when the first application asks the DSP through a presentation broadcast whether the DSP needs to place information on the presentation resource provided by the first application, information such as the ID of the terminal, the IP address of the terminal, and the like may be provided in the presentation broadcast, and when the DSP determines to participate in the bidding, a presentation request for requesting to place a presentation information on the presentation resource may be sent to the first application, where the presentation information may be presented in the form of a URL, and the content pointed to by the presentation information may be an advertisement, a news, a notification, and the like. Meanwhile, the DSP stores the presentation request in association with the ID of the terminal, the IP address of the terminal, the URL of the presentation information, and information for locating a presentation information provider on a background server for later use. The display information providing terminal may be an information issuing party that provides the display information.
Preferably, the pre-stored data may be stored in the form of a dictionary table. For example, the dictionary table may be a key-value pair, wherein the presentation request may be a key, an ID of the terminal; the IP address of the terminal; a URL of the presentation information; the information for locating the information provider may be a value corresponding to the key.
Further, the user browsing information is generated by triggering the display information providing terminal when the user accesses the display information providing terminal based on the browsing operation on the second application program, and the display information is provided by the display information providing terminal. For example, the second application may be a browser, and accordingly, the accessing of the presentation information provider based on the browsing operation on the second application may be accessing a website of the presentation information provider based on the browsing operation on the browser (or a specific page on the website, the specific page being associated with the presentation information).
Further, the click feature information may be used to describe identification information of a terminal that performs a click operation and identification information of presentation information to which the click operation points.
Further, the browsing characteristic information may be used to describe identification information of a terminal performing a browsing operation and identification information of presentation information to which the browsing operation is directed.
Preferably, the identification information of the terminal may include an IP address of the terminal; the identification information of the presentation information may include a URL of the presentation information.
In a preferred example, the click feature information includes an IP address of the terminal and a URL of the presentation information to which the click operation points; the browsing characteristic information comprises an IP address of a terminal executing the browsing operation and a URL of display information pointed by the browsing operation.
In a typical application scenario, referring to fig. 2, the first application 21 may perform an action s1 to attract a potential information publisher (also referred to as a presentation information provider) to perform information delivery through a seller Platform 22 (shell-side Platform, SSP); the SSP22 performs an action s2 to query the DSP23 through a show broadcast whether participation in a bid is required to place information on a show resource provided by the first application 21; the DSP23 obtains the ID and IP address of the terminal where the first application 21 is installed according to the context information of the presentation broadcast, and after sending a presentation request to the SSP22, stores the presentation request in association with the ID of the terminal, the IP address of the terminal, the URL of the presentation information participating in the bidding this time, and information for locating the presentation information provider. Preferably, the pre-stored data may be stored in a background server of the DSP, or may be stored in other third-party storage devices in communication with the DSP, and those skilled in the art may change more embodiments according to actual needs, which is not described herein.
Further, when the user 25 performs an action s3 to click the display information on the first application 21, the first application 21 performs an action s4 to report the current click operation of the user 25 to the DSP23, where the click information reported by the first application 21 includes a display request associated with the display information pointed by the current click operation of the user 25; the DSP23 searches the pre-stored data associated with the display request in the backend server according to the display request, so as to determine the ID of the terminal associated with the first application program that reports the click information of this time, the IP address of the terminal, and the URL of the display information.
Further, the DSP may insert a code on the second application 24 in advance, and when it is detected that the second application 24 is accessing the website of the display information provider, automatically perform an action s6 to send the user browsing information to the DSP 23. The user browsing information includes information of a terminal (e.g., an IP address of a terminal performing the browsing operation) that a user (not shown) is using to perform the browsing operation, and also includes a URL of a website (or a web page) that the user is browsing (i.e., a URL of presentation information pointed by the browsing operation). It should be noted that, since it is not yet determined that the browsing operation is triggered by the user 25, it may be assumed that the second application 24 and the first application 21 are installed in different terminals.
Further, the DSP23 also records the time when the presentation request is received (which may correspond to the time when the user clicks on the presentation information); and a time when the user browsing information is received (which may correspond to a browsing time when the user triggers the browsing operation).
Further, the DSP23 may compare the click feature information with browsing feature information, compare the click time with browsing time, and when the URL of the presentation information to which the browsing operation points matches the URL of the presentation information to which the click operation points, the IP address of the terminal matches the IP address of the terminal performing the browsing operation, and an interval between the click time and the browsing time is less than a preset threshold, the DSP23 may recognize the browsing operation as being completed by the terminal identified by the ID. That is, the first application 21 and the second application 24 may be installed in the same terminal, and the display behavior of the display information pointed to by the browsing operation is caused by the user 25 performing the action s3 on the first application 21.
