本发明涉及奶牛养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种奶牛粪便饲料制造装。
背景技术
由于现在对牛奶的需求量极大,从而形成了大规模的奶牛养殖产业。在大型奶牛养殖场中,奶牛会产生大量的粪便,养殖户对粪便的处理办法是先通过人工收集,再将收集的粪便放置一段时间等粪便自行发酵,然后将发酵的粪便作为鱼饲料或者化肥等材料进行售卖,或者将牛粪作为产生沼气的原材料加以利用,这些方式利用牛粪,没有完全开发牛粪本身的经济价值。
研究发现,牛粪的风干样品中含粗蛋白13.74%,粗脂肪1.65%,粗纤维43.6%,无氮浸出物22.94%,钙1.40%,磷0.36%,以及多种微量元素维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、维生素K、叶酸、叶黄素、胆碱、泛酸等。可以作为猪饲料,单独或掺入普通饲料中饲喂育肥猪,一般能节省30%~40%的常规饲料;也可以作为奶牛饲料,在普通饲料或饲草中掺入牛粪便的风干料,可以将奶牛的产奶量提高10~20%。在奶牛养殖场,拥有大量的奶牛粪便,可以就地取材来对奶牛牛粪进行加工促进其经济价值。为了扩大奶牛牛粪的利用路径,可以将奶牛牛粪制成奶牛粪便饲料扩大其利用价值。并且为了让牛粪饲料营养更加均衡,在其中加入玉米、酒糟、豆粕等材料来制造奶牛粪便饲料,而现在还没有制造该饲料的设备。
发明内容

为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种奶牛粪便饲料制造装,包括机架、收集机构和搅拌机构,所述收集机构和搅拌机构相互连通且均安装于机架上,收集机构包括收集器和收集管,收集器一侧设有送料口,送料口处安装有拨动开关,收集管套设于送料口处,且收集管内侧壁上固定设有切割刀,收集器底部设有由拨动开关控制的杀菌灯,搅拌机构包括搅拌箱、搅拌筒和电机,搅拌箱上部设有进料口搅拌筒转动连接于搅拌箱内,且搅拌筒外侧设有第一螺旋刀,搅拌筒靠近收集器一侧设有送料口相对的开口,所述搅拌筒内固定设有转动轴,转动轴可在搅拌箱竖直方向滑动,转动轴固定设有第二螺旋刀,所述电机设有偏心轮,偏心轮的圆心与电机固定连接,转动轴与偏心轮固定连接,且转动轴与偏心轮偏心设置。
本发明的技术原理:使用收集器,收集器的负压可以将奶牛粪便通过收集管收集到与收集器连通的搅拌箱内,通过搅拌筒设有的开口进入到搅拌筒内。在收集的牛粪通过收集管时,收集管上设置的切割刀会对牛粪便进行初步切割,切割的粪便通过收集器的送料口处,大量的会将控制杀菌灯启动的拨动开关移动,从而打开杀菌灯对收集的牛粪进行杀菌处理。经过杀菌处理的粪便进入到搅拌筒内。启动电机,电机转动带动与电机连接的转动轴,从而带动搅拌筒转动。此时,从搅拌箱的进料口加入玉米、豆粕等饲料原材料。在搅拌筒内的粪便,被转动轴安装的第二螺旋刀搅拌切割并且将其通过螺旋刀从开口处传送出进入到搅拌箱底部,饲料原材料在第一螺旋刀的搅拌切割下也被传送到开口位置处掉落到搅拌箱底部,在搅拌箱底部的粪便与饲料原材料混合,由于转动轴与电机通过偏心轮固定连接偏心轮,电机带动转动轴转动的过程中,由于偏心轮的作用,搅拌筒会在搅拌箱内进行做往复的偏心运动对混合的奶牛粪便与混料进行搅拌混合。
本发明的有益效果:(1)通过收集器收集奶牛粪便可以初步对大块的奶牛粪便进行处理,可以完全将奶牛粪便收取。
(2)对奶牛粪便进行杀菌处理,以保证制造的饲料没有有害菌。
(3)通过收集管奶牛粪便被切割,在搅拌筒内切割搅拌,在收集箱内奶牛粪便再次被切割搅拌,多次切割搅拌将奶牛粪便内的营养激发出来。
(4)本发明结构简单,方便使用,收集制造一体化,提高工作效率。
在以上基础方案上:
优选方案一:所述的杀菌灯为石英紫外线杀菌灯。石英紫外线杀菌灯具有强穿透力,能对经过的粪便进行深层次杀菌。
优选方案二,所述的拨动开关包括弹簧和开关钮,所述弹簧抵住开关钮。收集的粪便经过拨动开关时,会将压簧压住打开开关,当粪便经过完全之后压簧将拨动开关关闭。
优选方案三: 所述搅拌箱下部设有通孔,下方设有与通孔连通的收集袋。搅拌筒做往复的偏心运动时,转到搅拌箱底部会搅拌和挤压进行混合的奶牛粪便,通过通孔将奶牛的混合粪便挤压到收集袋内进行收集,在挤压过程中可以进行挤压脱水。
优选方案四:所述的收集袋为滤水袋。由于饲料多为干制,并且在搅拌箱对其挤压的时,会有大量的水分被挤压出,从在收集袋中进行初步的过滤。

附图标记为:切割刀1、收集管2、拨动开关3、收集器4、杀菌灯4-1、搅拌箱5、进料口5-1、电机6、收集袋7、通孔8、转动轴9、偏心轮10、第一螺旋刀片11、第二螺旋刀片12、搅拌筒13。
实施例1:
