本发明涉及装饰喷泉领域,特别涉及一种喷泉压力阀。
背景技术
广场当中水池多设置有喷泉机械,节日时候装饰品挂面喷泉,水池底部的灯光照射在喷出的水流当中,在节日用来增加喜庆氛围。
其中喷泉机械当中设置有关系部件就是压力阀,压力阀用于卸载喷泉当中水流的压力,防止闭塞或者倒流,市场上很多喷泉机使用的压力阀设计复杂,灵敏度低,容易损坏,经常需要厂家维护,导致维护费用高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种喷泉压力阀,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种喷泉压力阀,包括主阀体、先导阀体,所述先导阀体内部设置有先导阀芯,所述先导阀芯前端设置有调节杆和密封圈,所述先导阀芯中部设置有先导弹簧,所述先导阀芯后部设置有先导阀座和密封圈,所述主阀体设置有主阀芯、主阀座、密封圈、主阀弹簧。
进一步地,先导阀芯连接有压力盘。
进一步地,先导阀体和主阀体之间设置有导孔。
本发明操作时,水流压力推动压力盘,推动先导阀芯移动,直至打开导孔,水流从导孔流向主阀芯,主阀芯向下推动,压力的水流从主阀体流出,从而减少喷泉机压力。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过水流压力减少喷泉机压力,结构简单,磨损低,反应灵敏,准确度高,维护费用低等优点。

如图1所示,一种喷泉压力阀,包括主阀体1、先导阀体2,所述先导阀体2内部设置有先导阀芯3,所述先导阀芯3前端设置有调节杆4和密封圈5,所述先导阀芯3中部设置有先导弹簧6,所述先导阀芯3后部设置有先导阀座7和密封圈8,所述主阀体1设置有主阀芯9、主阀座10、密封圈11、主阀弹簧12。
进一步地,先导阀芯3连接有压力盘13。
进一步地,先导阀体2和主阀体1之间设置有导孔14
需要说明的是,水流压力推动压力盘13,推动先导阀芯3移动,直至打开导孔14,水流从导孔14流向主阀芯9,主阀芯9向下推动,压力的水流从主阀体1流出,从而减少喷泉机压力。
