Abstract
本发明公开了一种旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其属于工程机械领域。它主要包括阀体,所述阀体内设有阀芯,阀芯上设有通油槽,阀体四周分别设有与通油槽配合的油口A、油口B、油口P和油口T,通油槽上方设有旋转角度限位槽,阀体上设有与旋转角度限位槽配合的限位针;所述阀芯上部设有中位位置限位孔,阀体上设有与中位位置限位孔配合的限位球;所述阀体上设有膨胀球堵,限位球通过弹簧与膨胀球堵连接;所述阀芯顶部设有旋钮,旋钮通过扭簧与阀芯连接。本发明结构及加工工艺简单,制造方便,成本低廉,不会出现渗油现象。本发明主要用于挖掘机。

技术领域
本发明属于工程机械领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀。
背景技术
我国小型挖掘机市场占有率一直很高,在小型液压挖掘机上,一般都配有推土铲,主要部件有推土铲面、连杆、油缸等,推土铲的主要作用是排除前方障碍物、稳定机身、清理路面等。推土铲仅有升与降两个动作。目前,市场上的绝大多数液压挖掘机,其推土铲的动作是靠推土铲先导手柄控制的,但推土铲先导手柄的成本较高,而且因工艺复杂,加工制造较为困难,且使用时常出现渗油现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其结构及加工工艺简单,制造方便,成本低廉,不会出现渗油现象。
所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有阀芯,阀芯上设有通油槽,阀体四周分别设有与通油槽配合的油口A、油口B、油口P和油口T,通油槽上方设有旋转角度限位槽,阀体上设有与旋转角度限位槽配合的限位针。
进一步的,所述阀芯上部设有中位位置限位孔,阀体上设有与中位位置限位孔配合的限位球。
进一步的,所述阀体上设有膨胀球堵,限位球通过弹簧与膨胀球堵连接。
进一步的,所述阀芯顶部设有旋钮,旋钮通过扭簧与阀芯连接。
进一步的,所述阀芯上设有密封圈槽,密封圈槽内设有密封圈。
进一步的,所述旋转角度限位槽的旋转角a为90°—120°。
进一步的,所述旋转角度限位槽的旋转角a为100°。
进一步的,所述阀体底部设有端盖,端盖通过紧固螺栓与阀体固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在阀芯上增设通油槽和旋转角度限位槽,使阀芯与阀体配合时,通过旋转旋钮,即可实现推土铲先导油路的通断,从而实现推土铲的上升或下降动作,结构简单,制造方便,避免了传统推土铲先导手柄渗油的问题;
2、本发明加工工艺简单,生产成本低,便于批量生产,且体积小,占用空间少,使用更方便,更能满足人们的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有阀芯9,阀芯9顶部设有旋钮6,旋钮6通过扭簧7与阀芯9连接,阀体1底部设有端盖10,端盖10通过紧固螺栓11与阀体1固定连接。
如图10和图11所示,阀芯9上设有通油槽14,如图3至图5所示,阀体1四周分别设有与通油槽14配合的油口A、油口B、油口P和油口T,通油槽14上方设有旋转角度限位槽12,阀体1上设有与旋转角度限位槽12配合的限位针8;阀芯9上部设有中位位置限位孔15,阀体1上设有与中位位置限位孔15配合的限位球5。
如图5所示,所述阀体1上设有工艺孔,工艺孔内设有膨胀球堵3,限位球5通过弹簧4与膨胀球堵3连接。
如图3所示,中位位置限位孔15下方设有密封圈槽13,密封圈槽13内设有密封圈2。
本发明在制作时,所述旋转角度限位槽12的旋转角a为90°—120°,其最佳旋转角a为100°。
本发明在不旋转旋钮6时,在扭簧7作用下,阀芯9处于中位。同时,阀芯9在中位时,限位球5卡在阀芯9上的中位位置限位孔15中,使操作者对中位有感知,同时也防止扭簧7失效而导致控制不精确的情况发生。在中位时,扭簧7不受扭转力,同时限位球5也卡在中位位置限位孔15里,此时,油口A和油口B都通回油,油口P不通任何油口。
如图6和图7所示,旋钮6顺时针旋转,阀芯9旋转将限位球5压入阀芯9的工艺孔中,阀芯9继续顺时针旋转,油口P接通油口A,油口B接通油口T;当阀芯9旋转到一定角度后,在限位针8的作用下,阀芯9不能继续旋转,逆时针旋转旋钮6时,在扭簧7的恢复力作用下,阀芯9回中位。
如图8和图9所示,逆时针旋转旋钮6时,阀芯9旋转将限位球5压入阀芯9的工艺孔中,阀芯9继续逆时针旋转,油口P接通油口B,油口A接通油口T。

1.一种旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内设有阀芯(9),阀芯(9)上设有通油槽(14),阀体(1)四周分别设有与通油槽(14)配合的油口A、油口B、油口P和油口T,通油槽(14)上方设有旋转角度限位槽(12),阀体(1)上设有与旋转角度限位槽(12)配合的限位针(8);所述阀芯(9)上部设有中位位置限位孔(15),阀体(1)上设有与中位位置限位孔(15)配合的限位球(5);所述阀芯(9)顶部设有旋钮(6),旋钮(6)通过扭簧(7)与阀芯(9)连接;逆时针旋转旋钮(6)时,阀芯(9)旋转将限位球(5)压入阀芯(9)的工艺孔中,阀芯(9)继续逆时针旋转,油口P接通油口B,油口A接通油口T。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)上设有膨胀球堵(3),限位球(5)通过弹簧(4)与膨胀球堵(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(9)上设有密封圈槽(13),密封圈槽(13)内设有密封圈(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述旋转角度限位槽(12)的旋转角a为90°—120°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述旋转角度限位槽(12)的旋转角a为100°。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式挖掘机推土铲先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)底部设有端盖(10),端盖(10)通过紧固螺栓(11)与阀体(1)固定连接。