如图1、图2和图3所示,奶牛粪便饲料制造装,包括安装在机架上且相互连通的收集机构和搅拌机构,收集机构包括收集器4和收集管2,收集器4为型号为C5-L121D的吸尘器的集尘箱部分,收集器4一侧设有送料口,送料口处安装有控制石英紫外线杀菌灯4-1开关的拨动开关3,拨动开关3安装于收集器4的底部,拨动开关3包括弹簧和开关钮,弹簧抵住开关钮将石英紫外线杀菌灯4-1的开关关闭。收集管2套设于送料口处,并且收集管2内侧壁上固定安装有切割刀1,收集管2为柔性塑料管,可以拉伸收集管2用于收集离装置较远的粪便。搅拌机构包括搅拌箱5、搅拌筒13和电机6,搅拌箱5上部设有进料口5-1的搅拌箱5,搅拌箱5与收集器4固定连接,且搅拌箱5与送料口连通,搅拌箱5下部设有通过,且搅拌箱5下方设有与通孔8连通的收集袋7,收集袋7为过滤袋用于过滤水分。搅拌筒13安装于搅拌箱5内,且搅拌筒外侧固定安装有第一螺旋刀片11,搅拌筒13靠近收集器4一侧设有与送料口连通的开口,在搅拌筒13内固定安装有转动轴9,转动轴9偏心轮上固定设有第二螺旋刀片,电机设有偏心轮10,偏心轮10位于搅拌箱5内,转动轴9与偏心轮10固定连接,且转动轴9与偏心轮10偏心设置。搅拌筒13也固定在偏心轮上,且转动轴9可在搅拌箱5转动,电机与偏心轮圆心连接。
使用该装置时,启动收集器4产生负压通过收集管2将牛舍或者牧场的奶牛粪便收集,在负压的作用下粪便会被送到搅拌箱5内的搅拌筒13内,粪便被收集管2吸进时会被收集管2内的切割刀1进行初步切割分散,粪便通过送料口时会撞击拨动开关3,拨动开关3打开从而打开石英紫外线杀菌灯4-1,对经过的粪便进行深层杀菌,粪便完全经过之后,弹簧会将开关钮压回原来的位置关闭石英紫外线杀菌灯4-1。
粪便进入到搅拌筒13内,启动电机6,同时从搅拌箱5的进料口5-1加入所需要的玉米、豆粕、酒糟等饲料原料。电机6带动偏心轮10转动,偏心轮10带动转动轴9转动,从而转动轴9带动搅拌筒13转动。高速转动的搅拌筒13通过外侧安装的第一螺旋刀11对饲料原料进行搅拌切割成细末状,并且第一螺旋刀片11将切割成细末状的饲料原料传送到搅拌筒13的开口处,在开口处重力的作用下饲料原料掉落到搅拌箱5的底部。同时经过搅拌筒13内的转动轴9上设置的第二螺旋刀片12,在转动轴9的转动作用下第二螺旋刀片12对奶牛粪便进行搅拌切割,切割好的奶牛粪便被第二螺旋刀片12传送到开口处,在重力的作用下粪便掉落到搅拌箱5的底部,粪便与饲料原料混合,在经过搅拌筒13外侧设置的第一螺旋刀片11进行搅拌切割。又由于,转动轴9安装在偏心轮10的偏心处,转动轴9转动时,是进行偏心旋转,在偏心轮10的作用下搅拌筒13和转动轴9搅拌箱5内往复偏心转动。如此,当搅拌筒13转动到到搅拌箱5下部时,搅拌筒13的第一螺旋刀片11会挤压搅拌箱5底部的混合的饲料原料,饲料受到挤压会通过搅拌箱5底部设有的通孔8进入到与通孔8连通的收集袋7内,由于搅拌筒13对饲料的挤压会将部分水分挤压出来,水分会通过为过滤袋的收集袋7中进行过滤,进行初步的干燥处理。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础,由于该饲料需要进行干制才方便饲养,因此,可以将收集袋7改为与通孔8连通的烘干箱,对制造好的奶牛粪便饲料进行快速烘干,以保证饲料中的营养成分部流失。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。本发明所省略描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.一种奶牛粪便饲料制造装,其特征在于,包括机架、收集机构和搅拌机构,所述收集机构和搅拌机构相互连通且均安装于机架上,收集机构包括收集器和收集管,收集器一侧设有送料口,送料口处安装有拨动开关,收集管套设于送料口处,且收集管内侧壁上固定设有切割刀,收集器底部设有由拨动开关控制的杀菌灯,搅拌机构包括搅拌箱、搅拌筒和电机,搅拌箱上部设有进料口搅拌筒转动连接于搅拌箱内,且搅拌筒外侧设有第一螺旋刀,搅拌筒靠近收集器一侧设有与送料口相对的开口,所述搅拌筒内固定设有转动轴,转动轴偏心轮可在搅拌箱竖直方向滑动,转动轴固定设有第二螺旋刀,所述电机设有偏心轮,偏心轮的圆心与电机固定连接,转动轴与偏心轮固定连接,且转动轴与偏心轮偏心设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奶牛粪便饲料制造装,其特征在于,所述的杀菌灯为石英紫外线杀菌灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的奶牛粪便饲料制造装,其特征在于,所述的拨动开关包括弹簧和开关钮,所述弹簧抵住开关钮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的奶牛粪便饲料制造装,其特征在于,所述搅拌箱下部设有通孔,下方设有与通孔连通的收集袋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的奶牛粪便饲料制造装,其特征在于,所述的收集袋为滤水袋。
