本发明公开了一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料及其制备方法。其中一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料,原料按如下重量份组成:线性低密度聚乙烯2~5份、氧化聚乙烯酯10~30份、重钙20~40份、EVA树脂30~40份、硅烷偶联剂1~2份、相容剂2~5份、流变剂0.5~2份、无卤阻燃剂3~8份、抗氧剂3~8份、加工助剂1~3份。本发明生产的光缆料在燃烧时释放出的烟雾少,电阻率、氧指数大大提升,有效达到了低烟、低毒、阻燃的目的。

本发明属于电缆材料领域,具体涉及一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电力电缆使用时一般都会在外层增加光缆料,以防止电缆在积聚大量热量而发生火灾,而正是物料燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,因此研究具有良好阻燃性能的电缆保护套是防止电力电缆火灾的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料,由以下原料按重量份组成:线性低密度聚乙烯2~5份、氧化聚乙烯酯10~30份、重钙20~40份、EVA树脂30~40份、硅烷偶联剂1~2份、相容剂2~5份、流变剂0.5~2份、无卤阻燃剂3~8份、抗氧剂3~8份、加工助剂1~3份。
优选的,一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料,由以下原料按重量份组成:线性低密度聚乙烯2份、氧化聚乙烯酯10份、重钙20份、EVA树脂30份、硅烷偶联剂1份、相容剂2份、流变剂0.5份、无卤阻燃剂3份、抗氧剂3份、加工助剂1份。

一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取上述原料中的各个组分,并均匀混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得的原料通过捏合机捏合处理;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的原料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的造粒经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料及其制备方法,该低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料在燃烧时释放出的烟雾少,电阻率、氧指数大大提升,有效达到了低烟、低毒、阻燃的目的。

实施例1
一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料,由以下原料按重量份组成:
线性低密度聚乙烯2份、氧化聚乙烯酯10份、重钙20份、EVA树脂30份、硅烷偶联剂1份、相容剂2份、流变剂0.5份、无卤阻燃剂3份、抗氧剂3份、加工助剂1份。
一种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取上述原料中的各个组分,并均匀混合;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得的原料通过捏合机捏合处理;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的原料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得的造粒经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃光缆料。

线性低密度聚乙烯5份、氧化聚乙烯酯30份、重钙40份、EVA树脂40份、硅烷偶联剂2份、相容剂5份、流变剂2份、无卤阻燃剂8份、抗氧剂8份、加工助剂3份。