It is understood by the skilled person that when the user 25 clicks the presentation information (corresponding to action s3) on the first application 21, two events are actually triggered simultaneously. Wherein, the first event (which may also be a click event) may be that the first application 21 executes the action s4 to report the click information to the DSP 23; the second event (which may also be referred to as a browsing event) may be that the first application 21 (or the terminal on which the first application 21 is installed) executes an action s5 to jump from the first application 21 to the second application 24, and accesses the web page of the presentation information provider pointed by the URL of the presentation information on the second application 24, and when the web page accessing the presentation information provider is displayed by the second application 24, the presentation information provider executes the action s6 through the second application 24 to report the user browsing information to the DSP 23.
Based on the prior art, the click information reported to the DSP23 by the first application 21 cannot provide information such as the ID of the terminal, so that the DSP23 cannot associate the click event with the browsing event, and cannot identify that the browsing event and the click event are both executed by the terminal identified by the ID.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, the ID of the terminal pointed by the current click operation of the user 25 can be determined through the pre-stored data, so that the click event of the user 25 on the first application program 21 is associated with the browsing event on the second application program 24, the problem of repeated statistics is solved, the IDs in different application environments are effectively communicated, and the success rate of information delivery can be more accurately determined.
Further, the preset threshold may be set by the DSP. For example, the preset threshold may be 1 second, and those skilled in the art may also change more embodiments according to actual needs, which is not described herein.
In practical applications, the DSP may store respective associated display requests of all display broadcasts responded within a preset time period and pre-stored data associated with the display requests, and insert codes on websites of all associated display information providers (e.g., all display information providers that need to release information through the DSP); when user browsing information sent by any display information providing terminal is received, matching with historically received click information, if a display request associated with the display information provided by the display information providing terminal sending the user browsing information is searched from the historically received click information, then comparing whether the interval between the click time recorded by the click information and the browsing time of receiving the user browsing information is smaller than the preset threshold value, when the interval is smaller than the preset threshold value, judging whether the click information is matched with the browsing information or not, if the click information is matched with the browsing information, it may be determined that the browsing event pointed to by the browsing information of the user is associated with the click event pointed to by the click information, i.e., the browsing operation for executing the browsing event is recognized as being completed by the terminal identified by the ID executing the click event.
In a variation of this embodiment, the click feature information may further include a browser identifier (UA) associated with the terminal; the browsing characteristic information may further include a browser identification associated with a terminal performing the browsing operation. Those skilled in the art understand that the DSP can improve the accuracy of performing cross-application ID identification by using the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention by setting the number of parameters included in the UA and the specific numerical values of each parameter.
In a typical application scenario of the present variation, when the URL of the presentation information pointed to by the browsing operation matches the URL of the presentation information pointed to by the clicking operation, and the IP address of the terminal matches the IP address of the terminal performing the browsing operation, and the browser identifier associated with the terminal matches the browser identifier associated with the terminal performing the browsing operation, it is determined that the clicking feature information matches the browsing feature information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a cross-application ID identification device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art understand that the ID identification device 3 of the present embodiment is used to implement the method solutions described in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. Specifically, in this embodiment, the ID identification apparatus 3 includes a first receiving module 31, configured to receive click information sent by a first application program, where the first application program is installed in a terminal, the click information is generated based on a click operation, and the click information includes click time of the click operation and a display request associated with display information pointed by the click operation; a determining module 32, configured to determine, based on the display request, an ID and click feature information of the terminal; a second receiving module 33, configured to receive user browsing information sent by a second application, where the user browsing information is generated based on a browsing operation, and the user browsing information includes browsing time and browsing feature information of the browsing operation; and the identifying module 34 is configured to identify the browsing operation as being completed by the terminal identified by the ID when the click feature information matches the browsing feature information and the interval between the click time and the browsing time is smaller than a preset threshold.
Further, the click feature information includes an IP address of the terminal and a URL of the presentation information to which the click operation points; the browsing characteristic information comprises an IP address of a terminal executing the browsing operation and a URL of display information pointed by the browsing operation.
In a preferred example, the matching between the click feature information and the browsing feature information means: and when the URL of the display information pointed by the browsing operation is matched with the URL of the display information pointed by the clicking operation and the IP address of the terminal is matched with the IP address of the terminal executing the browsing operation, determining that the clicking characteristic information is matched with the browsing characteristic information.
Further, the click feature information further comprises a browser identification associated with the terminal; the browsing characteristic information further comprises a browser identification associated with a terminal performing the browsing operation.
In a variation, the matching of the click feature information and the browsing feature information means: and when the URL of the display information pointed by the browsing operation is matched with the URL of the display information pointed by the clicking operation, the IP address of the terminal is matched with the IP address of the terminal executing the browsing operation, and the browser identification associated with the terminal is matched with the browser identification associated with the terminal executing the browsing operation, determining that the clicking characteristic information is matched with the browsing characteristic information.
Further, the user browsing information is generated by triggering the display information providing terminal when the user accesses the display information providing terminal based on the browsing operation on the second application program, and the display information is provided by the display information providing terminal.
