Abstract

本发明公开了一种去毛刺装置。主要用于汽车轴承壳体加工后去除表面棱角的毛刺。设备工作时，将工件安装在定位块上，一次正反安装两件，然后手动操作气动手柄，通过气动手柄头上安装的毛刷去除工件表面毛刺，同时通过工业吸尘器将毛刺吸入除尘袋集中处理。通过对定位块，可以适合不同类型零件的去毛刺工序。

技术领域
本发明是一种用于去除工件表面毛刺的装备，尤其适用于汽车轴承壳体清洗后的吹净。
背景技术
工件在加工后表面都会留有毛刺，对工件要求较高的场合，必须事先对工件进行去毛刺，因此开发了一种去毛刺装置，尤其适用于汽车轴承壳体表面毛刺的去除。汽车轴承壳体是涡轮增压器的关键部件，加工后，表面会有毛刺产生，必须对其进行处理，因此开发一种去毛刺装置，实现工件表面毛刺的去除。
发明内容
本发明提供一种去毛刺装置，用于汽车轴承壳体加工后去除表面棱角的毛刺。设备工作时，将工件安装在定位快上，一次正反安装两件，然后手动操作气动手柄，通过气动手柄头上安装的毛刷去除工件表面毛刺，同时通过工业吸尘器将毛刺吸入除尘袋集中处理。

具体实施方式一：结合附图对本实施方式进行说明。
一种去毛刺装置，该装置采用立式结构，地脚安装板（02）固定于下支架（18）的下侧，地脚（01）固定在地脚安装板（02）上；上支架（17）安装于下支架（18）的上侧；风罩（03）安装于下支架（18）的内部，工作台板（04）置于风罩（03）上面；风罩通过软管与工业吸尘器（16）相连；第一定位块（13）和第二定位块（14）通过连接件（15）安装在工作台板（04）上；急停按钮（24）通过安装板（05）安装在下支架（18）上；手拨开关（06）通过支架（07）安装在上支架（17）上；控制箱（25）通过折页（12）安装在上支架（17）上；电箱（26）、平衡器（10）、流量计（09）和垫板（11）分别安装于上支架（17）上；光电开关（19）通过开关支架（20）安装在垫板（11）上，托板（23）页安装在垫板（11）上，气动旋转手柄挂在托板（23）上；毛刷（08）和调速阀（21）分别安装于气动旋转手柄（22）的两端。
具体实施方式二：结合附图对本装置的工作过程进行说明。
一种去毛刺装置，其工作过程为：在控制面板上选择要去除毛刺的型号，选择毛刷工作的顺序，然后使程序切换到自动运行下；将工件分别放于第一定位块（13）和第二定位块（14）上，然后拨动手拨开关（06），进行工作，依次通过气动旋转手柄（22）带动毛刷（08）对工件进行去毛刺；同时工业吸尘器（16）打开，对去掉的毛刺进行收集，以 便于集中处理；流量计（09）检测通过气动旋转手柄（22）的流量，光电开关（19）检测是否使用气动旋转手柄（22）进行了去毛刺操作；平衡器（10）用于平衡气动旋转手柄（22）的重量，减轻工人的劳动量。

1.一种去毛刺装置，该装置采用立式结构，地脚安装板（02）固定于下支架（18）的下侧，地脚（01）固定在地脚安装板（02）上；上支架（17）安装于下支架（18）的上侧；风罩（03）安装于下支架（18）的内部，工作台板（04）置于风罩（03）上面；风罩通过软管与工业吸尘器（16）相连；第一定位块（13）和第二定位块（14）通过连接件（15）安装在工作台板（04）上；急停按钮（24）通过安装板（05）安装在下支架（18）上；手拨开关（06）通过支架（07）安装在上支架（17）上；控制箱（25）通过折页（12）安装在上支架（17）上；电箱（26）、平衡器（10）、流量计（09）和垫板（11）分别安装于上支架（17）上；光电开关（19）通过开关支架（20）安装在垫板（11）上，托板（23）页安装在垫板（11）上，气动旋转手柄挂在托板（23）上；毛刷（08）和调速阀（21）分别安装于气动旋转手柄（22）的两端。
