本实用新型涉及一种阀门状态显示装置。
背景技术
现有技术的阀门状态显示，大都借助于扳手、驱动装置，用户规格书或各类阀门标准都明确规定，在拆除扳手或驱动装置后，仍能精确显示阀门的状态（在开位或关位）。于是，有的是在阀杆顶端刻痕显示，但位置判断误差大，有的在阀杆及填料压盖上壳痕加标识，但一旦更换填料，原阀位会被变动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，工作性能好的阀门状态显示装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种阀门状态显示装置，其特征是：包括阀杆，阀杆的头部设置与驱动装置连接的连接结构，阀杆的尾部铣成扁榫形式，扁榫上套装挡圈，且挡圈的底面与阀杆尾部的大端面接触；阀杆尾部大端面上加工有螺纹孔或销孔；扁榫上设有与挡圈卡合定位的阀杆槽。
所述连接结构为键、方榫、扁榫或多边形结构。
本实用新型结构合理，工作性能好，成本低。

具体实施方式
一种阀门状态显示装置，包括阀杆1，阀杆的头部设置与驱动装置连接的连接结构2，阀杆的尾部铣成扁榫形式3，扁榫上套装挡圈4，且挡圈的底面与阀杆尾部的大端面接触；阀杆尾部大端面上加工有螺纹孔或销孔；扁榫上设有与挡圈卡合定位的阀杆槽5；
装配时，先将阀杆插入阀体及阀板，将挡圈孔对准套入阀杆的扁榫头部，挡圈抵接阀杆尾部的大端面后，旋转90度，挡圈就卡在阀杆槽内，然后在螺纹孔或销孔中装上螺钉或销钉6，螺钉或销钉与与挡圈外平面接触，阻止挡圈的转动。
所述连接结构为键、方榫、扁榫或多边形结构。
